I am normally a size six and these were swimming in me. A 27 would have been a better fit. Super comfy and great cut though!

These! These jeans fit so nicely and can really be dressed up or down. I wore them more casually today but can definitely see them working for a date night with a pair of heels. They are also a great length on me at 5’6!

Extreme comfortable jeans, can be dressed up or dressed down. True to size, however they do stretch with wear.

A very mellow barrel jean, cute and easy to wear

I received these today and immediately tossed them on to meet my sister for a D day celebration ( her first wedding day anniversary post divorce). I got tons of compliments and will be purchasing!!

I felt like in person they didn’t look like much of a barrel and were a little too long for my liking. I’m 5’7” and don’t find jeans to typically run long.

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect barrel jeans and these were not it. They were too long on my 5’4” frame and just a slight barreling of the leg. My search continues!

Unless you’re wearing platform boots/tennis shoes or are blessed with long legs, these will be very long. I didn’t find rolling the pant leg very pretty but the look with the proper shoes was so nice!

Probably cute on someone many inches taller. The cuff wasn’t a good look in this style. Even with heels, no dice.

Ok I liked these pants but they were a little bit big. I find madewell can be funny with sizing. Sometimes I’m a 26, sometimes a 27 (not pregnant). For reference, I am 4.5 months pregnant and went to the 29 which was good to have the room but probably could have stuck with the 28 for this baggy style.

Wears 2 sizes too big. Will rent again and wear with a smaller size is available

Good fit for me. They were flattering on my body and I like the panel on the side. It's a pretty stretchy denim which I don't love. I'm more of a rigid denim girl. I just feel that it looks and feels more expensive. I like soft/stretchy denim like this for casual coffee shop days or traveling but not for work or going out. That might just be me tho. They do stretch out a little with wear and lose their shape just a bit so I would say size down for a more fitted look. I go between a 25 and 24 and I went with the 24 and I was happy that I did. Overall cute, stylish and comfortable tho!

Madewell jeans usually work well for me - these were good but felt a bit mom-jeansy with the high button fly and baggy leg. Not the worst but not the most flattering.

Began very baggy after x1 wear.

Shape wasn’t as defined in person, and they were a bit more high waisted than I expected. I really liked the fit, and they looked good sitting or standing!

Rented for the barrel look and look great at first, but they get baggy all over after a few hours of wearing.
