Having a curvy middle, it is so hard for me to find jeans that fit well. These were perfect and the red/white/blue stripe makes them so cute. Had to buy.

Classic Madewell denim with a bit of flair. I wore these on a 4 hour road tip and they were so comfortable. They are very high waisted but not suffocating when sitting down because of the high stretch quality. 28R is my usual size, but I probably could have gone down one size, but still didn't need a belt or anything to keep the jeans up. Highly recommend!

These are cute jeans, very high waisted but very comfortable. Lots of stretch to them. The length combined with bottom leg opening wasn’t my favorite.

Usually a 28 but the 27 fit great. The denim is so stretchy and was comfortable enough for a full restaurant week dinner!

These jeans fit so well! Mid rise waist, and they run a little big (I'm usually a 26/27 in madewell and I wore a 25). The ribbon stripe down the side adds a super cool touch.

These jeans were outside my comfort zone and a trend I wanted to try. The beautiful gross grain ribbon along the side is burgundy and navy and fit well with the tops in my wardrobe. These jeans are relaxed fit, great for the weekend but not for work. The rise on these jeans is very high(11.5"). I am used to 10", so they were a bit high for my short body. It wasn't the most flattering look but I am happy I tried it.

I normally wear a 27 but sized down because of other reviews. 26 worked comfortably. May have been able to go to 25 but I don't want to be uncomfortable and planned to wear them to work too. Stretchy material which always helps with jeans! Would rent again.

These jeans fit me absolutely perfectly, normally I have trouble getting jeans to fit and be comfortable. They fit great, look really cute w tux stripes and are also really comfortable for the buy price I may need to purchase these!

I still don't know if these were too big or just the comfiest jeans I've ever worn! Next time I rent madewell jeans I might size down to experiment. All and all they were pretty awesome!

These are some of the best fitting jeans I've ever had. I would say they run true to size, maybe a little big. I've heard great things about Madewell jeans so wanted to give them a try before buying a pair and they are amazing. I would buy these but feel with the stripe they would be a little limiting, but they are a great rental and I would definitely rent them again.

I only wore this pair of jeans once because of hot weather. They fit well, we're comfortable and stylish. I was not in love with the red ribbon stripe down the side. Would have purchased except for that

I am obsessed with 7 for all mankind jeans!!! Already bought one pair. These fit great but I didn't love the racing stripe, which surprised me.

Loved the stripe -- it's super-cute. Otherwise I thought the jeans were just ok. Honestly, the waist was a bit high for my taste. It made the jeans very comfortable but not particularly flattering on me, given my gut.

I have to admit that while I do like the stripes and the material has stretch, something about the super high waist does make this less comfortable when sitting. The waist isn’t tight on me—in fact I have to keep hitching these pants up—and somehow the hips aren’t flattering either, they do indeed sort of create the illusion of a bulge in front. Maybe a belt would help keep things in place? Nevertheless I do confirm that they are extremely high rise, the most high rise pair of jeans I’ve found so far.

Liked the idea of these, but the fit was off. I usually wear a solid 30, but these are sooo stretchy. Size down

I liked the design and the lines and length But it didn’t stretch at all and I felt tight on my belly area.

HUGE. Not wearable. These were replacement for Madewells that were 32 and also too big. I lost a little weight but not THAT much :)

I love Madewell jeans. These have good stretch and are high-waisted. The detail on the sides elevates the standard jean look.

I rented these because Madewell denim is my favorite and I wanted to try a new fit before buying. I am typically a 29R in Madewell but these fit slightly large, I think I could have worn the 28R. Otherwise they're comfortable, cute, and easily dressed up or down!

Definitely go up a size! I listened to other reviews and went up from my usual size and they fit pretty well. The detail on the side is super cute. I would definitely consider renting again

I am on the shorter side and the straight leg on these jeans along with the larger fit was a little unflattering. I Usually wear 26 in jeans but got a 25 in these and definitely could've gone with the 24
