Best maternity jeans so far
I’m almost 34 weeks and measuring big and nothing fits so I had low hopes for these, but they turned out great. I’m usually a 27 and sized up to a 29 and they were perfect. The over the belly part can be adjusted to fit different size bumps which is awesome

Good jeans for 3rd trimester
Was big in the crotch area until I was 30 weeks, then felt great.

Kept these throughout my second and third trimester and wore them all the time. Get them in your regular madewell pre pregnancy size!

Great pregnancy option
Pre-pregnancy I'm a 25 or 26 in most Madewell jeans. 26 fit perfect, wore these from 30-39 weeks and they are a great option!

Two sizes up from pre-pregnancy
Normally a 26 in jeans and went up to a 28 and they were perfect. Perfect fit, length, maybe a little large around the belly but at 28 weeks I’d rather it be a little loose. Just had to keep pulling them up. Very cute fit without being too baggy. Thought about buying them!

Loved these
I loved these jeans. Sized up from my normal 29/30 to a 31 because that's what was in stock. It worked fine on my 33-36 week/190lbs body. The material was nice and stretchy and the denim was a great shade. I'm 5'8'' and loved where the cropped hem hit me just above the ankle. The jeans were a little big on me and definitely rode down a bit/had to be pulled up now and then, but the look and feel was great and well worth the hassle of adjusting them throughout the day.

My ideal pregnancy jeans
This were the perfect fit all the way up until 36 weeks for me — and I could wear my pre pregnancy size! Stomach band just felt too tight for me after that point, but legs still fit. Overall, nice quality feeling denim and the shape of the leg felt modern and stylish. Wore a lot with platform clogs and big button downs.

Jeans slide and pregnancy band is low
The jeans fit really nice on my legs, but they slip along the waist because the pregnancy band comes so low and also goes pretty high. These are not my favorite rent the runway pregnancy jeans, but worth a try.

Comfy but awkward for short people
I really liked the paneling on these jeans and the style was cute but they were supposed to be more cropped and I’m just too short to pull them off.

Thicker jean material/not much stretch
I didn’t really want to wear them (I was in my last trimester of pregnancy) given how thick they were - not that comfortable.

Cute
These jeans are so cute but the belly band goes down so low you can really only wear baggy shirts or sweaters with these jeans to hide it.

Fine, didn't love the waistband
I got these at 18 weeks pregnant, the pants fit and were cute but the waistband never fit comfortably like other maternity pants I've tried. Tried wearing them for one day of work but just could make the waistband comfortable, ended up returning.

Almost Worked
These jeans were cute but didn't really work for me. They were a little too tight in the butt and thighs, so it was hard to pull them up high enough to where they wouldn't sag. So I ended up with a saggy crotch and kept having to pull them up when I wore them. Not sure if a bigger size would've worked or if the sagging is due to how they're cut as maternity jeans. I wore a size 26 pre-pregnancy and was around 145 lbs and in my second tri when I tried these on for reference.

Ill fitting Bellyband
Bizarre fit. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant usually a 27 or 28. I could of sized up to the size 28 for more comfort in the leg, but the band still wouldn't have worked. These jeans sit veryyy low on your hip and the crotch, so they are prone to sliding down and hard to hide the bellyband . The jean itself is very cute, but I will fight these all day pulling them up.

Nice denim, but falls down
I like the jeans themselves, but the full panel didn’t keep them up, even when adjusting to smaller band. Had to constantly hike them up, and there weren’t any belt loops to help with that.

Fits differently than normal Madewell sizing
Typically in maternity wear you keep your normal size but the 27 in these were very small on me while I normally wear a 26. Will try again with a larger size because I would have liked the fit with a bit more room. Size up!

Looser fit around the belly band
The belly band on these is not compression like other maternity pants! Made for a much more comfortable wear, but they did slip down a little bit throughout the day.

Good, not great
Overall fit worked. I'm 5'2 and the length was at my ankle/ top of shoe. I wore a 28 which is a size up from my pre-pregnancy size. I just don't love the over the bump fit, I had to keep pulling the pants up to stay in the right spot. Not for me

Did the job
I didn't feel super chic in these, but they were good enough. I was 25-26 in Madewell pre-pregnancy. I rented both 27 and 28 Madewell maternity pants and could wear them both. The 28 looked fine but sagged down when I walked, and the 27 stayed up better but the top of the belly band was a bit tighter and left a light mark. I wouldn't be excited to buy either pair, but it's a big relief to get to wear some sort of jeans again (the under belly ones I tried did not work at all). I was 125-130 pre pregnancy and wore these around months 6-7+ at about 140-150 lbs.

Great Maternity Jeans!
Such a great, classic maternity Jean. Super comfortable and stretchy and love the cut out — I even got a few comments they didn’t even look like maternity jeans how I styled them — win! They were a little loose so I had to keep pulling them up, probably from lots of pregnant renters over the years, but there’s buttons to tighten the band which helped a bit.

Mostly Good
The elastic band on these was a little odd fit wise, and I'm not a fan of the fake button on the front of these, but they worked great as I transitioned from regular jeans to maternity jeans.

Finally comfortable maternity jeans on RTR
Many of the maternity jeans on here are the kind with stretchy side panels, which are not comfortable! These have the stretchy belly band that also adjusts. I think the adjustable band makes it less comfortable than it could be, but it's better than most and the rest of the jeans are comfortable and cute.

i was normally a 26 pre-pregnancy and the 27s were just too tight at 20 weeks, mostly around the thighs. i think you should size 2 sizes up if youre in 2nd or 3rd trimester
