Perfect for work. In the Fall and Spring.

Perfect for my ~30 week bump! I wore this 2 or 3 times because it was so easy to throw on & was comfy for long stretches of time. I sized up 2 sizes to accommodate my bump. Wore with sneakers and a denim jacket, with combat boots and a black winter coat. It was pretty versatile & could be dressed up or down.

I’m 5 ft and this length was perfect on me. I’m anywhere between a size 6 to size 10. I did the size 8 but it was big in the shoulders. Size down in this is you carry your weight on the bottom half. I got lots of compliments on this one and super comfortable!

Wore this on Valentine’s Day with a biker jacket and boots, and wore to work with booties. Very versatile and cute. Considering buying it.

This dress is so flattering and comfortable. Size down because it runs large like most Madewell products.

I rented for the Ren Faire and it worked out great! Super comfy and flattering. I typically need petite sizing and this was just right.

Wore this in our family photos and loved it! I love maxis that are easy to wear, flowy, can handle my kids climbing and pulling on me, but still accentuate the positives of my figure and hide the rest. This one checked all of those boxes. I carry weight in my midsection and the cut of this dress hugged the bust but was forgiving thru the middle without being a tent. Sleeves, square neckline and print were cute. Fit was almost perfect, but the chest was slightly large. I compensated with a thicker bra and it was a non-issue.

I considered buying this dress I loved it so much. It worked great for me for every day and for work and I felt like you could dress it up or down. The bodice fit was very flattering.

i sized up for the chest. i probably could have stuck with a 10, but this was very comfortable and the black piping made it very flattering.

loved the cottage core vibes of this dress, was very attracted to print and style of it. overall fit was all right, in line with most Madewell items in that I feel there’s always one thing that’s just *off*…the sleeves gave a garter but they are just sort of baggy (at least on me) so felt pointless and looked a little sloppy. the shoulders also kept slipping down so that was just annoying. overall cute to wear a few times but not something I’d rent again or consider buying.

I loved the fall colors of this dress and it has a flattering fit although I pinned up the shoulders due to the wide neckline. I’m not a fan of the large puffy sleeve trend, so I rolled up the sleeves.

This was a good way for me to dip my toes into the “cottagecore” vibe. The top is definitely more fitted - but I didn’t have any issues with the buttons pulling. The skirt kind of overwhelmed my petite frame, but it had pockets - pros + cons. I wouldn’t buy this, but it was fun to wear twice!

But I’m preggo so my sizing below is off. For pregnant ladies, there is no give right under the bra line. Size up for sure. Otherwise I liked it!

Super comfy but not the most flattering from a side angle. Good for every day errands. My zipper was stuck so I had to slide on.

Loved everything about this, although the neckline scooped a bit lower than I thought was appropriate for work. I added a black cami underneath and it was just fine.

I loved this Madewell dress--flowy on the bottom and very comfortable for something that can be dressy or casual depending on how you wear it.

So glad my backup was sized down. I usually wear an 8, the size 8 was a bit frumpy. The size 6 fit great and that was the size I chose to wear to my nephew's Confirmation service. Very comfortable. The pockets are hidden well and do not add additional bulk. I wear this with a pair of black heeled maryjane shoes due to rain on the day of the event, however sandals would have also worked.

This dress was comfortable and flattering. Also, it has pockets. It's suitable for every day, but you could dress it up.

Great if you're into Cottage Core. The fantasy was not right for me. I felt the fabric a bit stiff and the dress overwhelmed me but technically nothing wrong with this dress.
