This top was fun for multiple occasions. I wore this wine tasting on a hot summer day in Napa and also with leggings around the house. It's kind of boxy and a little cropped but that's what I liked about it!

This shirt was surprisingly great. Doesn't wrinkle at all, super comfortable and sturdy. It is pretty cropped, but it's easy to wear a tank underneath if you're self conscious. The fit is good - it's very wide and not tight on my arms (which are fairly large).

Pros: cute boxy cut, casual, classic but with a funky twist, nice distressed black fabric, soft and airy Cons: side cuts do come up high- you'll need high waisted pants if you don't want skin showing Takeaway: Goes with everything. Would be ideal for a vacation when you want to take a capsule wardrobe!

Layering piece for sure (cropped) but very comfortable and flattering.

I've worn this twice, once over a black dress where I wanted to create a bit of definition and texture and it was so cute and another time with a tight pair of high-waisted jeans and I thought the boxy nature of the top pair well with those fits.

I initially rented this for a casual night out with friends from out of town, and I loved it so much, I had to buy it! It is true to size, but the style is intentionally large and a bit boxy. The bagginess, which might be unflattering at a longer length, is balanced out by the short cut.

Madewell does it again! A simple, comfortable button up blouse for everyday wear. The fit was relaxed and the collar fit well around the neck.

I really enjoyed renting this top (I regret forgetting to take a photo). I usually wear a size M, but I chose a size L because I wanted it to be a bit roomy — it was definitely on the oversized side, but not too boxy, and maintained that cropped look.

I loved the fit of this top overall - very casual button down in a versatile faded black. The crop, as I expected, showed the part of my jeans where my stomach is most pronounced. It's a spot I'm self conscious about so I just wanted to warn you all before you rent/buy! I liked it enough for a day, but probably won't rent it again.

I liked the casual but polished look of this top. However, it has mush more of a grey /"washed" look in person than I noticed in the pictures. I was renting expecting more of a true black. It didnt work with the outfit I had planned, but it was still a great, easy everyday top.

This shirt's material was nice, but the size L fit was so odd. It was too small in some places, like the length, and then huge in others, like the width. I don't mind a boxy fit, but this was laughably off.

This top looks great on the model, but it didn't suit me. It was much boxier on me, and the front was too short to wear even with high-waisted jeans. It might have worked in a smaller size, but overall it just wasn't for me.

Fitted in the sleeves, buttons fully and has a swingy shape overall. front hem is shorter than the back so it tucked or untucked. Honestly would wear this every day if I could!

This top has a cute boxy, swingy fit. The fabric is super casual and worn. More casual than I expected. I wore the top with some AG gray jeans and booties.

Really great color, design and cut. It was just a little to large. I fluctuate between Med and Large in this brand and it was on the large side. Either way, really cute top!
