Well constructed, lightweight dress with pockets. Fit well, felt cute. Not for cold weather, but with tights and boots it was fine.

I’m a true medium and this fit perfectly! I got size 4. It was even long enough for me to wear shorts under! I’m 5’1 for reference.

I loved this one so much I bought in a smaller size. As is typical of this brand it runs large! Comfortable, festive, unique.

I did not wear this because it was June and no occasion seemed to call for it but I feel like I would rent again for Oktoberfest/fall event. Very cute overall. modest length. Comfy

Liked wearing this dress over the weekend! Could have worn with sandals, heels, boots or sneakers.

I didn't end up having a place to wear it but will definitely heart to try and re-rent for spring!

Usually I love Madewell but this dress was just ok. It's a comfortable casual look but the fit wasn't the most flattering for my petite frame. It would look better on someone 5'4" and up.

I wore this for an Oktoberfest show! It was so fun, and very cute but definitely needed shorts under it because it was a little breezy and SO short! I’m 5’6 for reference.

Nice fit. I’m a large C cup and it was a bit tight in the bust but it zipped and was a touch short for my comfort but looked cute with tights and boots.

Too big on top don’t looked like maternity wear on me. I had hoped to wear it with cowboy boots bc the details and fabric are so pretty but it didn’t work.

I got so many complements on this dress. The color is a flattering forest green and the print is adorable. It is a little on the shorter side for me, but not inappropriate.

I had planned to wear this for Oktoberfest but didn’t end up being able to wear it. I did try it on and found the fit to be good, it felt well made and it was comfortable. Maybe next year! I did have to iron it when it arrived so maybe prone to wrinkles.

This was beautiful. It did fit odd on my body as it was tight in bust but loose at shoulders.

I sized up to a six- the four was too short and too tight. I thought the color was muddy and nothing special, and the dress itself looked very plain and a little frumpy. I made it work, but it was sort of a blah dress.

Not a fan. Way too much volume over the belly and hips. It looked like maternity, except the chest would likely be too tight on me if I were pregnant. Fabric wasn’t as soft as other Madewell either.

I felt like Robin Hood. Would be a great Halloween costume.

Too short

Loved the style and quality of the dress, but the chest was a bit right, and my bust is very average sized.

Lovely cut and design. I paired this with brown tights and brown boots. Didn't do much to hide my 19-week baby bump.

My shoulders were too small for this. The sleeves kept falling down to where I was miserable all day constantly trying to keep them up.

Wore to Oktoberfest and it was perfect!

I did look like I could go yodel on a mountain in Germany, but it was still glute. Very light weight. It dint require me to wear a bra and it had pockets - both a win! I usually wear a 4/6 and this 4 had a little extra room so definitely do not size up.

It is really cute but it didn't fit my shoulders. I have an athletic build and would have had to size way up for it to fit and then it would have been way too big.

I'm 5'9 and it was wayyy too short. I wouldn't be able to comfortable move around. Super cute though, just wish, it was longer.
