Mix between a sweater and tshirt dress, Was great for fall and adorable and comfy.

I loved this thick off white sweater dress. It was comfy but chic. I wore it several times. Paired with with black sand and necklaces. Thinking of buying.

I like things to be a bit bigger but this was too big. I’m usually a medium but I should have gone with a small on this one.

I love this dress and plan to keep it. Im 5ft, and it wasn't too long, I love the packets

I loved this soft and adorable little dress. Surprisingly flattering silhouette. I found it being sold it elsewhere for half the price and bought it.

I have a very amazing necklace that I've been looking for a nice clean pallet on which to show it off and this dress was perfect. I am a prof and this dress was a perfect all day teaching dress. Didn't get gross or crumbled. I am considering purchasing here or elsewhere as this is something i would wear consistently. The material is sorta like a sweatshirt but since it's not tight I didn't find it too hot even in CA. Slight off white. Fabulous.

I usually wear mediums and got a small and probably could have gone down another size but it's super cute loose fit

This was a great dress. The material is like a sweatshirt. I should’ve ordered a size down from what I’d did but I am still losing weight from pregnancy so I wasn’t sure mid the smaller size would fit. Perfect for a casual day!

This was super comfortable and easy to wear. Wore it for WFH and to run errands and it was just so easy and comfy.

Wore this dress to work with some snakeprint mules. It wasn't a super flattering cut, as it's just a shift dress, but I read comfortable and I got a compliment! Kind of like wearing a paper bag, but I prefer that to form fitting.

Should have gone with the XXS but in the new RTR world, I am always scared that something will be too small and I'll be stuck with it. It's a nice basic dress that I dressed up with a long necklace and flats for a brunch. I am 5'1" and wear a 0/2. The XS was okay but it was a bit long and just a bit big overall. As other reviewers noted, it's an odd piece to drop in the summer because it is quite warm - better for fall and size down.

Comfy T-shirt dress. It is a heavier material than the style implies so it is better for autumn like weather IMO. The material felt like a light version of a comfy terry cloth like material. The size ran large so I could have used a L as the cut seems generous.

I found this dress to look frumpy even when I tried to style it with belts, tights etc. didn’t end up wearing. Material was thick and not very soft. Length was good though

As others noted it runs pretty big. I paired it with a waist belt which made it look better but I did not end up wearing cause it felt sloppy. Love the material though

I would wear more at home and not really out. The fabric quality on the model looks different than the quality of the material in person. Not a fan.

Cute but runs very large

This dress is made of French terry making it very soft & comfortable. It has a classic sporty style with the raglan sleeves and a loose fit that will compliment a variety of body types. It's very much a sweatshirt dress. The cream color is warm and flattering to any skin tone. I wore it on a warm summer day but could also see wearing it through the Fall with tights & boots. I only wish that it had pockets! Pockets would have made it 5 stars!

It was a loose fit but a terry cloth material. It was fine for running errands.

After reading the description, I thought this would be a light t-shirt dress. It literally is a sweatshirt. I live in Florida and this weight material is simply NOT an option. It was unwearable on a 95 degree/95% humidity day. Will be a good transition piece in early Spring.

I thought the dress would be loose fitting, short and classic/casual. Perhaps I didn't read closely enough, but the dress is a sweatshirt material so a little too casual for my taste. Also, the dress is VERY BAGGY. It was so baggy it would have looked weird if I had put a belt with it. I did like the short length and the color, but I wouldn't get it again.

I have almost no curves to my figure so this dress really emphasized that. If you are hourglass I can see how this could potentially look good but it looked ridiculous on me. And it actually is sweats material so really warm. Wouldn't recommend for summer

My first time wearing Madewell and, while the style was meant to be loose, this was a little too baggy.

Selected this an option for a post-wedding brunch a few weeks ago. I wanted to love this, and was planning to wear it with a scarf in my hair and some cute boots. I followed the suggested sizing, and it was waay too big. Shapeless, burlap sack vibes instead of smart, cozy sweater dress for early fall. Bummer.
