Loved the colors on the dress.

This sweater dress is so warm! It is, however, pretty oversized -- I would rent a in an XS next time. Perfect for an easy outfit on a freezing cold day. Also only minimally itchy which I can be particularly sensitive of.

Absolute must have for the fall/winter!

This dress is very short. I’m 5’7 1/2 and have long legs and a longer torso so this dress was almost too short. If you’re any taller I wouldn’t recommend. It was also pretty itchy. But overall it was a cute dress!

Was nice and warm. Waist is not very fitted so it was comfortable. Length was just longer than my fingertips. Good autumnal colors

It fits oversized and is kinda heavy. Very warm and cozy but just a little bit itchy around the turtle neck

This sweater dress was itchy, especially around the collar. You'll need some long underwear underneath. It also picks up lint. Colors are gray, beige, and navy--not black. Length and sleeves are short if you are taller. Knit is thicker, so it is ideal for winter.

I loved the color block and sweater sheath dress style, but the length was just too awkward on my 5'2" frame. I have a pear shaped body, and the length + the non-curve hugging style just didn't do it for me. I was bummed about this one. I "hemmed" it to see if it was better 3 inches shorter, and it was much cuter (while still being very modest).

ITCHY!!!! i had to wear a shirt under it to tolerate the material.

This dress was cute and comfortable, like a nice cozy sweater. The neck folded over nicely and didn’t sit weird, and it actually kept me warm. The sleeves were a good length, not crazy long or flowy. The texture was soft and not terribly itchy. The only downside was that it felt too short to wear to work. I did wear it out with tights and boots on a cold snowy day, but I found myself pulling it down when I was walking and sitting.

I wore this so many times as a fall dress. Great for casual or work. With boots and tights.

Wore it to a family gathering. Easy roomy throw on, cute with tights. It was the perfect length for me so maybe short on others

The dress is pretty warm, perfect for weather in the 50s F or bellow (10 celcius)

Love Madewell and this one was a winner. Not itchy, cool colorblocking and great length on my petite frame (still above knee but not super short). I am a size 2 and the XS was perfect - good shape but not too fitted (like the model). Highly recommend.

Wore to work with a pair of black leggings. Was simple not too tight not too loose fitted, just right

Sleeves are short, which was too bad. Did not wear.

Boxy on top of you are large chested, but it works
