I wore this to work and received more compliments than maybe anything I've ever worn. It was incredibly comfortable and felt like a mumu but looked sophisticated and stylish.

Loved wearing this to work! It's easy to wear, not too revealing, its comfortable, its "professional" looking enough for my work environment and different from the other dresses I have in my closet. The pictures attached with my review were taken at the end of a 12 hour day (wearing this dress the whole time) so you can see that it doesn't wrinkle too much and still looked nice! The side ruching gives this basic dress a nice + fashionable twist! I would buy this dress in a heart-beat for my work wardrobe.

Fun work or event dress, that runs large so make sure to size down! Running large, we recommend going one size to two sizes down for backup. The dress is not tight in the bust and works for all cup sizes. The midsection is fitted to show off your curves, but it is still comfortable. One thing that I love about this dress is the blue pattern that is also subtle enough for work. This dress hit right below the knee. If you’re taller, this dress would hit a little higher. This dress is awesome and perfect for work events. It would look best with black heels or flats and simple accessories.

This dress was just right for what I needed. Not too revealing or tight. Flattering and easy to wear. Pretty fall color.

The print and fit of this dress is a great modern maternity option for work. The only downside is the lining on inside of the dress was a bit tight and difficult to manage during bathroom breaks when you have to pull the dress up and down.

I ordered this as part of unlimited and decided to just wear it one time. It was a nice conservative classy dress, but nothing particularly special. For reference I am 5'9" 160 pounds and currently a 36H bra (post baby). Luckily everything fit inside the dress nicely :-) but it wasn't the most flattering on me.

Rented for work. Fit was nice and it looked good with a blazer for a business professional look. The dress wasn't anything special.

The fabric and style are lovely. The length was perfect for this mostly male board meeting. The dress was very large, however, so I belted it and pulled it together with a cashmere scarf.

I normally am a 4 or 6 depending on the dress, but there were no reviews or pictures on this dress when I ordered it and no sizing notes, so I just went with the 6 (38). I really liked this dress but might have sent it back without wearing it if I didn't have this belt in my closet because it was literally just a bag on me. I should have gone down at least to a size 36/4. But I got a lot of compliments on it with the belt so if it ends up being too big maybe try that to save it!

Fit okay, kind of weird shape, the fabric is not what I expected. Thought about wearing a belt but didn't. It's defined in the front but not on the side so if you do not have a butt I recommend against it- Good for pear or hourglass shape. Appropriate dress for work :)

Went with reviews and ordered size smaller due to swimming aspect but could barely get the bottom over my hips. Better fit straight and narrow bodies.

This was a VERY fashion-forward-feeling dress. I didn't love the fit--as you can see from the MODEL photo, it is supposed to fit tightly around the hips and then be blousy up top, but that would never have worked on my hourglass body :) the fit around the hips was good for me (I'm between a 12 and 14, and usually need more give in skirts), but there's not a lot of give to the fabric. I tried it with a belt and without--I guess the pics look better without, but I felt more comfortable in person with it. The fabric is very silky and lovely.

Color and print was nice. Light fabric, prone to wrinkles. I think if youre curvier, this cut could really work, but I'm pretty straight and narrow, so, as you can see, this did nothing for me. It def runs large! I tried with a wide belt, but the ruching on the side made it look weird. Recommend sizing down and better fit for curves.

Very boxy fit. Tighter on thighs and huuuge on top. Not flattering at all. I tried to remedy with a belt but still looked too big.

The back doesn't have shape so if you have a larger butt/hips the bottom will be tight and the top will be large. More for apple or maybe hourglass.

Love the color, love the fit, love this dress and strongly considered buying it! Really felt great in it and felt it complimented me so well. It isn't tight fitting but I like that and felt it was smart enough for work but could be dressed up too.

Fits large, but I like how it looks that way. Love the 80s vibes, and pairing it with black booties, black pumps or anything. Have rented a few times, in spring and fall, and in more temperate climates. Throw on a light jacket when needed.

I loved this dress! it was very flattering and comfortable. The only thing i didn't like is that it wrinkled...i had to sit in a meeting all day so when i got up it was wrinkled in the lap but it is a great looking dress.

Beautiful dress! Definitely large in the shoulder and neckline, I have narrower shoulders so it felt big, but with a jacket worked great. Definitely no stretch in the material, but other than that is was very comfortable and flattering.

The fit was perfect for my third trimester. It was comfortable and long enough for work. I work it will a long black cardigan, black tights, and flats. Many people asked where I shop for maternity clothes and were surprised to hear it wasn't actually a maternity piece

Dress is very roomy in the chest area and bum. If you border between 2 sizes you should feel comfortable sizing down on this one.

I kinda agree with the other reviews that it is larger than expected. I usually wear a 4 but went down a size. I'm glad I did or else it'd look like a bag on me. I have wide hips so like another reviewer I need to twist a little to get it over my hips. Once all in place looked cute- not adjustable around the waist so a belt would be good to give me more shape. Appropriate length and coverage on top for work.

This dress is absolutely beautiful. The material is lavish, and I loved the fit. LOTS of compliments. The front has a definite waistline while the back does not, but I liked the way it looked.

I rented a size 6 (European 38), my normal size, but it was huge and I had to send it back. I now have a size 4 and it fits perfectly. The dropped waist doesn't really do me any favours so I added a belt. This dress is super versatile and I plan to rent again later and use it with a blazer, black tights and boots. Note that it is silk - not polyester.

As others noted, I ended up wearing a belt with this. I could have done the summery, loose dress thing but the belt just felt like it pulled the look together. But otherwise ran true to size, its just the cut of the dress. Fun fabric, liked it a lot.

Pros: Beautiful silk fabric, great print and color Cons: Wrinkles very easily and can look messy before ever leaving the house I did size up and belt it as previous reviews suggested, since I curvier on the bottom. This covered up the front little gather of fabric. It was extra blousey on the top but I like to add volume up top to even out with my bottom. Loved it! Would have bought it were it not for the wrinkle issues.

Dress runs very large. It is awkward fitting in the back but I put a black blazer over it and made it work. You definitely need something to bring it together like a belt, blazer, or cardigan. Great length for work and nice thin material for warm weather.
