Loved this dress. I would own it for sure. It looked like two separate pieces but it was very comfortable, flattering and sleek. Wore it to a work charity luncheon.

Rented this for work and loved it. It's a little tricky to get on with the two attached parts, but well worth it. The skirt hugs nicely and the top drapes with a beautiful shape. Perfect for the office and flattering/interesting enough for an evening out.

This dress was beautiful and perfect for a work event. This style is probably most flattering with heels over flats. One thing to note is that it has slits on both sides of the skirt so make sure you pay attention to it when you're sitting. I will most certainly rent this again, if you're looking for something classy and elegant this is your dress!

This dress is elegant and stylish. It worked well for a cocktail party in Milan on a chilly, rainy evening in late April. It was a bit bigger than I expected so consider sizing down. Really needed a statement necklace to complete the look. It was cute with the RTR leather jacket. Not a knockout but a solid LBD.

I read a few of the reviews before ordering and had a totally different experience. The top to me isn't very sheer, I wore a hot pick bra and it didn't show thru. The slits on the sides are very high which doesn't make it very work appropriate. The top is baggy and the skirt has a tone of stretch. Overall good piece!

I thought this dress was really versatile. I wore it to work with a camisole under the somewhat sheer top. It could be dressed up and work for lots of occasions. It fit pretty true to size. Had a little stretch in the bottom and the upper part was looser fitting. It looks expensive and more fashion forward than a lot of the stuff I have gotten from rtr

The dress was very nice, perfect for the occasion. I wore it with tights and boots and a black blazer since it was very cold. Ill rent it again in spring when I can wear it without a jacket to show the nice.

Loved this super chic, classy black dress w a twist! Back of dress is "untucked" which gives it a cool edgy feel. I wore this with booties to the office, then straight out to a dinner date. Also wore it on the weekend running around town paired with sneakers. Very versatile!

This is a LBD with an edge. I could use it for work, dinner or an event. The double zippers and the skits on the top are awkward but the dress is worth this small hassle. I love this dress and will absolutely rent it repeatedly if not buy it.

Great dress for your average day in the office. The longer part in back looks vaguely like it's untucked. Your colleagues might not register it but I wouldn't wear it to a big meeting because of this. Gorgeous dress though.

I have worn this on several occasions - the fit is incredible and the dress has high class but the relax fit on top dresses it down slightly so its not overdone. Really beautiful, unique piece.

This is the 2nd time to rent this dress. 1st time was for a stage performance. This time for a job interview. I gained a little weight and sized up the 2nd time. The skirt is attached only to the front of the blouse, you can leave the back untucked. Skirt fabric has lots of give with the knit jersey. Lots of compliments from strangers. Love that you can dress it up or down. Extremely comfortable and fashionable for those who don't want to show a lot of skin.

The dress is structured in two pieces so don't be alarmed. However, if you don't pull up the skirt to the right position or it falls down, be weary that it can show your skin on the sides of the dress. If I were to rent again, I would probably wear a cami underneath just to be sure. Overall very flattering and a chic look for work.

Slit might be too high for some - be careful if you wear spanx - they'll show. The fabric is easy to press and is very opaque.

This was a cute and comfortable business casual option that could be easily dressed up with a blazer and tights. I was a little unsure about the novel cut, but ended up really loving this one.

Pro: The fabric hanging down the back is flattering if you're conscious about your booty. I did wear double spanx to flatten tummy in the front.

I loved the unique style of this dress. It was extremely comfortable and flattering.

The high neck and rolled sleeves are fantastic details. The "untucked" back plus the "tucked" front and material of the top half of the dress are figure-flattering when combined with the bottom skirt. I read reviews and went up a size, worried that the tight skirt portion would show a mommy-belly pooch. NOT AT ALL - it looked great, but I could tell I needed to size down. Because the skirt was loose, sometimes you could see peaks of skin between the front and back of the dress at the skirt clasp. I wore this dress to a very important business meeting with black tights (cold, rainy weather around 10 degrees Celsius) and another day just at the office. I will definitely wear this again.
