Okay I don’t know why, but for some reason I thought the material of this dress was much thicker than the CHIFFON that it is. It is the most perfect third trimester dress I’ve ever laid eyes on and it’s just as comfortable. Like so many other renters, I want to buy it. I sized up a couple of sizes for extra breathing room which I don’t regret but I probably could have gone with a size closer to my usual for a better fit in the shoulders. Regardless, I’ll be reaching for this until my delivery date and probably after that too. I wish I rented sooner

A fine, elegant dress. I find plisse to look elevated but the silhouette of garments that use it are often a bit robe-like and this definitely is that - the seaming on the arm and shoulder is structural but also adds volume and nothing about the cut is fitted. I wore it to a funeral and to work and it was comfortable and polished for both, but I probably wouldn’t rent it again.

This was huge and not in a flattering way. I even tried belting it but that didn’t work either.

I did get many compliments on this dress but I just really felt frumpy in it. Definitely oversized and I knew that, but even the best accessories couldn’t make me like it enough to wear again.

Usually I love large oversized dresses but this felt too large in a misshapen kind of way. I also didn’t like the jagged edging. Looked messy even with accessories and heels. Would have been better if I had sized down.

This is very oversized, but the way it drapes is really lovely and architectural. I wore it to work and got lots of compliments. I would size down next time. Currently 6 months pregnant and it was so comfortable, but still very chic.

I’m usually a M but I sized down to an XS. It was still flowy and loose but just how I wanted it. The material feels so luxe and packed well in a suitcase.

Okay this picture does not do the dress justice but it is the EASIEST throw on. I've worn it several times to work and I love wearing it on its own but it also looks great with a belt to give the dress a bit more shape. I ended up buying it because I couldn't fathom ever sending it back. #RTRteamreview

Love the pleats, very comfy and flowy.

This fabric is almost see-through in brighter light, but it’s slippery over shapewear and layering over it hides the detail along the shoulders and arms. Maybe fashion tape would help? I loved the cut but couldn’t figure out how to show it off on its own without feeling like I wasn’t wearing anything.

Big but that's the look..

This is my second time renting this dress, two pregnancies in a row. It's a great maternity option, especially if you're tall (which I am not). But the seam along the shoulder/down the arm is a little confusing. It shifts around and I wasn't sure how it was supposed to lay. Didn't affect things too much though, still felt chic! Definitely could use a funky pair of heels to jazz it up.

Wore on Halloween and to work with a thick obi belt--you'll need something to cinch your waist. I also didn't love the deep v neckline so I wore with a turtleneck underneath.

I am 19 weeks pregnant and this was comfortable and cute. It’s a little shapeless and I had to safety pin the top so it wasn’t too low cut for work.

Makes for the classiest for Harry Potter, RBG or graduate Halloween costume. Pretty fabric, but I have a wish list for the cut.

Size down

Fit me in the most silly way. Couldn’t wear out but I definitely enjoyed a giggle when I looked in the mirror!

Very thin material and fit like a tent. A belt could not even solve this.

I see the potential, but am 19 weeks pregnant and this dress fit like a tent! I thought that when I got at at around 14 weeks that I might "grow" into it as my bump got bigger, but the suggested sizing was way off. If you have a petite frame, this is not the dress for me, even if you have a baby bump.

Didn’t wear. Should’ve ordered much smaller!
