I wasn't sure about this dress when I selected it or when I received, but after reading the reviews about it being really comfortable and running a little on the large side, I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! This dress is so easy to wear and looks great on! It doesn't wrinkle easily and whatever wrinkles you get come out quickly with a steamer. The color is nice, not too bright, but still a rich color. The material is stretchy but not too thin. I am narrow in the waist and larger in the hips but I didn't have my usual problem wearing this dress. The waistband fit without being too loose and the rest of the skirt stretched to fit my hips without looking too tight. Would look great with a long necklace or a statement necklace and pretty much any kind of shoe. That's what makes it so great - the versatility! The only minor issue I had with the dress was keeping the hanger straps for the skirt tucked in. The best way I found to keep them out of the way was to criss-cross them in the back under the waistband. If they fell, at least the top was longer in the back and could cover them up. Still, I had to adjust them multiple times, but it's no different than having to tuck a shirt in repeatedly throughout the day. Not a deterrent for me but just something to keep in mind. Just a great, comfortable dress when you want an effortless and relaxed look that is still polished enough for work.

It's comfortable, stylish, the fit & color are perfect. Everything about this dress is awesome! I might not ever give it back.

Another RTR winner! This dress was really comfortable to wear the whole day. The fabric is also of good quality so the dress laid beautifully. I rented this for a date night. It was the perfect combination of dressy but also, not too dressed up. I loved this dress so much, I'm trying to look for it to purchase. I'd say I have a really straight and narrow figure but this dress draped nicely. This is a great dress that can be dressed up or down.

I wore this dress for my baby shower. I love that it was fitted on the bottom and loose on the top. Fit and color were great, and very comfortable with a bump. I am 5 foot 2 and normally wear a 4. I am 32 weeks pregnant in this picture and was able to wear a small.

I don't know how they did it, but this might be the most perfect work dress. It's conservative yet stylish. Not revealing yet still very flattering. I didn't really that it's basically a skirt that is connected to the top only in the front for a few inches -- that's what creates the cool drape effect. Such a neat concept! Material is very stretchy and cut is very forgiving so size down if you're in between because I could see a bigger size looking a little frumpy. Overall a great rental. Highly recommend!

This dress was so easy to wear. It is figure flattering and shows your shape but still appropriate for the workplace. It goes perfectly from work to night. Will definitely rent again. I went down a size due to availability, and it still fit since there is a lot of stretch.

I thought the bottom part of this dress would be too clingy on my "curvy" butt and thighs, but the draped style of the top portion was forgiving and perfectly offset the tighter fitting bottom (the top and bottom portion are connected at the tuck in the front). The length is perfect for a professional setting. Other reviewers observed that you needed to have a flat-ish stomach, but a pair of Spanx was enough to keep this post-baby tummy in check. I felt awesome wearing this dress!

I loved this dress!! It was extremely comfortable. Spanks is a must if you have any problem areas. I added a long necklace for an accessory. Fabric is think but not hot. Stretchy and a good length. Could easily be dressed up or down I felt very comfortable in the large and would wear this dress again.

Great look for the office. Dress is incredibly comfortable and elegant. The dress is two pieces which attach at the waist. Fits true to size with stretch in fabric. The top is roomy so order your back up size according to your hip measurements. No zipper or other closures so slightly difficult to maneuver getting on. At 5'8" this dress hit me just below the knee. As for my measurements; 17" from shoulder to shoulder, 17" from shoulder to waist, 25" from waist to knee, 17" from hip to knee.

Would totally rent again. Fun shape, work to night appropriate. Incredible comfortable and easy to move in.

This dress is great - fits well and is comfortable. The top is loose and the skirt is fitted but not too tight. Rides up a bit through the day but not too bad. Super cute and unique dress.

Wore this for a conservative work dinner party in NYC. Definitely a confidence boosting dress. I am normally a 6 and this was true to size in a medium even with slightly larger hips. It fit a bit tight across the hip area but the loose top that hangs a little longer in the back balanced it nicely. Would love to buy this dress.

I love this dress so much! Highly recommend. I put a blazer over it to wear to work and took the blazer off and headed to happy hour. Easy to wear. Very comfortable. I will definitely rent again. Also perfect for date night, GNO or a party.

I wore this to work and was incredibly comfortable all day and received tons of compliments. The only cons I saw with this dress was that it is fairly tight throughout the skirt so if you're in a hurry to get somewhere you won't be able to walk very fast :)

Wore this for a rehearsal dinner at a winery and loved it so much I wore it to a dinner a week later! So comfortable, easily transitioned from day to night, beautiful color, great for professional cocktail event. Literally no downsides to this dress... And it's fun to accessorize!!! First of all sorry I look awkward in the pic lol.. I took it at work & was trying to be inconspicuous. I LOVE this dress! I'm tempted to buy it! It fits so comfortably and is really flattering! After reading other reviews I decided to size down to an XS and I'm glad I did!! It fit perfect!! I'm pretty busty, but had absolutely no issues there! It felt loose and airy at the top while still looking tailored. The skirt portion forms perfect around hips and curves... but the stretchy material makes for a comfy fit! Hope y'all love this dress as much as I did! :)

The dress is fitted but has plenty of stretch, I would pair it with nude heels and a statement necklace to dress up!

The fabric is a soft and stretchy material that is super comfortable. Loved the contrast of the tight skirt and flowy top, was perfect for a conservative event where I still wanted to wear something stylish. The length makes it appropriate for work but the skirt is a tightish fit, so it's not all business.

First, while this is technically a dress it's actually only sewn together for a few inches in center front. This makes it a little tricker to get off and on, but since the material is stretchy it's not a big deal. The dress' strong lines, interesting draping in the front, and rich color drew me toward it and seemed to be what others loved, too! Stretch material is quite thin so I wore a slip to avoid cling and sheerness in sun. Re size/length: I'd say TTS, but I have straight hips. Top was generously cut, full bust was fine; skirt is fairly straight so if your curves are more front-to-back than side-to-side maybe start TTS, otherwise you may want to consider sizing up. Though I'm 5'4 I have a *really* high waist, so while skirt was a midi it didn't fall as long on me as it would on someone with a more typical waist.

I really loved this! It is an interesting twist on a work dress - there's some space where the skirt feels like a separate piece in the back for ease of wear. Rent this - it's easy and sophisticated!

I rented this dress to wear to work. I wear a size small and the fit is spot on. The fabric is nice and forgiving. I wouldn't wear it to anything too formal but it definitely could be dressed up a bit more for a dinner out.

I wore this to a work party where I wanted to be dressed up without being over dressed or sexy. The large fit great, I was very comfortable all night and received many compliments. I am a little self conscious of my tummy after two kids and this dress did seem to unfortunately highlight that area, so beware if you are also worried about that. Overall though you just have to be proud of what you have. Great dress!!!
