I loved that the dress has two pockets. I was very comfortable in the dress. I paired it with fancy accessories in black, silver and a touch of gold.

This dress was perfect for Thanksgiving! It was fashion forward and fitted so well. It had some room so I was able to eat a nice meal :) I am petite and felt comfortable in it- even in oxfords! Definitely recommend it!

The fabric doesn't breathe well. Great for holiday party but uncomfortable for garden weddings or any other party in direct sunlight.

I’m 5’9 and 165 lb and I ordered size 48 which was perfect.(had extra room in the tummy area and the perfect sleeves to cover my unflattering arms). I wish I could just keep the dress. My husband kept saying that I look gorgeous and that’s how I felt in that dress. I took a risk and ordered the dress to arrive on the day of my event ( it was not available the day before) but it paid off...the dress arrived by noon and my event was at 7pm just blocks blocks away from where I live. This was my first time experience and I’m happy I gave a try. I can’t wait to order again.

The dress fit great! Ran a bit large. Had to size down. The sleeves were beautiful! Very elegant!

I wore this in Vegas- heads turned. The material is high quality and the design is high fashion. It is extremely comfortable- and I am a jeans and button down person. It has deep pockets! It is quite short so either be okay with that or wear tights. I am already looking to rent this again. I probably could have worn the next size down, but I like a roomy fit. Great for all figures.

This dress was absolutely perfect for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The sleeves are fun, flirty and unique. I received tons of compliments. The brocade fabric on the front of the dress has a thick, luxurious feel. The back of the dress is a thick stretch material, the added stretch allows the dress to fit different body types. Pockets are the best; enough said. I will be renting this one again.

This dress runs pretty true to size, the back is a black stretchy fabric with the front being a stiffer fabric. It is a great way to hide a bit of a tummy in the front if you needed to. The sleeves are big but in a great way!

With a 32DDD chest I had to size up. Plenty of room everywhere else.

Warning - it's short. Otherwise, it's very comfortable, easy to move in, etc.

I rented this for a cocktail party that got cancelled last minute, but with a great dress on hand I wore it to work anyway. Its thick fabric and fit makes it "forgiving" so it's not too tight. It's modest enough for the office, but the silver sheen and pattern make it a good dress up option. I also liked the non-traditional style that made it feel young, cute and fun, without having to be tight and plunging at the neckline.

My size that I wanted in my back upsize were not available so I opted for the smallest one that was available. I made it work by adding a black belt to define my waist. The sleeves held up even though I had to wear a jacket to commute into the city - the sleeves still held their shape. Anything with pockets and big sleeves in my opinion is the score the dress was beautiful and perfect for a holiday company party! Even though it's on the shorter side I wore tights and it was fine I would Definitely recommend!!!

44(6) and 42(4) fit very similarly. The 42 is significantly shorter so I chose the 44.

I rented this dress for a wedding earlier in September, so when I was struggling with what to wear in November, I thought I would rent this dress again. It's so unique and different. I absolutely love this dress so much! It allows you to be comfortable all night long with no pulling around the waist. It's short and the sleeves do not lend to wearing a coat, but a shawl will definitely pair well!

I borrowed sizes 44 and 46. Although the 44 fit me, it made my tummy look a bit big. I think it was the shape of the chest area, the design flattened the chest and the overall dress shape looked like a pear. The 46 was loose and I looked thinner, if that made any sense, which meant the dress was longer on me. Although the dress did not look like how it is on the model, I thought it was still rich-looking. The material is definitely thick. It was perfect for a lunch wedding in cool weather. I think because of the material, it would be too hot for summer. I wore the dress with black tights and platform sandals and brought a shawl instead of a coat because of the bell sleeves. I think the sleeves added drama to the dress. Love it! I am contemplating on borrowing it again for a holiday party.

It was comfortable, chic and the quality is amazing. The only problem is that the slip shows, but I pinned it. I'm so glad I read all the reviews before purchase- they were so helpful and I knew the slip might be a problem before hand.

This dress is lovely, flattering, and just right for a fall event. The length is fun. The sleeves are just puffy enough. And it has pockets! I would rent it again, and just might :)

Amazing dress, would absolutely recommend it! I wore this to a cocktail party and received so many compliments. The dress was very unique, the bell sleeves were a fun part of the dress. Personally I didn't think the fabric was heavy or too warm, was just right, also, it had pockets! If you want to stand out in a crowd and wear a dress that is super comfortable this is it!

I usually wear a size 8 and this dress swallowed me up. Super cute but had a musty smell as well.

Loved this dress! The only con for me was that it was on the shorter side. Next time o rent dress trough my RTR Unlimited Subscription I will order a size up. Do not rent this dress if you have a full chest bc it will pull across the breast area and make your boobs look squished! I am a 34 D and had to change my bra & wear a bra that wasn't padded & it fit just fine. Also, do not rent this dress if you have wide huge hips /large bottom area because the pockets on the side of dress will stick out and it will not look right. I feel this dress will look best on someone who has a straight and narrow body. I could see bump on my lower belly area and did not care, I should have wore spanks but dress was too short so in winter I will rent this dress with control top black tights. Over all I loved the dress and received many many Compliments

I've been eyeing this dress for a while on RTR and I'm so glad I finally rented it. It was very expensive looking and definitely stood out amongst a bunch of black dresses. The bell sleeves added a cool element to the whole thing. Some words of caution however: the fabric does not have any stretch to it so perhaps go up in size. Also it is very short so be mindful if you are tall. Overall gorgeous dress and a lot of fun to wear!

This was my back up rental for a date night at the theatre. Was a little skeptical when I first put it on, but it quickly grew on me. Incredibly comfortable and good quality material. My boyfriend loved it and I got rave reviews from friends. My only concern was that it was quite short, not good for activities that involve bending over! Overall, a great rental for a night out.

I wore the dress to a winter charity event and styled with black tights and high-heeled mary janes. The sleeves are huge - which I thought made the dress really fun and different. I'm a pretty true 10 right now and I wore the 46. The 48 still had the pockets sewn shut, which led to a better overall silhouette, but it was just too big with too much bulky fabric. Overall, a unique dress at a good rental price.

I've been wanting to rent this dress ever since this came out, but it was always unavailable. So, I was excited when I was able to rent it for a 50th Wedding Anniversary event. I ordered the size 42, with the size 44 as backup. RTR informed me a few days prior to delivery that there was an issue with the size 42, so they sent me a back up dress just in case the size 44 didn't work. The size 44 was slightly big, but it didn't deter me from wearing it for the event I was attending. The only issue is that the lining kept coming down past the hemline of the dress. I used some double stick tape to fix it and it held up very well. Received a lot of compliments on the uniqueness of the dress. My favorite part was the sleeves and the pockets!

I was hesitant to rent this dress but I am glad I did. It is quality material and very unique. It runs true to size but was slightly tight around my shoulders. It's does a great job if you want to camouflage a tummy and accent legs. It is short, but I am a very petite girl so that worked for me.

I wore this for an indoor day time bridal shower and I received alot of compliments. The dress has a beautiful sheen to it with the red, silver and black color combo. It has a modern shape with puffy sleeves and pockets so I loved that. I rented a size 8 (46) and a size 10 (48), and the size 8 (46) fit me with no issues. The sleeves weren't tight and had enough room to easily get in and out of. I am 5'4 and the dress stopped a few inches above my knees. The chest area did fit a little snug so keep that in mind if you have a bigger chest. The black lining of the dress wasn't sewn down to the dress hem so it would sometimes slip out when I walked but I used some safety pins to help keep it in place. The dress material is thick so I wouldn't recommend wearing this for an outdoor event in the summer because you will be hot in it. Overall this was a nice dress and I would consider renting it again for an event!

PROS: Lots of compliments; no one else had anything like it; festive CONS: heavy fabric was a bit too much for a summer wedding; for my long legs, the length was a teeny bit short (had to be vigilant on the dance floor not to dance too wildly); also, it WORKED for a May wedding, but the look was overall wintry/holiday

I ordered the 6 (44) and the 4 was not available for back up and so I thought there was no way I could wear the 2. I really wish I had ordered it now bc the 6 was HUGE on me. I almost didn't wear it because it looked like a sack. I was so excited about this dress and since we had to be downtown for a day party on Mardi Gras I had no time to exchange it. I would recommend going one size down to rent and another size down for back up. I got a lot of compliments but still felt like I looked like a football player :-(

This is one of my favorite dresses possibly of all time - the only draw back, you can not wear a jacket unless it's enormously armed. Instead wear a wrap. Otherwise, absolutely gorgeous.

Rented this for a Gala and got so many compliments. I will definitely rent it again for a holiday party. It is even more beautiful in person and the fabric is heavy (as others have mentioned), but luxurious! Perfect for cold climates! I was warm all night, danced, and kept all my goodies in the pockets!

Note that the fabric in the front does not stretch, which was fine since I have a small chest. The bell sleeves are beautiful and stay in place throughout wear.
