This is a happy dress! I wore it for my Zoom meetings for work and ran some errands in it. I feel like I owe it a better event to really showcase it. Truly a dream of a dress.

The dress design was easy and relaxed I liked the pockets and the bright fabric. The size I received was loose around the waist so it would not have worked for a dressy occasion but for every day it was perfect.

fit very well. The bottom is a bit poofy , which feels celebratory and fun. Had intended to wear this to the office, but it had too much of a party vibe. really cute and the fabric is beautiful and soft.

Definitely a good pick for someone who’s smaller up top. I didn’t feel like I was swimming in and it was very modest and comfortable while still being youthful and cute. Be aware there isn’t really any stretch so choose your size off your chest/rib cage/arms/smallest waist. Your hips don’t matter at all as there’s more than enough room and it’s all the way to my mid knee (5’7”) so I doubt length will be an issue even if you have a larger bum. I had plenty room to sit and raise my arms comfortably. Last note: just be okay with the wrinkles unless you want to be ironing for a full hour. I would have ironed it if I was going to something more formal but I was at an outdoor festival so I just let it be and it was honestly fine.

I love this dress! One person asked if it's vintage, and while it obviously is not, it is made of that lovely thin but stiff cotton so many vintage dresses are made from. I usually wear a 2, and I often find arms to be tight. This dress was not tight in my arms. It was very, very generous around my waist though. I was still wearable, but i would prefer it to be a bit more snug.

This dress is a sweet romantic experience. You'll feel like a girl in this. The fit is shapely at the waist and nostalgic of the ladies era when women dressed for the day. I fell in love with this item. RTR, how much?

I was wearing here at the Sweet Tooth Hotel in Dallas. But I wore a sweater and belt over it because it was cold. Looked cute. I wore this three times in 2 weeks. Loved it

Marni is not “sexy” and I prefer this sophisticated, girlish cut and print to some of the more dour color schemes, which can skew too matronly. The cut of the sleeves is really great - comfortable and not restrictive. Chest has ruching so it was a bit puffy/large on me so the size down would probably fit me better. But overall true to size. Looks very cute with a plain black belt, but the gathered natural waist is also fine without.

Great dress. Got tons of compliments all day long. I ordered a bigger size than what I normally wear, so it was a little loose, but it didn't really matter. I would definitely rent this one again!

Hit high calf for me (I'm 5'3"). Flattering cut. The fabric makes a swishy paper sound. It didn't bother me, but just in case anyone is sensitive to that kind of thing.

Loved this dress for the pop of color! The fabric is a little rustle-y, louder than I expected, and the seam down the middle of the chest is a little odd, but overall I liked the retro feel. I only wore for Zoom meetings but would have dressed it up with a belt if I'd gone out.

This is such a fun outfit. It was a little big, but since it's more of a conservative look I don't think it was problematic. It is also kind of a thin material, but along with the print, it's a great summer rental.

Beautiful bright colored pattern is totally original on this dress. Beautiful quality fabric and the dress has an old vintage feel about it.

This style of dress with the high neck & full skirt is not my usual but this is why I like RTR - so I can experiment! The fit felt right on top but a little big in the waist & the skirt is extremely full (POCKETS!!!). If you have a smaller bust you can size down. The gathering in the middle of the bust was a nice touch to give the top some shape. The fabric is very light but also very stiff so it doesn't drape at all making it feel a little awkward to me. However, it was a fun rental. Go for it!

If you are body-conscious and do not want to appear several months pregnant, this may not be the dress for you. On top of all the compliments, I was also asked on three occasions if I was expecting. The pockets were a cute touch, but they just are not slimming enough to make the dress anything beyond mumu shaped.

I wasn't sure how much I would like this dress because there were no reviews and I didn't like the styling on the model. But it was a perfect fit and I got a lot of compliments. It has a lot of fabric in the bottom half, but it's very lightweight. Fun colors and pattern- I felt like I was wearing a painting!

Light and breezy, very full skirt and bright colors. Could dress up for a wedding too, or down with a denim jacket. So fresh and lively!

This print is like a work of art. It literally looks like someone painted the beautiful colors and flowers straight on the dress. It's not lined, but the fabric is thick enough that it doesn't feel too thin. Fit is true to size. I'm 30DDD and sometimes, European dress sizes can be tight on the chest for me, but I was pleased to find this dress fit me perfectly in the equivalent of my usual size, 4. I'll miss it!

Got lots of compliments! I could have done without the seemingly unnecessary small ruching in the middle of the chest area, but it wasn't all that noticeable.

If you like vintage, you will be in love. This is such a fun, fun, fun dress and beautiful quality. I love Marni, and this one is great. Perfect fit everywhere- bust, hem length just below the knee, comfortable across the shoulders. I'm an true hourglass, plus very chesty and short-waisted. A total favorite. Marni can do no wrong!

I'm usually a 10 or 12 in US sizing (more like a 12 on top, usually). This dress fit perfectly. I'm also short-waisted, so anything with a defined waist is a gamble, but this was perfect. Great crisp fabric, not too heavy, really lovely print.
