Interesting... but weird
Rented this shirtdress looking for something different and that's what I got. Oversized and a bit difficult to style but i definitely turned heads. Marni is one if my favorite designers but not sure that I'll rent this one again

Chic and Head-Turning
I don't normally review items, but I felt the reviews for this dress didn't do it justice. It's true that this dress is weird, but in a fun and daring way. Like you're actually renting the *runway*. I've never gotten so many compliments from strangers on the streets and subway.

Front, Back or Both?
It seemed oversized with too many layers of shirting. I couldn't figure out the front and back and layers.

Hospital gown, but make it fashion?
It buttons up the back so it legit looks like a fancy hospital gown. I'm have surgery next week and my husband thought the hospital had sent this home for me to wear. When it told him it was RTR he thought I was joking. I tried everything to make this work, but it's so much fabric and such a WEIRD fit. The two dresses are connected on the sides but not the back so there is a lot of bunching. Ultimately I decided it was too sloppy and kind of 'trick or treat.' If I were home sick I *might* wear this, but I have nicer house coats that are easier to button. Surprised at Marni on this one. Wasted rental. I think I can still hear my husband laughing.
