This top is so fun and versatile. I've worn it about 8000 times (give or take a few) - for work, for vacation, for going out -- really there's just about nothing that wouldn't work with this awesome top. Best of all, on a hot day, it doesn't touch you - which on a sweaty NYC day is a true blessing. I'm tempted to buy it, but it's still a bit pricey for a used top. This picture doesn't do it justice, and I suppose it might be a little maternity-looking, but I LOVE. LOVE, LOVE that it doesn't cling on a hot day.

there is nothing not to like about this marni shirt. it is an A-line cut (not body-skimming), and has perfect coverage in the underarm area (no peek-a-boo with the bra), so i look neat and tidy, not sloppy. i am a busty lady with a small frame (30E), but there is no pulling or tugging across the chest (i got a size 38). excellent quality material. i wore the shirt with faded out jeans and navy brogues, and topped it with a white blazer. can't really reconcile the price tag...though i would LOVE to buy!

I wore this to work and just around running errands. It is a lot of folded fabric, so seemed better suited with tighter pants to counteract the volume

Breezy fit. Super comfortable. Definitely on the casual end of the spectrum, but it was a great top to wear to different client appointments on a warm spring day in NC.

This blouse is cotton and somewhat stiff with pleats. I agree with reviewers about it running large. It may be worth sizing down. It's a bit boxy and not form-fitting but fun casual or work. Looks great with black. The flowers are green turquoise, black, grey and off white (perhaps a result of cleaning and wear). They are not pure white. I would not pair with white jeans. I liked with black pants, black jeans and distressed grayish black jeans. I wore 3 times! And I would buy if not so pricey.

Good top for work. Very flowy, would be a great maternity top. I should have ordered a size down. It was nice and cool for a super hot day. I didn't like the look of it on the hanger but loved it when I put it on. I would rent it again, one size down.

Loved the fabric, colors and unique cut of this top! The fit was good, not perfect. The armholes were a little uncomfortable but not too unbearable.

I wanted to love this shirt but the bottom of the front sticks out a lot!? May work better for a smaller or flat bust (I'm a 32D)? It's a tight knit cotton so it doesn't have a lot of "give" and looks stiff. Unfortunately, I didn't /couldn't wear it. Hope it works better for someone else because it is a cute & classy top!

Loved the colors! Like many rental items, the white is not a pure white so I would not pair with white jeans. I paired with black and it was great! Odd shape, made me feel like I was trying to hide a pregnancy.

A very nice shirt, but not really my favorite. I think the color scheme just wasn’t for me, and while the asymmetrical, structural pleats were cool, the overall shape of the garment just didn’t wow me. Material is nice (crisp cotton shirt fabric, non-stretch). Fit is good – true to size through shoulder and bust area so unless you are particularly small up top I wouldn’t size down, fuller through waist and hem due to A-line shape. Length is a bit longer in front than in back, but overall generous – can be worn with lower-waist pants. Can’t really be tucked in because of the structure.

This top is beautiful and vibrant, lightweight and breathable. It is meant to be an A-line shape and does run TTS. I went down to an IT 38/US 2, and it fit okay, but was a bit tight across the shoulders. Next time will get my regular size.

I *wanted* to love this because I'm obsessed with the fabric and the neck line looked like it could be trendy- but it was so boxy and unflattering that I would never wear it out. Seriously no shade, but it would probably look really cute on a pregnant woman. Will rent one day if I ever decide to have a baby.

Really beautiful fabric. Top has a lot of fabric at the waist, but the pleats help it lay well. Only the 44 was available so I thought I would try it. Was able to wear it but will order 1 size down if I rent it again.

Super cute body so great paired with skinny bottoms. Wore twice to work and again to lunch. Seriously considering buying. Also is more of a cotton material (looks potentially silk in photo though) so works well for warm weather

Generously cut but not too big. Looked great with a number of things and was comfortable and appropriate for the office.

The top was definitely roomy - I could have down sized, but it didn't look frumpy. Great to dress up or down for work or play.

This top was incredibly flattering. The fabric is lightweight, perfect for July in NYC. The pleating in the front makes it really interesting. Would rent again

Loved wearing this top. It's a beautiful pattern with a great construction. I was surprised by the fact it is just a cotton material.. nothing too fancy. But I would wear it again. Not my current situation, but this would be a PERFECT top for someone who is in the early stages of pregnancy and trying to hide it. The construction gives the shirt a sort of A-line silhouette and doesn't touch your belly - but still very flattering.

I got compliments over and over on this top. The multiple pleats have a unique shape without being overbearing - they accentuate your shape. The fabric is a real attention getter without being overbearing. The colors are very modern and the pattern is vintage inspired. I wore it on the 4th of July.

The fit flares out below the bustline, which would be flattering except that there was just too much of it for me. One size down, and I think this would have been a winner for work (under a blazer, cardigan, or jacket).

Too wide. Thought 46 was like a 10 but it was more like a 12 or 14. Fabric is beautiful and cut gorgeous

The print is super adorable, but the cut is just not right for me. I think I would like it if it was longer and had more opportunity to lay a but better. But the red color is great. Fun for a day!

Great color - fabric is a brushed cotton, so rather stiff and formal. Not sure if it hadn't been dry cleaned enough, had a small odor to it. Loved the cut, but it was really large and felt like a maternity top, so may want to size down. Wore it with a black blazer, so the amount of fabric was less obvious.

I wore this for Independence day, with white crop pants. Very cute look but forgot to take a photo! The fabric is high-quality cotton with multiple pleats and stitching finishes. Looks and feels expensive. It ran a little big - there's a lot of fabric - so I might have been able to go down a size. If you have any tummy bulge this top will cover it nicely. EDIT: I rented this again and sized down from 40 to 38. Much better fit this time!

Cotton blouse arrived somewhat wrinkled. Tents out, not very flattering. Fabric doesn't lay flat, pleats in odd places creates tent effect.

The fabric was like a sateen soft cottony feel. I rented this on the fabric alone. The cut did work for me. The fabric billowed out in front and made me look pregnant. If you are smaller chested I would size down. So on that note it would make a perfect maternity top now that RTR carries that line.
