Very comfortable, beautiful colors, good length for conservative event. My only comment to others is that it is a straight fit, not flared/A-line the way it appears. The ruffles are misleading. So if you have serious booty (like I do) it is a little tight around that area! The size was perfect, just a note to keep in mind.

The photos looked like a loose flowy dress. But it's actually fitted through the booty. I will order this again but order a size up.

A fun color block by Marni!! This very high fashion style would be so fun for a spring party. It's great for any cup size and has room at the bust. It is fitted throughout the midsection and the fabric has no stretch so I would say to size up for this style.

This dress fit oddly - the hips were very tight (and considering I have no hips or butt it is extremely tight). It ended up working out - but it was only worth it as an unlimited rental. The color blocking and side ruffles are fun tho.

The colors are gorgeous and it's a fun dress to wear. However, if you have a short torso (as I do) it's not going to fit brilliantly and the waist won't line up with your natural waist. Probably also better for a pear shape as it fits well at the hips on me, but less well at the waist. Still, it is a style I wouldn't ordinarily try and I'm glad I did. While there is plenty of room in the 48, bust-wise (and I'm a 34DD - RTR doesn't have that as an available profile size), I don't think the dress would have draped as nicely in the smaller size - which is the reason I got the larger size.

I would say that the dress runs a little bit large but oddly in the waist. I didn't have time to try the smaller size but I think it would have been perfect. Either way it was so comfortable and beautiful in person. The perfect option for a wedding.

Comfortable frock but is cut more straight than pictured. If you have curves, I recommend going a size up.

I rented this dress for work. It is a medium weight. The sides flutter a bit as you walk (in a good way). It is work appropriate and was very comfortable. I would rent it again for sure.

Beautiful fit for a long and lean body. It's typical European designer sizing, so err on the side of a larger size. I did that, and it fit perfectly! The layered sides with the single strip of a dark color in the middle make you look very slim. Fabric is very nice, and the details were perfect. The dress has a lot of character and doesn't need accessories...just a nice pair of shoes (I chose my silver Diors) and go!

Rented this for an everyday event and loved it. It did run a little large but not too big and looked super cute with short heeled booties. I would definitely rent this again. It's very stylish

I rented the size 40 which I believe is the equivalent of a two based on others' advice that it runs large. I typically wear a size 4. I had to wear spanks so that it fit OK in my hips. I love the dress so much that I will probably rent it again one size larger to see how it works on my hips. I received compliments all day long. It is classy and professional.

I ordered a 38 instead of a 40 I usually wear based on prior reviews and they are correct. I thought this dress was so unique and classy. Flattering with the ruffles on the hip. Got compliments at the office where I am know as the person who "always wears something new." Unlimited is my secret!

I wore this to work, the length is great. This fits true to size. The only issue I had it is a bit snug in the hip so spanx are needed. Other than that I got many compliments.

I got a lot of compliments of this dress! It's very unique, and I love the Autumn colors or color blocking. I wore with strapping black heels - I had to wear very tall heels because the length of the dress landed slightly below my knees, and without heels it would have looked a little dowdy. When I pulled it out of the garment bag it looked like it would be large for me, but it actually fit perfect. My two complaints - it did have a black stain on the upper left corner, and the in seem of the dress is tight, so while I walked it would shift to the left which became a little bothersome. But overall I loved it.

This dress felt luxurious, which isn't something that you would use to describe working. The colors were beautiful and I LOVED the way the ruffles swished when I walked. I got a lot of compliments on this dress. The arm holes were perfect, which can sometimes be a struggle with sleeveless dresses. No bra showing! The only complain I would have is not really the dress's fault. I have a short torso and this dress is clearly made for runway models. It would fit better on taller girls with long torsos. The way it sat because of the torso issue made it bunch around the waist a bit. I just kept pulling it down if I needed it to lie flat. Otherwise lovely. The colors are like a deep, deep hunter green, lilac, and dark burgundy.

Like others have said - this dress does run large, but mostly in the torso area. I sized down and it fits well in the hips and bust but there is an odd amount of fabric left around my mid section. Even though I wasn't thrilled with the fit, I received more compliments on this dress than all of my other rentals thus far!

Loved the dress, but it runs very large. Definitely order down. I was able to wear it by adding a belt and keeping my sweater on all day (it gapped under the arms), but I needed about two sizes smaller.

The dress is VERY narrow in the hips.

As much as this was unique, it would make someone with larger hips look extra wide. The dress itself flopped. Although it stands on its own as unique piece, I don't think the designer was thinking about the every woman body. The dress looks great on a hanger and just so so on no matter what size or shape you are.

Loved the look of this dress, but the fit was odd- even by Marni's standards. Marni usually fits more amply than other designers. This has a very snug skirt and a wide waist. I couldn't wear it to work as it rode up while I walked. I would like to try the next size up as I find it very intriguing.

My waistline is petite - if I couldn't wear it, I don't know if others can...

This Marni dress is really beautiful in person but it is extremely long. I'm 5'3 and it was basically tea-length on me. I would recommend only for a much taller person. It also runs a little bit large.

I ordered 38 based on some reviews but the 40 probably would have been a better fit

The design of this dress and unusual color blocking (hard to see from the photo, but lilac, maroon, and dark green) are interesting and modern, but I did not feel like it was very flattering. The ruffles around the skirt hang strangely. My boyfriend said it looked like "[my] butt had wings."

The skirt is terrific, but the fabric does not feel great, and the top is a strange, long fit. I have very fit arms, and torso, and it still looked funny on me.
