I love flower dresses but it's hard to find ones that are appropriate for a "business" dress code. I think this one works especially because the fabric is not slinky, giving the dress good structure. Gorgeous colors and flattering fit.

Truly a beautiful print fit for any season. The cut is not only classy but flattering and office appropriate! The bodice runs small but fit my body type perfectly. So many compliments on this one.

This dress runs a little on the large side - even when I sized down I found it to be a little big in the top (someone with a bigger bust likely wouldn't have this issue). It's a great length for work and really versatile. I don't have it on in the picture - but for Fall or Spring it looks really cute with the Veda green leather jacket with the light pink collar. I would definitely rent this again.

I absolutely love this unique style and the floral print! This dress runs true to size and I recommend going up for your backup size. This works best for A to C cups, since it is fitted, and I recommend that curvier women size up since there isn't a lot of room for hips. At 5'6", this hit me at my knee. This may be worn with a standard bra. Keep in mind that there is no stretch to this fabric! Pair this with nude heels and a simple cuff!

Marni always comes out with super creative styles and this one does not disappoint. It can definitely brighten your mood on a rainy day with the poppy print and comfort of it. It runs true to size, however the fabric has no stretch to it so I would recommend going up a size. You can wear it with a standard bra as well. Slide into some statement heels, like red or blue, or pair with coordinating earrings for a fun look!

I got this Marni dress for work but it is also appropriate for a wedding/ garden party. It is a light to medium weight cotton. Fully lined. It does not show that well in the stock photo but the dress is a-line (a long a-line). It is beautifully tailored. I like it so much I am considering buying it. I would for sure rent this again!

Unlike other reviewers who thought this dress ran to size, my dress ran a full size too large. I ordered my usual RTR dress size US 10 (IT 46) and this dress ran a full size too large for me across all measurements. This is surprising since I sometimes need to order up one size if the chest area is very fitted (I am 5'8", 155 lbs, 36C), but in this dress I will need to order one size down to be able to wear it. Otherwise, it is a flattering, easy to wear dress. The 100% cotton material has a parachute-type feel to it and looks more casual than expected. I love the colors: olive green, pale pink, blue, and neon yellow. I will try this dress again in one size down from my typical size.

I have mixed feelings about this dress. It fit perfectly, it and was excellently made... The pattern was fun, and I got several complements... But there was something about the style, the longer length (I'm 5'5") or maybe the fact that the top did nothing for my rather large chest, that kept me from loving it. However, overall it was a lovely dress.

This was a pretty dress. The photos don't do justice to the print and colors. The material is a bit weird... it felt like paper, but i didn't find it uncomfortable at all. The only issue for me is that I'm long waisted so the dress wanted my butt to be about 3" above where it actually is, leaving a poofy gap in the dress above my butt. I had to wear a sweater to covet that up. Not sure I would rent again, but it was great for work and I got lots of compliments.

This is a very structured dress -- a problem if you don't have the body type it was structured for. It does not seem to have been made with curvy women in mind. The top was loose in general, but snug across the chest (and I'm not particularly busty). In addition, the skirt was not made to accommodate a booty (which I do have), so the fabric kept bunching awkwardly around my lower back. I managed to hide this issue with a long cardigan, but would not have worn the dress otherwise. Aside from the fit issues, the print was playful and pretty, the high neck and low hem were perfect for work, and the fabric was a nice thick material. If you have a straight/narrow figure, it should be great.

This dress was nice, comfortable, fit well and perfect for work, but it wasn't anything I was super excited to wear. I'd definitely recommend it for work, but not sure if it's worth renting for a special occasion.

The dress is extremely comfortable, made of cotton fabric with cotton backing. Fit was, unlike other Marni dresses, not boxy, but just right. Slightly warm for 77F but may be alright for the office. The colors are a delight: dark hunter green, dark purplish blue, lightest of pinks and yellows. Very comfortable. Would rent again for fall.

This was a fabulous conservative summer dress that would work well for touring or at the office. The material is such that it holds its shape and is relatively wrinkle-free.

This was one of the first dresses that caught my eye when I started my unlimited membership - and I just now got around to renting it. It's wonderful. I may buy this one.

I already regret not buying this dress - it is my favorite rental to date. Pros: stiff fabric holds shape; the print and colors were my favorite part of this dress- sneaky neon yellow is THE BEST CONS: I do not own it. Yet. I styled this with silver sparkle flats and heavy silver jewelry. When it got chilly I threw a pink pashmina on.

This dress is perfect for work or dinner. It's very elegant and the fabric is a unique nylon-type material. Flattering fit!

No cons. Great for a day when you want to wear something flattering but not form fitting!

This dress is a comfortable fit and the pattern is very nice - even better than it looks in the picture. The material is weird - it makes a crinkly sound like a waterproof jacket when you walk, but it doesn't look strange. I'd recommend renting it if you want a fun comfortable dress that still looks smart.

Definitely longer, hit mid-calf on me (I'm 5'1'') but for work with heels it looks cute

Pretty dress, unique fabric but ran large and was quite baggy on me, also longer than expected. Perhaps a smaller size would have worked better; however, I generally need to wear a jacket over sleeveless dresses at work and the jacket would take away from this. I think if it was smaller and I wore it out of the office I would love it. I just don't have much occasion for that.

I like the pattern on this dress a lot, it fits in the chest well even with large breasts, but it is quite long. I am only 5'2" and it came to an odd mid-calf length. Would be great for taller women.

Another gorgeous pattern on a less than perfect fabric. This dress is unlined and in a twill-like fabric and, as a result, both rides up and doesn't hang well. That being said, I liked everything else about the dress. It runs a bit large, but not too much (could put on over my head without unzipping, but didn't look too big once on), the length is a bit retro in a good way, and the print, again, is beautiful. Wish they had put it on a different fabric.

I enjoyed wearing this dress. Perfect if you have the Unlimited membership, bc it's unique and distinct and I don't think it could be a regular in your rotation. Paired it with a large, pearly necklace

the fabric and print are really fantastic and the cut looks like a simple a-line but actually has a bit more detail and shape in the bust. I was too optimistic about November weather, it's just too cold for the cotton fabric.

This was way too big and a weird length for my short stature. Didn't wear it. And didn't particularly like the colors together in person. Seemed matronly.

I'm surprised by how few people thought this dress runs large. I'm between a 2 and a 4 (on the 4 side) and definitely should have gone with the 2. The material is very rain jacket-ish and mine arrived very, very wrinkly. It was also pretty beat up. If you're choosing between this dress and another, go with the other.

I typically have this size run large on me in other brands but this fit awkwardly: Loose around the top, kind of tight around my bum. Also just not an expensive-looking fabric. Kind of strange and papery. Had to return.
