Fun and Different
I liked this skirt because it was a fun spin on a denim type skirt. It does have some weight to it and it ran large on my waist. Because of that, I had to pair it with a body suit so it could slide down as far onto my hip as possible. Kept it simple and paired it with some bold colorful earrings and hot pink shoes and it world perfect for a small work gathering I had. I may try the smaller size if I rent this again, but it worked and I liked it.

Really large
I really enjoyed this skirt. It has a very funky design and awesome quality. The biggest problem was the size, it was just too large. It kept riding up and down. So I'll probably rent it again in the smaller size.

Looked good.
Love the asymmetric style & swish, but I'm 5'6β & this was a little long for my height. Also, definitely runs large - use your waist size.

Big at the waist but fun to wear anyway.
Runs huge if you're an hourglass figure- didn't matter much. Rented for a trip to Japan where asymmetrical, loose skirts are popular. A bit heavy for summer, but it worked for Spring. Really had fun accessorizing it for this trip. Loved this skirt's styling flexibility- anything goes with denim. BTW, saw lots of Marni in Japan...

I wore this several times and felt so comfortable and put together. On vacation I wore with red sandals and low cut top. In the cooler weather I wore it with boots and tight sweater. Really versatile and feminine.

I loved this skirt and wore it several times, it was just different enough to be interesting, but the denim fabric made it so versatile, I have a feeling I will rent it again. Runs large.

Fabulous skirt!
I love this piece. In a 44 it sits on my hips and is midi length on me. I will rent a 42 next time and i may buy this piece.

Stylist Review
Structure is Good! This is a very peculiar piece that RTR offers and itβs definitely out of my comfort zone. For one, itβs a heavy jean material and it runs large. Iβm a normal medium/size 8, so I noticed right away when wearing that it was way too big for me. 8 is the largest size this designer offers but it isnβt a normal US 8; a lot of people can make it work! All in all, this is a draped item that can be paired with a cute top and sneakers. I see myself wearing this for errands and small lunches and can be accessorized with cute purses/backpacks.

Wore it to work.
Runs very large. I am a 4 or 6 in a skirt and got an Italian 42, which usually corresponds with a US 6. The waist was enormous on this skirt and sat down quite low on my hips instead of at my natural waist. REALLY beautiful, however. Considering purchasing it. Size down if you have a small waist, unless you want to wear it down on your hips for a slouchier look. A lot of volume, so may not be ideal for women under 5'5".

Perfect construction!
This skirt was perfect for work - I actually rented the entire outfit as pictured (jacket/necklace/skirt), all by Marni. I am a true size zero and found that this skirt ran a little big in the waist. The denim is thick and structured so beautifully - loved this outfit!

easy, casual and chic work day
I love this skirt. But.. .I think one size down would be ideal. The waist meets in a "V", which can be really flattering, but it was so low that it kind of highlighted my belly. Easy enough to wear a sweater, tucked out, but I would have loved it just an inch or two smaller. It's a nice, heavy weight fabric and falls with intention.

Beautiful but LARGE
I am a 4-6, leaning towards a size so I thought a 40 (4) would be okay. I definitely should have sized down to a 38. It still sort of works but it's low on the hips and more of a t-length; it would be more like the photo depiction if it was high on the waist and falling just below the knee. SIZE DOWN!

Different, but fun.
Very different than I usually would wear. The denim is VERY heavy, and runs a bit big. I have a 32" inseam and this fell below my knee to mid-calf. Wore with tall brown boots.

Rented this for an extended three-month vacation in France.
Terrific skirt! Loved the asymmetrical hem and the weight of the denim. Be prepared for an asymmetric waistline as well (keep in mind when pairing with a top). I wore it with heels, flats, dressed up and dressed down. A very versatile piece - I am considering buying it. The only negative was the zipper - the zipper felt cheap, and the zipper pull was out diagonally, it didn't lay flat.

Fun design but rather large
Im 5'11 and the skirt was very long on me. It was ok cause im lycky and have long legs but i would honestly nir recommend it to anyone under 5'9. Medi becomes maxi then. It also runs very large. I recommend sizing down.

Easy to wear
This is a lot of skirt! I liked it. Didn't love it. It's longer than I thought it would be and there's a lot of material so the asymmetrical hem is lost. I planned to wear it with a fitted cutout sweater I rented with it but the fit was horrendous so I went with a fitted black turtleneck and black boots.

Interesting but challenging
I wear a 4 in American sizes and rented the 40. It was enormous. Loved the cut of the skirt, but I decided not to exchange it for a smaller size because I was worried about dye transfer from the very dark denim.

Didn't wear, so much denim.
I never wore this because I felt swallowed up by all the denim. I am 5'4" so maybe if you are taller? I am not sure but I did not care for the style on my body. I got a medium.
