This dress is EVERYTHING. Thick material, great length, unique print, can be dressed up or down; I got endless compliments. The colors were a bit more faded in person, but I didn't mind. Wish I owned this dress!

I absolutely love this dress. The length was perfect and the slit on the side makes it a little sexier. There isn't much shape to the dress, but I put a belt on to give it more shape. The sleeves are really long, but rolling them worked well. The colors are gorgeous for spring/summer.

I like that this is a heavier weight, really holds its shape which is important because the cut is boxy and a little big. I wore this for work and as you can see decided to cinch the waist with a thin belt and roll the sleeves to give the dress more shape. Pairs well with the Zac Posen Eartha Mini I also rented as part of my Unlimited subscription.

I ended up loving this dress. Super comfortable, fun, and while not a huge compliment generator, I loved how unique and stylish it was.

A stiff fabric but cut smaller at the waist so very flattering for an oversized look. I was anticipating a boxier fit so was pleasantly surprised. The hem line is the best part!

This was way cooler than expected and looked great once I sized one down. Wore it over shorts with a belt and got tons of compliments. Stands out and sexy without looking like you tried.

The longer I had this on, the more I loved it. I am usually a size 12 and got the 48. I could have probably gone 1 size smaller. It is very structured and kinda boxy but super unique and comfortable. I rolled up the sleeve and ironed them; I felt like that made it seem not so overwhelming. I got a ton of compliments on it. I paired with white sneakers.

Fits oversized by nature but still size down. 40 was perfect for me even though I am usually a 6 (Kate spade) or 8(DVF). I rolled the sleeves to cut down on the bagginess. Just above my knee in front and since back is slight longer, hit back of my kneecaps. Def work appropriate. Wore to a lecture and some everyday activities. Easygoing. Would be cute if belted but fabric is thick. While the fabric is thick the dress isn't tight so should be ok even in the heat. The print is bold but really like the style of this. Another cool Marni piece.

I liked this dress, great print and comfy and was good for a casual day to work. But not for a date. The slits on the side made it flattering for legs and the print is very cool. But the top is hella boxy and not flattering. I didn't mind that for a work day or even easy dress for something with friends. But not when I'd want to look "hot". Skinny /tall girls, I think this would be great for you! But size down everyone!

I loved the print but I couldn't deal with the big stiff front pockets and the epaulets. Felt like a high end safari gone wrong. Didn't wear.

it's a bit short on the sides so I wore it with shorts underneath. The sleeves are a bit wide for my taste.

This dress is so, so beautiful! I love the length and the canvas-y material. I'm pear shaped, so I was nervous that this might not be a flattering fit, but I was comfortable in it. It's definitely supposed to look a little boxy, but I still would have ordered another size down, which I will try if I re-order. I'm normally an 8/10 in shirts and dresses, and I got this in an 8 but a 6 probably would've been more my speed. LOVE the colors, though!

This runs super large - I could have even gone with a 40. I have broad shoulders and an athletic body so it fit me pretty well and gave me some shape, but for my other friend who also had this dress at the same time, she needed a loose western belt to give it some shape. I think you can go either way, but you need to size down regardless.

This T Shirt dress is the perfect addition to your vacation wardrobe! It would be a great cover up to throw on over a bathing suit and can even be left unbuttoned. The fabric is stiff so it does not flow on the body, it has a more structured feel. The sleeves are of the same material, and do not fall onto your arms. It is great because it can be worn with a standard bra, but would work better with smaller bust sizes. The fabric does not stretch, so if you have a fuller bust, you may want to unbutton the top in order to keep it comfortable. You can pair this dress with white sneakers, or flip flops and the look will be complete!

Looseish fit but not huge. Thick stiff material and the dress' cut made it feel like a long fishing shirt. My dress was also quite faded.

I recommend rolling the sleeves - being petite the stiff fabric overwhelmed me a bit, but the cut was a great fit and very slimming. It is definitely more of a tomboy look. Fun pattern - cooling fabric for the summer.

Heavy-weight canvas-like fabric, best for a moderate summer or fringe-season day - it would really not look right with tights, and the looseness/stiffness of the sleeve makes wearing a sweater over it challenging (a jacket could work if it has room in the sleeve). Slightly boxy fit but not shapeless, nips in a bit at the waist but kind of an androgynous style in details like the shirt collar, wide chest pockets, epaulets. I LOVE the gen detail, square in back of the slit and round in front, but beware that it is a bit short with that slot especially when sitting. I didn't love the color combination in the end, so it was only ok but the style/ cut and quality is great.

This is a heavy canvas, but wears well in the summer. It's a nice punch up from your average casual outfit with the bold print. It's loose and boxy, which doesn't usually do anything for me, but I really like this.

Loved this dress. I had so many strangers stop me and complement me in this dress! Loved it. Only negative is that it runs a little big in the shoulders. Otherwise, perfect little day dress.

The fit was good—about what I expected: a bit boxy, but still feminine. The print was terrific.

I wore this as a long jacket over leather pants and a t-shirt. The material is pretty thick, so the effect isn't tropical and breezy - it's more like a structured piece with a tropical print. Unusual and fun. It arrived wrinkled, so I ironed it at home.

This dress has an oversized boxy style (which I was looking for) but I should have gotten a size down and it still would have been oversized and boxy. As it was, it looked (in my regular size) much too big. I recommend sizing down a size, it will still be oversized and boxy but appropriately so. I liked that the fabric was warm, which made it comfortable to wear the short sleeves in slightly cooler weather.

The fabric is thick and stiff - almost like canvas - which made it not like your average shirt dress. I wore with shear black tights, black Moto boots, and a black leather jacket. It was the perfect transition look from winter to spring. Received lots of compliments on the dress even after I wasn't wearing it! It's a standout dress for fun weekend attire. I wore size 34 - XS. It's definitely not fitted and is boxy.

The dress has a trendy, "box"-like fit. Wear your true size or size down. Paired it with flat form sandals for a casual look at the office. The contrasting colors do not pop as much as they do in the picture, perhaps due to laundering and normal wear. If the colors were more true to the picture, it would definitely be a four-star rental. Earlier reviews noted the fabric stiffness. However, it was not stiff for my rental. Again, it may be the effect of laundering.

The fit is boxy and stiff. The print is very unique and the fabric is nice but once I put it on it didn't look good on me.

I went up two sizes in this dress, hoping to belt it and unbutton the top few buttons to show a little cleavage. Unfortunately, (1) the dress runs large to size and (2) the material is far too stiff, so I could not wear the dress as I had envisioned. It would make an adorable pool cover-up. . .

This print is beautiful - really beautiful - and I very much wanted to love this dress, but... 1. It's very big. The style is boxy, but I definitely could have worn 1 if not 2 sizes smaller. I belted it, but there was still tons of fabric left over. 2. The fabric is almost like a twill, very stiff, and doesn't drape well. This would be a fun dress to wear on vacation or to the beach, but I would have loved it far more in a different fabric.

I did not wear this. In fact, I didn't even try it on. The dress was enormous, and I didn't realize until it arrived that the fabric was so thick. It is like denim. I didn't expect that. Print is lovely but this was not for me.

At 5'1" this dress was way too big and boxy for me. I could tell that it would look cute on a taller person. The print is fun. Overall it's very structured and almost kind of stiff and starchy. I think that's how it's supposed to be but it wasn't very comfortable.

I love shirt-dresses! I wear them all the time! But this one was a little too big and boxy or something, and because the material has so much stiffness and the shape so much structure, i felt like i was wearing a cardboard box. Not for me!

Enormous dress that I cannot imagine looking good on anyone. I 5'2 and 110 pounds and this dress is a boat. Could not wear it.

The sleeves and top were very boxy and unflattering. Not sure what body type this would be flattering on.

The fabric is REALLY heavy. This dress felt too structured on me, and wasn't at all flowy.
