Dress was pretty. Fabric is thick. I wore without a bra. I did get compliments. I probably wouldn't order again though. The zipper on both the 4 and 6 were very hard to get up and on both sizes they puckered out once zipped up. I found this to make the fit less than perfect. Color was a mix between silver and a "champagne" color.

The size 6 fit my body but was too tight at the bust line. The size 8 fit my bust but was loose on the rest of me.

It felt slightly too big on the top so I had to readjust a couple times during the night, specifically while dancing. At first, I tried on the dress and I was a little underwhelmed. It looks more grey/silver in reality, though it comes out metallic in photographs. On the day of the event, my mind had changed. I definitely felt beautiful.

It was hard to zip but once it's on the fit is great and very comfortable

I felt like a princess in this dress. It was for a charity event where the dress code was black, white or silver. So happy I chose this dress. The only flaw is that the boning on the back left side is starting to break through the seam. I don't think anybody noticed. This dress must have been rented a lot. But, I can understand why. I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night. I may have to go grocery shopping in it tomorrow. Just kidding. Fits a bit small. I'm usually a size 2.

This dress was very comfortable and easy to wear, with a higher waistline. The zipper was a little tough but not a major problem.

fit perfectly–I've got a 34DD and am hourglass shaped. the tiers perfectly camouflaged any belly, no spanx needed. Material is luxe and elegant and it worked for the mom of the family that was the center of attention. I felt like a star.

Tons of compliments. It really is stunning and photographs absolutely amazing. Tight in bodice but I like that so I am not pulling up when dancing. I didnt even have to wear a bra due to fit and structure. Wish I could buy it!

This dress is amazing. The zipper is on the side, so you can get in and out without help. I have the dreaded abdominal pooch, but the amazing design of the dress completely hides that. I looked like I have a totally flat stomach! It was loose enough on top that it didn't cut off circulation, but at the same time I never once had to pull it up. I could breathe. I could sit. I could dance. I never wanted to take this off!!!

Picture does not do it justice. Wore dress for optional black tie affair with a shaw. VERY comfortable. Chest fabric area goes up higher so not concerned with constantly pulling it up. Someone with larger chest could still wear this dress. The cut and layers make it super flattering for all types. Didn't have to wear spanx. Compliments all night. FABULOUS color and material. Rent this dress!

I wore this to a New Year's Eve party and loved it. It's a very flattering, hourglass shape and structured so it holds you together nicely. Highly recommended!

Fits snug in the bust (and I'm not busty) but was a good fit. Overall the dress is well made and fabric is thick. Was great for a work cocktail holiday party! Would rent again!

Ordered the 8 & 10...no way the 8(depending on the make I am between sizes) would fit but the 10 was quitetight-ish at the waist & mine is small.The good was that the bodice very supportive so didn't need an uncomfortable strapless! I am 5'3"/145 lbs/34B+ with a small waist(not all the statistical info on the reviews I have read are honest) When I removed the dress from the package it was disappointing as it was more drab grey in daylight but in evening light it was LIQUID SILVER!!! The tailored flounces camouflaged my 67 year old tummy. The length of the asymetrical hem was a designer bonus. TONS of compliments from people...I would buy this dress if I had more events to attend...the designer has a website and is located in Charleston S.C. Wear with hot pink lips & nails; silver sandals; rhinestone bracelets; chunky necklace, and channel your "INNER MARILYN"!!

I rented both a 10 and a 12. They both fit, but I chose the 12 for comfort and the ability to wear a strapless bra. I was the chair of the event, so I worked all night---outside, inside, lifting things, running around---the dress was so forgiving and easy to wear. I hated to send it back!

This dress was great, and not just because we share the same name. I wore it to a Nigerian/Jamaican wedding (lots of regal attire present), and I felt absolutely stunning in it. The size 10 wasn't available to ship, so I don't have a size to compare it to. The 8 did require some assistance to get in, but once I was zipped up, everything stayed in place the entire night. Would definitely rent again. The earrings are from RTR also.

When the dress first arrived I was skeptical, because my initial impression of the material made me think of curtains in a modern style hotel room. Once I tried it on, I got over that quickly. It hangs beautifully and looked fabulous. I was mildly overdressed for my department's residency graduation, which I anticipated beforehand, but the dress was tasteful and didn't feel out of place. NOTE: I wore a 4 and ordered my backup size in a 6 as some reviews suggested. The 4 was so much too large that I almost didn't wear it, but I didn't have anything else to wear, so I wore a thick adhesive bra AND supplemented further to keep it from falling down. This beautiful dress would have been even more flattering had I ordered a 2.

Amazing dress and fit!! It hit my hips and chest in all the right places! I was comfortable all night long and random strangers approached me complimenting how great it was! The zipper was a little tricky around the boning area, so you might need help zipping it all the way up.

I wore this to a charity gala, it was perfect! The design in the fabric is amazing, such a well made dress. It stands out against all those in black without being over the top! Sizing... I am normally a 4 and I wore the 4, but the boob area was a little tight, so I had to do no bra to avoid pushing skin up over the top. The size 6 was too big in torso and felt longer. Great dress! Would rent again! (Not the best picture but some how I didn't take others)

I loved this dress!!! It was really beautiful!! It was a little long on my under five foot frame, but the overall look of the dress overcompensated for the length being slightly off how it was designed. I also thought I was a bit overdressed for the cocktail attire of the party, but I got so many compliments, it was ok. I also can't say enough about the wonderful customer service from RTR. This dress was my first choice, but outside my price range, so I picked a different dress. The dress I ordered came back damaged from the previous renter so RTR contacted me and offered me another dress up to double the price that they would overnight to me. I picked this one and LOVED it and was so grateful to RTR for stepping up to ensure I had a dress I loved! I will definitely be renting again!

Fabulous metallic dress by Mason Hosker! Running true to size, we recommend going one size up for backup. With some stretch in the fabric and a fitted bust, this dress is would work best with smaller cup sizes. This dress is fitted at the waist, but not in the hip area, so it allows for comfortable movement. One thing that I love about this dress is the metallic color and the asymmetrical hem. At 36” from shoulder to hem, this dress is perfect to wear for any formal event, like a wedding or gala. Pair it with silver or gold jewelry and heels to make for a stunning look.

I rented this for my friend's December wedding. It is nicely made with a lot of detail. I probably would only wear this dress around the holidays as the silver/metallic would be a lot at any other time of year. The zipper was very tough and without my husband, I never would have gotten into it! The bodice fits well but i felt that it ran large in the back/bust and I am a 36DD. I had to keep pulling the dress up. A heads up: there is a lot of detailed thread sewn on the dress that pulls very easily.

I actually chose this at the store last minute bc the dress I ordered wouldn't zip :/ but really happy with it! It was a little big bc it was about a size too large but last minute I didn't have a choice and it fit well enough to work. I got so many compliments! It was really comfy to dance in and nice structured material great for a fall or winter event. I am short so it was longer than it's supposed to be, ended up more tea length than knee length but still looked great!

This dress worked great. The style and shape of the dress makes it an easy dress to fit and size. I had three compliments before I ever even made it to the door of the building.

I wore this to a benefit concert/dinner where I received an award. I received tons of compliments! My only con is that the dress kept turning on me and I had to adjust it several times. It could have been the shaper I was wearing underneath that provided the opportunity for the dress to slide around a bit. Otherwise, I felt beautiful and glamorous!! Great dress!

Top was large on me, had to wear padded bra.

The dress fit nicely and it was well made. Although, the fabric had multiple strings hanging from it. It may fit slightly small. There was substantial fabric at the top so I didn't need to wear a bra. It was very comfortable.

A little snug in the waist and a little roomy for me in the bust. Almost went up to the size 6 but then too roomy up top. It was the most unique dress at the event. The dress is more of a warm silver so black accessories looked best. I wore the suggested "rustic evening earrings" and they looked fabulous with the dress. The pattern on the fabric is more pronounced than it looks in the photo on the model. I definitely felt like I was wearing a high fashion "runway" dress.

Based on the reviews, I sized up and that was a good move. I'm normally a 0, and the 4 fit perfect. It was a cute dress, and I probably would have loved it if I had more of a tan. It washed me out.

Beautiful material, but was too big

The vibe is really structural and cool, but it runs super small and doesn't have any stretch. Not very suitable for women with bigger busts (I'm not busty at all, either). I couldn't even get it to zip up.
