As you can see from my rating this was a big no go for me.. The extra fabric looked like an after thought. I usually like finishing touches that have interesting touches but, this one just looked like extra fabric was added to area.

The sleeves are overwhelmingly big unlike the rest of the coat!
The sleeve 'puffs' are outrageous for my size shoulders (which aren't super narrow), but the chest jacket is so small I couldn't get it buttoned. I couldn't get it buttoned!
