The dress has a nice structure and a tie that cinches your waistline. I felt very professional wearing it. I think Michelle Obama would rock this dress. The material is thick, so I thought I would be hot and sweaty all day at work. However, I was wrong and comfortable all day. I would consider buying. You could wear this piece in the summer or the winter.

Fit was great, shape was flattering. The denim was a bit thick which was great for shape, but since I live in the south it was warm for my all day event. Will probably rent later in season.

Although I think it's intentional, the wash of this black denim is more faded than the picture shows (which is a cool look, if that's what you're going for). I wore size 1X, and although it fit me well (because I'm just smaller than a 1X), I do think this particular cut runs a little small. I wore this dress with a mustard yellow flat and the overall effect was fabulous!

I was hoping the 12/XL would fit (I'm usually a 12) but it was too tent-like. Love the fabric and styling but I was not the right bodyshape for this great dress.

Couldn't wear because it was too much like a giant sack. The denim is very heavy and the tie-waist is too shallow to actually provide shape.

I ordered a 3x - usually I am a 0X, but as it is a UK based company I am used to the sizing being very different. Dress fit perfectly - was a bit big around the neck, but I attribute that to the fact that it was 3 sizes bigger than I'm used to wearing. The bust and body were a perfect fit, which goes to my assertion that it runs small... I do not wear a 3x, I wear a 16/18 -- but in this I'm so glad I thought ahead and went up!

This dress is definitely better with bare legs. I wore tights with it and it's not great. Cute dress. Gives a nice waist.

Cute dress but heavy denim felt alittle bulky

The dress is really cute and fit well. But the next is so high that I felt strangely covered up. It would have been better w a slight v or crew neck. It's a shame, because the rest of the fit was terrific.

I didn't expect this to genuinely feel like a pair of jeans, but it does. It's fairly heavy- a nice contrast to the flimsy chambray dresses, but the shape was super boxy on me, even with the tie. I'd like to see this style sleeveless and maybe a vneck or a little bit lower neckline.
