This dress is pretty great. I wore it to a sorority fundraising gala and it was a big hit. I got several compliments and people asking about where I got it. I did wear the bigger size, but I think many people have said that this dress runs a tad bit small. I wasn't upset about it because I didn't feel like I was wearing a bigger dress. I had lots of fun, but did have to use a little tape to keep the girls comfortably covered.

I rented this dress for a black tie wedding. The 2R was a little tight but the 4R was large in the chest. I ended up wearing the 2 and it worked out. You will need help zipping up the dress because the zipper is in a awkward spot on the side. I am short and wore 4 inch heels and it ended up being the perfect height.

I rented this dress for my junior prom. The material was light and soft, so perfect. It was slightly tight around the waist but I absolutely loved the fit otherwise. I used fashion tape to secure the straps (I recommend doing this too!) Overall, I loved this dress and I felt so confident and sexy in it. I taped the hem of the dress to make it shorter when I took off my heels. I highly recommend renting this dress!

Wore this dress to a wedding and received tons of compliments. The color is a vibrant red and the material gives the dress a very ethereal feel. Made me feel like a million bucks. The straps are slightly tricky, but nothing that double stick tape and good posture can't fix!

Before renting this dress I did read all the reviews to fully understand what I was getting myself into. Yes the straps do fall down but nothing double sided tape couldn't fix. You do need a completely backless bar or the nipple tape. I got it in a Petite and it was still a little too long for me (I'm 5'2) even with 3'' heels but with how flowy the dress is it didn't matter. I wish I could of kept it to be honest I loved the way it fit, and I truly felt beautiful wearing it! :)

I am 5'0 & 110# and 32B-- this dress fit so nicely around my waist and chest. Obviously did not wear a bra, and the dress had built in cups. This dress made me feel so elegant! I ordered the petite size, due to my height. I wore 4.25" heels and the dress was still a little too long, just skimming the floor too much without fear of tripping over it. I was able to lift one side casually while walking. Also, the shoulders were a bit too big as well, the strap fell easily-- which could have been fixed with a 0 petite, but I'm sure the body of the dress would have been too snug then. Overall, loved this dress and would recommend it to anyone!

The 4P was perfect for my 5'4" 120lb frame. I wore my more "comfortable" 1.5" heels and could only see them when I had to lift my dress up to go up stairs. If I had worn the taller ones you would have been able to see them (and my feet would have hurt!) I was worried about having trouble with the straps and I did have to adjust them a few times but not as much as I thought I was going to. I received so many compliments! I would love to wear it again.

Rented a 2P (the only size 2 available) and a 4R, but only the 2P was sent due to the 4R being returned by the previous renter late. The 2P was the perfect length to wear without high heels, which was perfect. The 2P fit perfectly, however it was a little tight around the waist once clasped. RTR offered to send me another dress to replace the 4R but I loved this dress so much I was okay with a little discomfort. I used some fashion tape to make sure the straps didn't fall down. Overall this was a gorgeous dress!!

Let's start with the obvious, this dress is gorgeous. Even after reading the reviews I wasn't sure of what size I should go with (2or4p) but the 4p became unavailable days before my event so they only sent me the 2p. It could not have been better. The dress is beautiful but tricky. The straps will slide down your shoulders if you are not careful. I didn't use any fashion tape so I had a little incident when a friend hugged me and one strap slipped down. One other thing is that you have to keep your posture and can't bend over (your breasts will be exposed otherwise). The waist was a little tight for me but not in a "I can't breathe" kinda way. Also, since I wore 3" heels the dress was a bit too long and I had to carry it around at times. So if you are able to go through those details, it is an amazing dress. It made me feel pretty and happy for choosing it. I had a great time and despite all of those things I just remember how gorgeous it was and wish I could keep it. :)

The dress fit true to size, and I did not have the same strap struggles that others had on the 2P. I ended up wearing the 4P because it was more comfortable, so I taped the top of the dress on, and it was fine for the whole night! Overall, I loved wearing the dress and I'd do it again!

Rented many times before and this one takes the cake. PROS: bright color, flowy light skirt, amazing open back, sexy but very elegant. CONS: need to wear a stick-on bra but totally stays covered by dress; also I'm 5'5 and got away with low heels in the petite size (don't normally wear petite) despite the previous comments saying it's the longest dress of all time. You MUST rent this.

The overall fit was great. The straps were not a very comfortable fit. If I hadn't used double stick tape, they would have been falling off all night, so make sure to get some double-stick tape. The dress was pretty long for me, but granted, I am 5 ft 2 inches. Thus, if you are on the shorter side, consider getting petite size.

Wore this for a wedding and received so many compliments! It's a head turner between the eye-catching red and the plunging back so be ready for that. The straps were a little annoying but just a little lift up and adjustment made them fine again. For girl with bigger busts, it's definitely going to be a tight fit and the cross straps in front will fit oddly - they crossed over the bottom on my bust unless I pulled down on the straps, which made them tighter and kind of uncomfortable. I wore super high heels (6" heel with a 2" platform) and the dress grazed the floor just slightly more than I would like; I had to be a little careful when walking and definitely had to lift up the dress when sitting down or walking outside. Really though, this is a stunning dress and I was sad when the event was over and I had to return it!

I loved this dress. It is very low cut but I didn't need tape or anything to hold it up. My favorite part was the skirt. Great for twirling and dancing

The dress was absolutely beautiful and I felt amazing in it. I wish the size up was available because it was definitely tight around the ribs and bust area for me. The straps felt weird but as long as I sat up straight it was fine.

We took our engagement photos in October, and friends and family are still talking about my "red dress." It truly made our pictures magical and I felt beautiful in it. I am 5' 5" and 125 lbs. I rented a 2 because that was the only size available and I'm usually a 4. The smaller size worked for what I needed, but I would have been far more comfortable in a 4. Straps are a bit awkward because of the low back, so your range of movement is limited.

I absolutely loved this dress! I felt so beautiful, sexy and elegant! It has a low back, but its not TOO low. Since I have a smaller chest, my breasts weren't all out there either. The only cons are the straps. They do tend to fall down. I used fashion tape to tape the front to my chest, which worked, but I still we self conscious all night. However, I was voted best dressed at the wedding! I received so many compliments and felt like a million bucks!

I am a size 6 in the waist, and an 8 in the hips, plus I'm short (5'2.5"). So I got the 8P with the 6P as a backup. Since the skirt wasn't tight, the 6P was the perfect fit. I used lots of boob tape, and at times it still fell, but I anticipated that with the other reviews. It was totally worth it. It was one of the most flattering dresses I've ever worn, and the color was perfect. The only thing was the rental had a hole along the seam in the underskirt, so my heel caught it a few times. Other than that, it was a perfect first experience from RTR.

Ht: 5'1", Wt: 108lbs This dress was absolutely stunning. I got a ton of compliments and it fit great! My only complains are that the length was just slightly too long for me, but I was only wearing a 2" heel. Also, I had to be careful when dancing, because the straps fell down at times. I did use a small strip of fashion tape on the top to prevent "slippage." Other than those few things, Everything about this dress was perfect

I received a million compliments all night long! It fit like an absolute glove and was so much fun to dance in! I will definitely be renting this dress again in the future! I was a little worried of a nip slip... however, there are some small bathing suit-like cups but did snag some bandaids from the hotel concierge just as a precaution!

Loved the dress. The size 4 was perfect. I am 5'4" and wish I had gone with the Regular length instead of the Petite. I had to find shorter heels at the last minute, but it worked.

If you try and wear this dress as is, be prepared to not be able to shimmy or wiggle or slouch at all... Alternatively, have one of your brilliant friends tie a piece of ribbon connecting the two straps across your upper back, throw on some fashion tape, and be happy and look stunning for the rest of the night. 5'6" 140 36C wore an 8P without heels. The straps on this dress are really strange but it is truly gorgeous otherwise. Excellent material, fantastic to dance in (contingent upon having you having a solution to the straps), great color. Personally, I would NOT rent this dress if I had bigger boobs, it is a super revealing neckline.

This dress fit really well, but the sleeves kept falling off of my shoulders! The top works really well with a sticky bra, but I would definitely recommend securing the straps into place, especially if you're going to be dancing! The fit is really nice because it's tighter at the waist to show off your figure, but the skirt is loose and comfortable.

I wore this dress to a black tie wedding in Chicago (I live in Baltimore), it arrived the same day I got in, with the wedding the following day, and it couldn't have been more perfect! This was my first time using rent the runway, and I'm usually pretty apprehensive about ordering clothing online - I have small shoulders, big boobs and big hips! Reading the reviews and seeing photos from other customers was super helpful, and the fact that they offer to send a free alternate size just in case, was really comforting. I would definitely recommend this dress (and rent the runway) to anyone!

The dress is well made and looks beautiful. The material flows and the design is sexy. The dress does run a bit small at the waist (at the clasp). The straps under the arms take a little to get used to, but they're alright. Overall, I LOVED this dress and would wear it again. This dress was a show-stopper. :)

I love this dress and would definitely rent again! I wore this dress to my boyfriend's Barrister's Ball and the open back gave it enough sexy but classy at the same time. The dress was just a tad long with my 4 inch heels but other than that, there were no other complaints. I received so many compliments that night and it really made me feel beautiful.

I rented this dress for my engagement photos on the beach. I wanted something long, light and flowy and this was the perfect dress. The red is the perfect shade and really stood out in all of our photos. The fit is a little odd on the top since the waistband is a bit snug but the top portion a little loose. The 4P was the perfect length for me to wear without shoes and I am just a bit under 5'4. I was sad to send it back but now I have amazing photos thanks to this dress!

It felt beautiful and looked great in the wind and on the dance floor. I had to keep good posture (shoulders back) for everything to stay in place. There is a slight risk of popping out on top if you're not careful. I don't think it would work well for bustier women. Double stick tape helped. I wore a short wedge heel and it dusted the floor nicely.

THIS DRESS IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!! The bride told me I had to wear this dress to her wedding, or else. The fit was so perfect. Highlighted all the right spots, hips, waist, everything. The low back is beautiful. the low cut front is great and not too scandalous. I got compliments on the dress all night! Definitely worth renting!

The 2R was a little tight around my waist and if you are a more busty person it is difficult to wear. The dress still looked beautiful even though it was a little tight. I would definitely rent again in a different size. I had so many compliments on the dress and about how elegant it is.
