Beautiful dress, true to size, just very short. Fabric is luxurious, and the details are on point. Super comfy and lots of room to move. Good for chilly winter or fall nights as it is a heavy fabric. I would def rent again or buy!

I wore this out to what i tbought was going to be my birthday dinner with my husbabd and a few friends but it turned imto a huge suprise 40th birthday party for me! Man am I glad i looked fabulous! I got endless compliments on this dress and it was very comfortable and has so many unique details. I'm 5'11'' so it was a bit short but I wore black hoisery which made outfit look even more put together! I'm a solid size 8 but needed to wear the 10, I recommend sizing up.

I don't think I can name any cons at all in this dress. Perhaps I would've argued that it's not my favorite color but it looked great on my tone and literally the detail in this dress was too good. The sleeve is actually fitted, it's lace but you can't tell because of the chiffon bishop sleeve over it. It's amazing. I wish I owned this dress tbh.

I rented this for a winter work party. Great fit and very comfortable for dinner and dancing, yet work appropriate. I rented both the size 0 and size 2. Tried them both on and could have went with either. Went with size 2 for the extra room in the shoulders. 5'0, 105 lbs., and 30 DD bust. Sleeves fit perfectly. Length was great. If you are tall, it could end up a little short, but if you are petite and on the shorter side, it was great.

I loved the details and it was very easy to wear. I could fit in the 2 and 4 easily. I wore the 4 to church just bc it was a teeny bit longer. It was a different style then I usually wear but I was very glad I tried it!! I would get it again.

I rented this for a country-ish fall wedding and got a lot of compliments on it. It's pretty structured, so I was able to eat/drink and not worry about looking bloated. I'd wear it again!

I fell in LOVE with this dress! It's totally not what I would reach for in the closet, but I loved it more for that! So unique and flattering, this dress was a perfect fit and made me feel amazing! Honestly, I'll probably rent it again, I loved it so much!

Would recommend this dress... high quality lace details and very well made. I normally wear a size 4 and this size 4 was snug, but did not look or feel too tight. There were multiple layers of fabric below the lace dress to hide my mid section (which made me feel confident because I have a 5 month old and it hit my mid section and arms while still looking fitted). I also could wear a normal nude bra with it with thin straps and they did not show (so did not have to wear a strapless bra). I also ordered the size 2 , which was very tight ... I'm curious how the size 6 would have fit so in hindsight would have ordered the 4 and the 6. Received many compliments at a winter wine party. Fun wine burgundy color ... not normally a color I would have purchased, but fun for the night to break out of the little black dress routine. It was chilly that night, so I wore with black tights and booties...glad I had tights on when I sat down because it was pretty short. This dress would also look great in the Fall with nude booties! I'm 5'6" and 125 pounds, small chested (34 A/B) and size 4 worked.

Rented for a 50th birthday party. Beautiful burgundy (maroon) colored dress. The lace and see through top adds just enough to keep this dress simple and sexy!! I'm usually a size 10 (5'2, 155lbs, 36C) decided to go with the 12 so I would have some wiggle room after dinner 😊! My hubby said buy this dress!!

Dress runs a little small. I have a large bust and had to smoosh it in the dress but other than that it looked great! It was flattering and comfortable and I received tons of compliments all night!

I just had a baby and was still bouncing back and this dress was a beautiful shift dress with the right amount of ornate features (the lace and sleeves), while also hiding some problem areas for me. It's a little bit heavier material, so perfect for a spring/fall wedding. I would rent again!

I rented this as a backup for a formal event but instead wore it to work on Halloween - and it was great! I loved all the lace layers, the beautiful color, and the amazing construction. I truly thought about keeping this one it was so lovely.

The dress did run a bit small in some areas - I suggest going a size up, with this dress a little bigger is better. Loved the sleeves -flows but high enough that they didn't get in your way.

I am 5 ft 2, 125 lbs, and I ordered the 2 and 4. A lot of my weight is in my butt and thighs. The 2 fit and wasn't too tight anywhere, so I went with it. I am very happy that I chose this dress. It was flattering, relatively comfortable yet elegant, and it was nice to have long sleeves on this chilly December day in New York. All of my pictures look great. This was actually my first time using Rent the Runway, but I suspect it wont be my last.

This was my backup dress and I decided to wear it to a Christmas gathering with my family. It was very comfortable and fit very well. I felt really good in it. It is very short though and I wouldn’t wear it without something underneath. It was cold so I went with cream leggings and boots. I would rent it again.

I wore this to a birthday party at a private club in the city and was complimented on it. It was true to size and was very comfortable. It is well lined and even lined inside the sheer fabric on the sleeves. It kept me warm despite temperatures in the low 30's - which might be a problem if you're going somewhere that you'll be dancing a lot. The only negative thing I can note is that the dress rides up pretty high when you sit down and there is no adjusting the dress to overcome this. I had to keep my completely opened dinner napkin over my lap to feel less exposed. I would definitely rent this dress again given the right event.

I felt as though the dress was flattering and very comfortable. The long sleeves and heavier fabric kept me warm during the late fall wedding I attended but the shorter hemline kept it fun and easy to dance in. I'd highly recommend this dress.
