This dress was extremely classy, a beautiful vibrant color, and very comfortable. It was easy to dance in and was very well made. Would definitely rent again.

This was my first rental from RTR and I was really nervous because I didn't have a back up option. RTR sent me this dress because my original choice wasn't available and I was not disappointed. It fit great and was thick enough material to be flattering and not too clingy in the wrong places. I ended up wearing 2.5" heels rather than the taller ones I had, but either probably would have been fine.

I had recently gained a little weight due to some medication and was super self conscious and concerned about finding a dress that would fit. This dress made my worries go away. It was flattering, a beautiful color, and soooo comfortable. It has a little stretch to it which was great for dancing the night away. I'd highly recommend this dress.

Rented this dress for a Hollywood Glam themed birthday party. The dress was true to size, was a pretty royal blue color, and I loved the back and side slit. I'm 5'2" and wore 4" heels - the length just hit the floor and I only had minimal trouble stepping on it. The side slit helped with that. I had no problems dancing. There is not a lot of "lift" in the bust. I added a stick-on strapless bra for more support. There is also a clasp on the left shoulder that I was not aware of from the photos. Overall, perfect dress for the occasion, I received many compliments.

I wore this dress to a military ball and it worked perfect for the formal event. I'm 5'7" and the regular length dress was long enough with high heels. The cobalt blue color is vibrant and fun. The crossed neckline is very flattering. I got tons of compliments. Only complaint is that the liner of the dress was a tiny bit longer than the shell of the dress at the slit.

Loved this dress! I wear a 4, but the reviews said it was a long dress, so I got the 4R and 2R. They both fit great, but the 2's zipper malfunctioned. The 4 was a bit long even with heals on, but I managed. I got so many compliments, is extremely comfortable and no bra needed!!!! I love this company, due to the zipper malfunction they gave me a 15% off my next order!! Amazing!!

Wore this beautiful, eye catching blue dress to a friend's engagement party. It is a thick material so it will hide things but it also feels comfortable to move around/dance in. Loved the neckline, paired with big earrings.

Neckline in the front shows off shoulders, fitted but not too tight for dancing and dinner. Felt confident and comfortable, but also appropriate for a family wedding. The color is a show stopper.

I absolutely LOVE this dress. I rented the exact same one in gold from RTR for prom three years ago, and I loved it so much that I got it in this GORGEOUS blue color for my sorority's formal. It hugged me in all of the right places and still left enough room for my Spanx. The dress is lined, but I am a 32DD, so I had to wear a backless bra, which worked well. I wound up wearing the 6R, but I might have been able to do the 4R... My backup was an 8R because I was worried about room for the girls, but the dress was definitely good for my bust. It really flattered my figure and minimized the girls while giving me an awesome hourglass figure. For shoes, I wore 4-inch heels, and the dress didn't drag. I did take them off to dance, and the dress did drag on the floor a little bit (I'm 5'6) but not too badly. Obviously, I love this dress since I've rented it twice, haha. I am OBSESSED with the cobalt blue color of this one. Got compliments all night long! Rent the Runway, you never disappoint!

I loved this dress. The color was stunning, the material was a great weight, and the dress was comfortable all evening. I did opt to wear spanx because I was really bloated he night of the event and I wanted a smoother look, but with the right underwear, spanx aren’t necessary. The 4R and 6R fit, but I needed to wear the neck on the second more loose set of clasps with the 4 so it left the fits set of claps exposed (poor design flaw). Due to the exposed claps with the 4 I opted for the size 6. We have another event in a couple months and my husband has asked me if I’ll wear this gown again!

I ordered this dress for a formal event in both the 10R and 12R. I am pretty consistently a size 10 but have had bad luck in the past with designer gowns running small. This fit like a glove! And I did not have to wear a bra, which is always a concern for me, as I am a 36DD. Beautiful color! I am 5'8" and it just hit the floor, so if you're planning on wearing heels (I didn't), maybe do the long version.

I wore a size 10P because my chest is larger, I'm a 34 DDD and it fit well. The material is stretchy, which helped so much on my chest! It was a few inches too long, I'm only 5'0, but it wasn't bad at all. I would rent this dress again as I loved it so much!

I rented this as a back up and liked it so much I ended up going with this one instead. Really beautiful color and glamorous cut. It is very form fitting. My spanx line showed so I just went without. I was pushing it on the size in the torso but the length with 2 inch heels was perfect. I got tons of compliments and was a standout in a sea of black.

Rented this for a black tie event. I will sometimes wear dress sizes 0 or 2. I went with 0. There wasn't much difference besides the 2 looked like it had been worn too many times and the side lining was off. I wore medium sized heels and length was perfect! I am 5'2. If you have an hour glass shaped body this works wonderfully!

I didn't end up wearing this because my husband preferred a different dress. The color is stunning

The dress was really nice with a lining. I usually wear an 8 or a 10 because I'm busty with a bigger waist, but with Rent the Runway I always go up a size and I've had good luck with that. The neck was pretty, I wore a simple gold choker, but you could get away without wearing a necklace. The top part was a little low, but if you're smaller it'll fit just fine. I didn't wear a bra because of the back, but I did wear those adhesive breast lifts (Fashion first aid The perk up) which not sure if I needed because the waist was fairly snug (but comfortable), but it made me more comfortable knowing something was kind of sort of holding me up. The dress was a little long, but with heels it was perfect. The zipper was a little sticky, but it seemed to loosen slightly with each time I tried it on. It would be nice if they could wax the zippers before sending. I've seen this complaint before with other dresses as well. All in all though the dress was beautiful and I got loads of compliments.

I was pretty picky about the dress I chose for a very upscale black tie wedding in southern Ca. This was perfect...it was forgivingly snug around my curves with an incredible neckline. I don't care for fussing with cleavage, and this was perfect. A low key shapewear was worn and no bra was needed- which has NEVER been the case with my 34d bust. The material was thick with a hint of stretch and the leg slit was very tasteful. We mingled, ate and danced...& I felt my best the whole time!

I am 5'8 and weigh about 153 lbs. I also CrossFit and its hard to find clothes that fit a muscular body properly. This dress fit me like a glove and was the perfect length that I wanted (I wore flats and didn't want them to show).

This dress fit perfectly. The regular length was a tiny bit long with 3” heels, but I was still able to walk and dance comfortably in it. The top is fitted and has a little padding built in so a bra wasn’t necessary. Overall, very comfortable!

The fabric on this dress was perfect! Thin enough that it didn't weigh your down, but also not so thin that it clings to you in a weird way. Super easy to move around/dance in. I wore this for a formal event for my school and the dress was classy and sophisticated, and the slit on the side added a bit of sexiness! I got so many compliments on the color and fit of this dress! I normally wear a size 8 but went with the size 10 just so I had enough room to move around all night.

I would order this again in a size down (I'm 5'4" 110lbs) or a petite as it was a little long an a little loose in the chest. Even a little bit it was still very comfortable and flattering! Lots of compliments.

I rented this dress for a friend's black tie optional wedding. The color was beautiful! It was fun to be bright blue in a sea of black dresses. I wear size 8 usually, and the 8 fit like a glove. I'm 5'8" and was able to wear 2-3" wedge heels without a problem. I wore Spanx, but didn't wear a bra and didn't have an issue. I'm a fan! Comfortable and fun to dance in all night. The hooks at the neck felt a little loose, so something to be aware of there when you receive it--make sure to check and make sure they're secure!
