They are lighter than expected (bonus!) with a tortoise look. the blue is right on trend for summer with a bit of sparkle.

I rented these for a formal winter wedding, and they were really cool and livened up my outfit. They were fairly heavy though, and the backing slipped off a number of times, causing one earring to fall out. It was lucky that I didn't lose one! Maybe best for an event that doesn't require a lot of movement.
