Wore this for my first day of work at a new job. Long sleeves were comfortable and not too long (I'm short, as are my arms). Paired with a pair of light pink heels. Coat is also from RTR and goes with all my dresses!

Loved this dress! The fit was great and perfect for a work conference. Sleeve length, high neck and dress length hitting just above the knee made it perfect for a professional occasion. Fabric was thick enough to be forgiving but not hot. I wore tights with it and had no issue with static (phew!). Very easy to accessorize. Would definitely rent again!

I probably could have worn a 14! So comfy! Didn't need to add a sweater or blazer to this as the sleeve length was a perfect balance. Pretty dark green that goes with either nude or black shoes. Length was great! Would definitely get again!

I can range between 10-14 depending on the clothes, so I was a little worried this wouldn't fit but was pleasantly surprised! It was very comfy, nice material, and perfect for my work event. Only knocked down 1 star because I couldn't zip it up/down all the way myself and needed my husband's assistance, so get a helping hand if you rent!

This was a beautiful dress but came to me unraveled at the bottom and on the left sleeve which left it looking very sloppy.

I loved this for work. It was a great weight for a fall or winter day. It came just to my knees, which is a little shorter than I usually wear, but is looked good. I loved the seaming on the bodice. It really made the fit excellent. A simple dress, but can be dressed up or down so easily. Would rent it again or buy.

I loved this dress! Beautiful, rich color! The cut and fit of this dress made it appropriate for a work holiday party, while still having personality! Not too tight, but still gave a nice waist. Not too short for 5'10" with heels!

I love this dress and am kicking myself for not keeping it. The cut is perfect for curves. The fabric is a gorgeous winter, forest green. It's the perfect weight for colder climates and overall just very flattering.

This dress was beautiful to wear to work on St Patrick's Day. It is high quality material but seems to run a bit bigger than most 4s. It was loose all over on me (I might be between a 2 and a 4) but is a very flattering cut with a more narrow waist.

Nothing special but if are looking for a classic work dress look no further. Beautiful green color is the highlight. Fit well.

This is a simple dress with a lovely color that is great for work. You can just slip it on and go. I am VERY MUCH a pear shape with a huge difference between waist and hips and this fits perfectly. I'm considering buying it - it's a really great basic and the seaming is very flattering.

I rented this to go see Hamilton & I paired it with tights & ankle boots . I am between a 6-8 depending on brand & I went with the 6. I liked how it was classic and dressy enough but not too much . I am definitely going to rent this one again. Nice color- I felt like I stood out a little in a sea of people wearing black

Runs slightly big, so I was glad that I included a second choice size of one size smaller. Extremely comfortable material, great color, received a lot of compliments.

Beautiful dark green color, nice fabric, very flattering fit. It definitely is true to size, I would maybe even size down if you have a smaller bust (I'm a 34D and 6 fit comfortably). I wore this for a Christmas church service...but that is literally the only time I would ever wear it. It's very conservative.

This dress is super great quality and the color is gorgeous! But, it was definitely at least a size too big. I typically am a 2-4 but in this dress a 0 probably would have been the best fit.

The dress for pretty well, as expected for size anyway. It was a bit loose on the waist for me, but I suspect that was intentional in the overall fit/design. It was just a bit of a snooze, fine for work but even then a bit boring.
