I like the color a lot! It’s a nice material but for me it wasn’t particularly flattering (not unflattering either though! Just neutral). Definitely a decent pick for work.

Good formal work dress for a baby bump. Not the best flattering fit for pregnancy but it’s a good option for non-maternity dresses.

I am 3.5 months post partum and went up 1-2 sizes, and rented this dress for return to work. It fits well (1 size up from my usual) and has a bit of stretch / give. I'm 5'4 and it hits just above the knee. I love the rich purple color and subtle basketweave texture. Perfect for 1st day back at work. Considering buying.

Perfect work dress.

I rented this in a size 4 during the end of my second trimester and the beginning of my third for work since I'm usually a size 2 and it fit perfectly! I have the 4 dress subscription and rented it twice to get me through Sept-Oct. Would definitely rent again in the future as non-maternity as well. Highly recommend it!

A little loose in the bust chest area. Perhaps made for longer ladies with bigger breast cup, but modest fit over all

Fit OK I believe a petite size would have fit better as the bodice was too large for me and fabric too heavy for this outdoor event as the weather was 90 degrees. Unfortunately I did not wear it.

This is a great, simple dress. The sleeves are not too bulky - you can wear a jacket over them. The fabric doesn't wrinkle, which is great for a day of sitting. I like the plum color - it's different but still conservative for an office environment. I would have liked another inch of length for the skirt, but it wasn't really that short either.

I liked the fit but the waffle fabric didn't work for me. It has a sporty feel for a dress which should be more elegant and professional. The color is a nice rich eggplant.

Fit was true to size to a little roomy through the waist. Just a very basic dress. I wore it with a blazer.

It's purple like others have said and I found the texture of the fabric to be itchy... I just didn't want to wear it.

Perfect work dress. I'm normally a 4 but I wore a 2 and it fit great. I wore with black tights and flats. The v neck is not too revealing either so it's good for work.

I loved this dress so much that I'm considering buying it. The eggplant color is beautiful, and the cut is very flattering, particularly if you are busty and/or have hips. The dress length and the neckline were appropriate for a conservative work environment.

Was too small on my hips, otherwise may have been great. Not sure if the chest would have been too big, though. A great staple piece for the office, though.

This was solid dress for the office. It ran a little bit big and maybe wasn't the best fit for my body shape, but overall, it was a good day-today work dress.

The fit is great for a curvier shape, I normally wear a 6 and it was way too big so I couldn't wear it. Definitely size down.

Flattering fit--flared just enough to not be too tight in hip/thighs, but not so much so that it looked like evening wear!

Details of the purple, textured fabric are less visible in the photo but make thus dress more interesting in person. Flattering a line cut and the weight of the fabric hangs nicely. Easy to coordinate with other colors and dress up or down.

This dress is a very pretty eggplant color with a waffle like fabric. The V neck was flattering but I needed to wear a tank under it as it was low cut for me. The only thing I did not like was it was too long on me. It fell well below my knees but I'm short.

This is a gorgeous heavy fabric plum color dress. The only problem I found was there was not a give to the fabric that most Ralph Lauren dresses seem to have. It did not fit my bust and shoulders. Gorgeous dress I may try again in a different size and cooler weather.

It’s just a dress. Good color, good enough fabric, suited the need on an otherwise uneventful work day.
