If you work in a conservative office environment, this is a great option. Very appropriate cut, and a bit of color to make it interesting. The material is so light weight and stretchy, it's like working all day in pajamas, so comfortable! True to size with even a touch of extra room. I do recommend.

Great dress for a winter wedding. Nice length that would work with bare legs; I opted for tights and boots because of the frigid temps. The dress has enough stretch to dance in and scrunching across the midsection to cover some extra padding in the stomach. The 14 fit ok, but I'm broad shouldered and the 16 just gave me a little more comfort up top, and because of the stretchiness, there was no gaping anywhere with going the size up.

I loved how this dress fit! It was form fitting but not tight. I had an outdoor wedding to attend in NY during October. I wanted something with sleeves so I would be warmer if it was cold out. This was perfect! I'm also have a larger chest and I was worried about coverage. There were no issues and I loved that I could wear a regular bra. Overall a great dress and I may rent again!

Like all Ralph Lauren dresses, this one fits beautifully. I felt so glamorous in this wrap-like dress. I had one person tell me I looked like the perfect Valentine.

This dress was incredibly comfortable. I wore it for a day long work function (10am-5pm) and could've kept on wearing it long after the festivities ended. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures, but people told me I looked amazing. It highlighted my best features and camouflaged the problem bits. In my opinion this was one of my best rentals from RTR!

I am 5'3" usually size 16W. The 18 fit perfectly. The fabric is stretchy and comfortable. The sleeves were slightly long for 3/4, but this dress was not a petite and I was fine with that. It hit me right below my knees, which again I liked for a wedding event. I would rent this style again!

I wore this to a Bat Mitzvah and felt appropriately dressed and pretty. The material is very comfortable and the red pops out nicely due to the pattern. I'd wear again to work as well.

Definitely perfect for the office. Nice fit, respectable length, comfy. Flattering, but I wouldn't wear it for date night. Definitely a work dress.
