Beautiful work dress. Easy to wear, bright and comfortable.

Y'all the color of this dress is PERFECT! Not too bright but not too orangey either. The yellow is perfection. Loved the length and the fit and was comfortable all day long

Fabric is thick but shows lumps and bumps. Would wear some type of shape wear. Neckline and waist band are very flattering. I find that Ralph Lauren runs small and this dress fits that bill.

I am an between sizes, and opted for the 14 for a more professional less bodycon look.

I wore this for a home job interview. Color is great. Unique but not too bright. Fit like a glove

It was snug in the hips and loose in my chest, but I have small bust so that was expected. I gave it four stars because the zipper was very hard to zip, even in the size that was too big for me.

This dress is simple but such a pretty color! It does run slightly large in the hip area as I had plenty of room and I'm rather curvy. Great dress overall.

Excellent fit, color and style. Dress fit great, slightly large in the chest, required some adjustments during the workday but not too bad. I received tons of compliments!

I rented this for work and ended up wearing it walking around the city for a few hours. It was very comfortable. I would say the top was a little bit big on me, but mostly the dress was nicely fitted. It was a professional length and not sleeveless, so I could definitely wear this in a more formal office setting with some pumps. I chose to dress it down for my office with some Tory Burch Sandals and a Tory Burch bag that I also got through my RTR unlimited subscription. Ralph Lauren dresses are not too pricey, but they make some really great pieces and I will rent other dress from them again!

Wore it for a big presentation at work. Felt polished and put together while standing out from the crowd. The fabric is not very forgiving but the cut is so flattering that it doesn't matter.

Vibrant in color, and easy to style with other colors, accessories. Fit is very true to size; wore with Spanx for smoothing effect--unless you're not wearing panty hose, or underwear, shape-wear is a must for this color

This dress is really beautiful but unfortunately I couldn't wear it. There was too much extra material on top for my bust size. Bottom part of the dress fit nicely but top part was left looking loose and ill-fitting.

Fit loose around the waist and hips but worked out well with a blazer for work. Would order a size down if worn out for an event

I wore this dress for a work gala. It fit perfect and was very comfortable. I would have given it five stars, but you could see underwear lines through the dress.

I really liked the cut of this dress. If you're on the short side like me it will fall past your knee. I probably could have used a smaller size, but I was able to wear it anyways. Very vibrant yellow color.

This dress was a little more snug on the hips than I wanted for my work event so I didn't wear it.
