I liked this dress - if I’d seen the discount before returning it, I would’ve bought it. I wore it to an outdoor press conference. It was TTS and not too hot. It was a “take me seriously” but I still want to look feminine kind of look. My only complaint was no pockets!

This dress was not only comfortable, but also flattering. I do wish it was an inch shorter. The length hit just below my knees and I'm 5'3". I would rent again for work.

Great work dress for conservative law firm. Felt powerful, professional, and ready for the day. I did feel like it made me look a little larger with the style across the front but I didn't mind. Solid pick. I'll rent it again if I have a special meeting or presentation. Length was good on me (5'9''). Size 4 is my standard Ralph Lauren size.

I am posting a picture of the top half because I don't think the listing does it justice. The folds are flattering and give it some interest and the bottom half is very basic. Nice material and lined. Wore under a blazer.

I love this dress! Styled it with a white blazer for a Board meeting. It's basic without being boring, easy to wear. I wore shape wear to smooth out the middle, but it would have been ok without it. Very comfortable for fall. Formal without being stuffy.

Material gives with every movement but doesn't stretch out. Great professional dress for work! Got a size 12 due to the straight cut and it worked perfectly!

This dress flattered my body and was very comfortable. It didn't cling in any unflattering way and I didn't have to wear shapwear to have smooth lines. I got a ton of compliments on the dress. Thrilled, no cons at all to give.

Ralph Lauren continues to impress me with their dresses. This was flattering, stylish, and comfortable to wear for 14(!) hours!! It transitioned from conference to social hour quite seamlessly. Interesting details without feeling like I am trying to be awkwardly trendy. Can't say enough good things about it!

This dress is beautiful! I rented it for a work conference and it was perfect. I got so many compliments and felt very professional. I typically wear a size 2 but the 0 ended up fitting better, so I would recommend going a size down for your second size. Very comfortable and classy-5 stars!!

I loved this dress! I wore it work and felt amazing all day. The cut is extremely flattering, it hides your stomach while accentuating your curves. I am either a 4 or 6 and the size 4 was a perfect fit, no need to size up. I would recommend this dress for presentations, important meetings, etc. I will definitely rent again.

This dress has a beautiful fit. There is a nice draping of ruffles which makes the dress a little different. The material is on the thicker side.

Elegant neckline that really looks professional and beautiful. Fabric is awesome to wear and comfortable. Not too long, even for someone on the shorter side. Only thing that kept me from buying it/giving it five stars is the waistline/bottom is bigger, making it not that flattering for a smaller figure.

Neckline and pleating on the top make this dress more memorable than it would be otherwise. Rock solid work choice and good option for work to drinks.

I almost bought this one- perfect work shift dress you can layer under a blazer. I didn’t feel comfortable wearing without one because it didn’t hide my tummy and was tight around my butt.

The dress fit well, it wasn't snug so I moved comfortably in it for an all day work event. The neckline added to the dress.

I loved this! I'm always a 0 in RL (kind of like J. Crew). This looks so beautiful in person. The overlay at the bodice is elegant and flattering to be unique and interesting, and subtle enough to be great for a conservative office. I wore this more than once and really considered purchasing! This dress is fantastic and I highly recommend it. The navy is rich and dark, and I thought it was wonderfully flattering. This would easily take you from work to cocktails.

This dress is very classy and I am currently wearing it now for the last day of 2021 at work., however, I must have totally missed that this dress is NAVY BLUE! Smh. My mistake but it looked black on the site, when it arrived, when I tried it on and when I put it on to wear this morning. Then I walked outside. My husband said, you do know that dress is navy, right? It fits well, it is forgiving with just a little stretch where it needs to. All in all, I love it.

Fit perfect. Great pleating. Wonderful to wear at any stage including postpartum to hide additional weight gain.
