This was a nice fit and cute.

Fits perfect; except a little tight in the upper arm region. Made it difficult to reach above my ahead. However, since it was for work, it was fine.

Nice quality material, packed fabulously and very comfortable.

I should have sized down. I like the wrist/sleeve detail. The fabric is silky. It is chic. I ended up not wearing it because of the fit, but it's a beautiful blouse.

Design and material are great. Neutral colors for fall/winter. Paired with brown pants and nice shoes

The vibrant color is simply gorgeous—bold and eye-catching without being overstated. I appreciate the thoughtful design of the built-in neck bow. The garment is exceptionally well-tailored, providing a comfortable, roomy feel in the torso while still maintaining a flattering shape and avoiding any tightness around the arms.

Wore this to work, and a RTR event with the DCC, and got lots of conpliments. The sleeves were a little tight, making it a bit uncomfortable at the end of a long day. Otherwise loved the style and fit!

Good for a work event!

Liked the bow and material. But it was so staticky, clung to my body in an unflattering way. Too much material for petite gals. Fit perfect in chest but then too long and wide.

Perfect fit - length, sleeves, colar, roomy around the torso but not overly poofy. The bow length is very long so make sure you have a good knot to keep it in place.

The material is silky, soft and the sleeves fit really nice. The extra material on the bow was too much and kept coming undone. Probably user error, but was annoying enough to not keep.

I love this shirt so much I might buy it. It is classically sheik and a perfect staple for a work wardrobe.

I wore this under a suit and again by itself. There's a good bit of fabric in the bow but it wasn't overwhelming. This blouse fit a good bit looser than the black and gold equestrian blouse.

Can be dressed up or down. Cut is feminine and tailored. Slightly snug across back/shoulders, but looks great.

I always get a great fit from Ralph Lauren. The fabric on this blouse feels rich and the color is gorgeous.

I loved this blouse and plan to purchase. I'm a 10 on top and the L fit perfectly. Can stand on it's own or under a blazer. Excellent fabric too.

I loved this too!! The fabric, fit and color were all great. It is so flattering.

Fabric felt amazing. Did not wrinkle. There was some tightness across my shoulders, but not so much that I couldn't go about my day in it.

Easy to style but more stylish than your typical white button down!

Such a pretty color and I got lots of compliments on it! The bow had a hard time staying tied sometimes.

Loose fitting but wearing it tucked in helps. Any way I tied the front looked good so it doesn't need any special technique. Perfect for work and happy hour.

Love the material, the pattern. When tying the neck into a bow, I would randomly find it undone even with tying it tight. It's a bit boxy. When tucking into high waist dress pants, looked great. This was my second rental. Will be in circulation.
