Loved the pattern. The material is thin so it is good for warm outdoor events or indoor ones. I don't have any hips so it fit me well but I can see why those who noted it doesn't work well if you do have hips said so--the material does not have any give. Like you can't take really long steps in this dress.

Loved this for work! I’m typically in between a 2 and 4 so went with the 4 and worked perfectly for office. The 2 definitely would’ve been too form fitting for office.

Absolutely loved this dress, it’s well-tailored and the print is unique. Breathes incredibly well so is best for warmer weather. Is not lined so you’ll need a slip.

I loved this look except I had to go get static guard because it’s that silky material that stuck to my whole body after it came out of the plastic bag! Although it’s a dress that has “no shape” per se, it still looked good with the tie and buttons. I wore a maroon long sweater with it all day because it was light and it’s winter right now, and it was a great look. I’m impressed with RtR right now because I’ve never gotten more tags on items than this year. Thank you! 🙏🏻

This dress felt almost one size smaller and I did use safety pins to close the bust, but got many compliments! Great work dress.

Buttons come loose very easily

I wore this for a day of presentations. It is a crepe that doesn’t wrinkle and moved freely. The pattern was classic and interesting. The collar and buttons made it feel particularly polished and professional. The fit was a little odd which is why I gave it 4 stars. The waist was bulky and length a little too long. Still practical but not a knockout.

Super cute print and concept just not made for my bodytype. Better for girls without hips or narrow hips.

I enjoyed wearing this. Easy to accessorize, high quality. Looked good but nothing spectacular.

This was not my fave from RL. It is a straight cut, so tighter on the hips than other shirt dresses I've tried. As others mentioned, it was super staticky. It wasn't a winner for me.

I am usually a 2 in Ralph Lauren (eg I size down). Not this time. It’s straight up and down, so it rides up, the pockets stick out, and it just downloads lie flat. I still wore it but was on the fence. I was also disappointed that the belt doesn’t come off - it’s attached. Imo it’s too much of this pattern and I was hoping to break it us with a solid color tan belt. But that didn’t work out. Styling wise I think it looks better with sleeves rolled 3/4 - again to break up all that pattern.

I normally not a print girl ... but when it's Lauren RL you just go with it! Tons of compliments. Only issue is around the bust if you are a bit busty beware of the peekaboo bra showing.

Have been bad about getting pics lately but this dress was beautiful. Gorgeous colors, very light material but made it work for winter with tights and high boots. Lots of compliments, felt so glamorous in it.

I added a broach at the top and wore it very conservative. Lots of office compliments.

I'm usually a size 16 in this brand but needed to size up to 18. Dress has no stretch but is beautiful and has pockets!
