I wore this to the office with jeans and flats and got many compliments. My only qualm was that it was a little tight in the shoulders, but I am 6 feet tall & broad so that's nothing new. Would recommend.

This was perfect for a mild fall day. It's warm enough I was able to wear it outside and also nice for the office. Very comfortable and looked nice both buttoned and unbuttoned. Would totally rent again!

Wore this amazing blazer for a meeting with the president and the C-suite, and my imposter syndrome suddenly vanished. (Not really — I wish.) It’s tailored beautifully and the wool fabric looks expensive. I’m 5’0” and 36D with large-ish upper arms, and size 12 fits perfectly across my back and shoulders, and I can button it closed with no problem. (RTR suggested size 16, and that would have been a disaster.) The sleeves are a little long but actually pretty acceptable considering how short I am. Wearing it with a Tanya Taylor knit turtleneck (also from RTR), and ankle-length tapered pants and heels. Will buy when I have that C-suite salary.

Great Ralph Lauren vibe but was extremely warm. Looked best with a lighter color underneath, dark colors made it look drab. Got the belt idea from another renter, like the look!

The 12 was just right. I'm a 10 in tops where the shoulders aren't an issue but with a jacket I need room. This in a 12 gave me room for my shoulders but still fit perfect at the waist. Great with jeans and a shirt, beautiful over a dress.

I had to travel for a work conference. This was the perfect blazer to dress up denim or fit in with the rest of my work apparel. I almost bought it. It's heavy so don't recommend in warmer climates but for the north, when it's cool, it's perfect.

Works as a neutral in denim-like blue. Warm and gorgeously made. Wish I could keep this.

While the small fit me right, I do wonder if maybe next time I will try the medium just to see if it would allow me sometimes to have a thicker first layer as sometimes it felt too tight when I tried it.
