Great dress for work, parties, or a date! I've rented for evening events and work. The 8 fit a little tight (and short when sitting down), but the shape is very flattering and hid my least favorite parts (tummy & hips). Lots of compliments!

This dress is beautiful! The vibrant color, flowing material and overall feel was amazing. It hit right above my knee. It was really too dressy for work but I wore it anyway because it was so beautiful. This may be my first RTR purchase!

I wore this to an afternoon tea (elegant event) with my daughter. This dress is very forgiving and covers all of the rolls, yet stylish!

Such a great dress. Beautiful color and drape. It works for anything from work to a wedding. The cape like sleeves feel a little odd but it's actually a subtle and attractive look. Dress runs quite roomy.

I liked the fit and idea behind this dress, but when I actually wore it, it read a little "mother of the bride." Too formal for just a casual dinner out but with the overlay having slits for your arms, it also didn't feel right for work.

I’m usually a 12/14, but I sized up for this, and that was the right decision. I like the flirty look. Hits me right at the top of my knee.

Flowy sleeves, flattering for all arm sizes. The seam/layer across the front is very flattering for the waistline and hiding those curves we don't want to show off. The inner/under lining was a little short when sitting, but looked appropriate length when standing. Fabric material was perfect for the formal graduation event.

This fit well was flattering but did not wear it. I found something else. Planned to wear it to a wedding

Great quality dress! Doing business with Rent The Runway was awesome. My dress even arrived earlier than the original agreed upon date, which was an added bonus because I was having to travel for my sons wedding- so took that angst away! They make it SUPER easy to pack up the dress and mail it back. Definitely 5 Stars.

Flattering, fun, super easy to wear, a little short but long enough in the back to feel comfortable. A real must have in a show stopper wardrobe. Thank you!

Fitted but not tight. Gives form but is not clingy. Sleeves add just the perfect combination of fun and glamour. I felt elegantly stunning.

The fit was true to size and fit great. My only complaint is that it was a little shorter than I would normally like but I wore black tights underneath it so it didn't bother me too much.

Nice dress, well made, good fit. I am a 10-12 depending on the style the 12 fit perfect. The color is a rich royal blue in person. I dressed up with statement necklace and sparkly shoes, got lots of compliments.

I absolutely loved this dress. It was extremely comfortable and it fit perfectly!

The sleeves are essentially wings and aren't attached except at the shoulder cap.

I didn't understand from the stock photo that this dress "sleeves" are cut open on the inside so they're more like dramatic wings (and I thought that would have been a little annoying anytime I moved my arm. The size 10 fit well, but was a little snug in the bust (38 D-DD) but still technically fit with a tighter fitting bra. However, when I held my shoulders back with accurate posture, it puckered a little funny in the back making it appear there was too much fabric at the shoulder line.
