This was really cute - not overly stuffy - and very comfortable. Highly recommend. Easy to dress up or down.

I paired this top w/navy and black during my rental. I dressed up with a skirt and down w/jeans. The tie is easy like other similar tops.

I wanted to try this style with the ties in the front not sure if I would like it...well I loved it! Super easy to tie up in an effortless way. Didn't come lose and gave an easy elevated feel. The shirt is light and breezy and fits true to size. Would definitely want to wear again and again.

This is a very thin top (not shirting material, more like a thick chiffon), and it runs large, but with it tucked it, it looked super cute.

Tip / Fit: Shorter than I thought it's be, but still tucked into my pants. It's TTS but if you plan on tucking into bottoms you could get away with sizing up if they don't have your size. Review: Classic, Iconic, Holiday ready. It's Ralph Lauren after all.

This shirt is the best! Rented it twice already. Love the fit, it’s long enough to tuck in but not so long you can’t leave it out. It’s really light weight and airy. It comes in at the waist enough to give you a great shape but isn’t tight on the stomach at all. Love the deep green plaid. 10s across the board!

Especially in winter but it was actually a great weight for spring too. If it was a bit more discounted I would have bought!

I wore this top for an interview and I was very pleased with how professional I looked. I did have to safety pin in between the buttons at my chest due to gaping, so word of caution to my larger chest girlies. I still contemplated purchasing this top despite the gaping though. overall a high quality business top.

I love the colors, quality and the neck tie. I wore this tucked into slacks and jeans. It looked cute both ways. The fit was perfect.

I was a little worried since it's chiffon material, but this isn't too sheer for a work setting (not see through). I wore a black longline sports bra and higher waisted black pants, so you wouldn't have been able to see much, anyway, but I couldn't ever see skin even in different lighting. I got a lot of compliments on this top and love the detail of the neck tie. I was also nervous that it would be too small around the chest, especially because there are actually tiny buttons that hide under the tie, but it worked out and didn't ever gape. It was also a good length for me. I'm short waisted and did try a size bigger than RTR recommended (good thing, too, because that fit perfectly!), but I don't think it would be too short to tuck in like some of the other reviewers said about this style. I'd recommend getting a size bigger than you think you need just in case so you can be sure to have room in your arms and to move around, and to tuck in, if that's the look you're going for. The only con for me here were that the tie on the neck was smaller than I thought it would be, but it ended up not being an issue. It would've looked better with that for sure, though, since I think the tie wasn't that noticeable.
