I ended up wearing this twice and styling it differently each time. It was so easy and classy. The fabric felt nice and it hugged my curves slightly to give shape without being inappropriate for work.

In love with this dress. I know it has to go back, but I don't want it to lol! It's fitted, but loosely so no clinging but it hugs your curves perfectly. It's comfortable, the perfect length and no wrinkles from sitting. A million compliments all day long!

Fit a little large in hips. There was great room for a curvy woman bottom half. (I'm not a skinny thing either.) Very comfortable in other areas that tend to be tighter with select brands (chest, back, rear). I am a 34dd, 5'5", athletic with curvy hips, thighs and bottom, typical size 6.

I rented a glitzy dress as #1, but it wasn't a good fit. (I was trying to go with something not black :).)Then I tried this on and I felt like a million bucks!!! It is so challenging to find things that I feel pretty in and that fit. There is stretch in this dress but also good structure. The length was great on my 5'2" height, and my big bust wasn't overly accentuated or restricted. I didn't want to give it back! The best little black dress I've worn in years! This was my first rental with RTR and it was so fun. You will feel lovely in this dress!

This dress fit very well, hugs and hides all the right curves. The boatneck is flattering. The dress is lined, so it feels great on. I received tons of compliments on the dress. Loved it so much I found it at Macy's and bought it.

I rented this for my company's Holiday party. I did go up a size for a more comfortable fit and longer length. Material is thick, so it kept me warm when going outside but hot for dancing. Could be dressed up or down. Very cute!

I love this dress & the sleeves hold a super cute design, however, it is not great under a blazer.

The fit was a little boxy but that really matched to volume of the sleeves. The detail of the sleeves make the dress.

It is a thicker material so can run warm.

I wore this to work with classic necklace, translucent pantyhose, and some black flats. It was very work friendly and I received a lot of compliments there. A lot of my job has to do with bending over slightly to listen to kids with my stethoscope and I could tell that the dress ran a little short there, but was still acceptable. Would be perfect length for someone 5'9 under I think.

This was a super cute and comfortable dress. My sister, who is 5'3" and athletically-built, tried it on and loved it. She trends towards dresses that are not tight or restrictive, and this fit the bill. The sheath cut didn't have a tight waistband and the balloon sleeves had cute details, but didn't bother her like a close-fitting sleeve would. I think she found a new favorite cut of dress!

Classy work outfit

Dress was a perfect fit on both top and bottom. Great for an important work event and made me feel really confident and pretty. Fit is as expected but if you are between sizes I would go up.

Loved this dress while 21-23 weeks pregnant. I sized up one size to account for the expanding belly but fit everywhere else! Would definitely rent in my regular size when not pregnant. Super comfortable and great for work.

I wore this dress for work. The fabric is high quality, but the dress is pretty simple. You can wear it to a work, a holiday party, or even a funeral.

This is a pretty work dress with enough interest in the lace details to wear for an evening event. Comfortable to wear and flattering with boots.

This dress has really cool sleeves. I wore it to work with black tights when it was 30 degrees out. The shape of the dress is less potato sacky than it seems--it actually shows the waist a bit! The material was nice too. The length was good for work but my office is quite conservative as far as dressing goes, so I'm not sure I could have gotten away with it without tights.

This dress ended up feeling a little more cocktail than anticipated, but I wore it for work anyway. The fit is true to size but a little tighter on my hips than the model's. The sleeve details are very pretty and make it unique.
