It looked much larger in the photo and I was very happy to see that it was smaller than the photos made it seem. It's a purse, well-sized for carrying what you need, but it's not a tote bag or something that would fit a laptop. It's so cute and can really work in a lot of situations.

Stiff leather, zipper is small

Strap is too short so difficult to wear on arm

Tough to navigate a flexible twisting purse with 2 hands and the zipper opened. I loved it at first sight but wanted to return it shortly afterwards. Frustrations increase every time I tried to put anything in or find my keys in it. Unexpected dislike. Very nice leather woven texture but just a fail in function.
