I absolutely loved this dress! It does run true to size. My usual dress size is a four and the dress I wore was a four and fit me perfectly. I do recommend a size up for a backup size if you’ re curvier. The fabric has little to no stretch and is fitted throughout the entire body. Even through the dress is fitted it will work great for any cup size. I am a 36D cup and the bust area was comfortable on me. This dress can either be worn with a strapless bra or a NuBra. The dress was fitted at the waist and the hips but with some room to move around. I recommend going a size up for fuller hips. I am approximately 5’ 9” and the hem of the dress hit a little above my knee. The dress would be perfect for any formal event such as a wedding. Pair with a big necklace and silver heels

I was completely devastated when my "to-be-engagement-party-dress" never arrived at the RTR dress. It was strapless and fit perfectly even without a bra. The aspects of gold on the flowers would have blended me into my event theme and the flowy runner on the back was a show-stopper detail. In the end, I was compensated nicely by the RTR staff in Chelsea and customer service - which all turned out for the best.

Everyone could tell that this dress was quality. Several people asked me what designer made it and where they could get it. As with anything that has metallic thread embroidery, the metallic kind of "shreds" off... So I had a couple flakes of gold come loose while I was wearing it. It is very pretty. The fit was mostly good, had to tug it up a few times during the day, so maybe just a smudge too big. Overall great dress!

I love this dress! I will be wearing it to my city hall wedding. That said, it's not the most comfortable and I am going to be picking the top up. I think it may be a size too big on me, but when I had ordered I didn't know how Lela Rose would fit. I am 5'4" and the length goes to just below the knee. It's a very sweet dress, the fit just isn't 100% on me.

New with tags and the price of the garment is evident in the construction. The boning alone is amazing! It a perfect world k would have the waist tailored and taken in a bit. Ran just a bit large. Didn't need a bra to wear it. A strapless sticky wouldn't work. Best for B-D cups.
