Despite a crazy freak blizzard on the day of my event in NYC, RTR went through some crazy hoops to get my dress delivered by hand. It arrived on time and looked beautiful. Loved this dress! True to size for me because of a full bust. It is darker then the picture but beautiful on!

I can see how some of the other reviewers noted that the dress runs larger, but for girls with a larger bust, it will likely run true to size (for reference, I am 5'7 with a 32D). I am a true size 6 and was worried that the waist would gap, but it wasn't a problem. The dress is thick and has a woven gold sheen to it that's hard to see from the computer images- perfect for a fall/winter formal event. It hit a few inches above the knee on me.

I ordered it a size smaller because of the fit note and it worked perfectly for the wedding I went to. I wore a regular bra and looks great in pics.

Take your pictures early, because this fabric WILL wrinkle after sitting through the program at a formal dinner. The bust and waist are quite fitted - but run pretty true to size. If you've got a bigger bust, size UP for sure! The skirt is soft, flowy and comfortable, and the pockets are a plus! I LOVED how this dress set me apart from the bland black floor-length dresses that dominated the event. Its fun and youthful, but elegant and classy enough to pull off at a black-tie event. I paired it with a navy suede pump with gold buckles, and subtle gold ring & cuff.

If you want to be the belle of the ball, look no further! I needed a push up bra to fill it out, but the hourglass shape had me twirling all night!

I actually didn't really like how it fit so I sent it back, but the dress was very pretty.
