I LOVE this dress!! It's sexy and comfortable and the color is so bright and lush! I ordered this dress in a size 4 and 6. The size 4 was a bit too tight around my ribcage, so I was worried how it would feel as the night went on. I ended up wearing the size 6 and it fit so much better. The only issue with that size was that since I'm small chested, the straps slipped just a touch, so I needed to adjust them occasionally. If I had time I would have worn a piece of tape under each strap to keep them in place...but it really wasn't a big issue in the end, just a minor issue. I LOVE that I didn't need to wear a bra with this dress, as the material is very sturdy and lush...so I could get away with going braless! Big plus for me. In the end, I received many compliments and really felt comfortable in my fancy dress! The dress arrived a day early, and was ready to wear right out of the box! GREAT experience all around. I will definitely rent the runway again. :)

This dress is very consistent with how lela rose fits in general - a great dress if you have a medium to larger chest as the V-neck is very flattering. The material does not have stretch so order one size up for your backup. I love the mini straps she has inside the dress to secure your bra strap

I ordered 0 and 2. I should have worn 0 instead of 2 because the fabric is stretchy and it would have been a better fit on my cleavage. But even so I got a lot of compliments and it was perfect for a city wedding. I paired it with a flower which everyone loved and thought was very chic.

I ordered the 4 and 6 and went with the 6. I'm about 5'4 and around 125lb. The V in the the front was quite low on me but it was OK. I wore a Nubra, which was fine. The dress worked well for a very upscale NYC wedding in Sept. I would recommend it.

I walked out of the NY RTR studio at Henri Bendel with this dress and a grin on my face. I wore it to a conservative New Orleans wedding with some of the most elegantly dressed women I'd ever seen and I received compliments. Since I'm 5'8'', it can be difficult to find dresses that are long enough to be wedding appropriate. Though the dress is low-cut, I paired it with a white JCrew Jackie Cardigan to tone it down. It was a smash hit. Also, props to Moira at the Henri Bendel studio for being a dress-finding ace and finding this for me just AFTER closing on the night before my flight to NOLA.

For Christmas eve I wanted something both elegant and fun. This dress was perfect -- the color is stunning, the fabric is luxe, and the cut is flattering. I am small chested, and the back is too low cut for a standard bra, but the fabric is heavy enough to go without. Lots of compliments!

The only con I can think of is the seams near the bust- it can tend to make you look "nipply" when it's only the seam...But otherwise, I was super comfortable in it. Had no problem moving in it on the dance floor!

I loved this dress - the color and fabric are so gorgeous in person and look really, truly "rich." It may be a somewhat plain style but you can tell immediately that this is a special, haute couture dress. I had SO MANY compliments from women and men. Everyone loved it! I was nervous about the ruffle accent, as I'm bigger in the hip/thigh region, but it was really fashion forward and added something to the dress. I'm docking one star just because the dress does "pleat" a little (as you'll see in the photo of the model) despite not being too tight, which makes it look as though you're squeezing into it a little bit even though there was extra fabric all around. The fit is a LITTLE tricky, but the dress is so gorg that those little imperfections don't really matter in the end.

This dress was roomy especially around my back,so I wore a stole with it .However, fabric and color were stunning.

Thsi isa really beautiful dress, but I didn't end up wearing it becasue the neckline is much more revealing than it looks in the photo. It would be appropropriate for a (not-work-related) cocktail party, but I dind't think it was right for a wedding.
