I wore this dress for my rehearsal dinner and I loved it! It definitely was a lot more gold looking than I had expected but it went well for my winter wedding. The dress did fit a bit big but overall I loved it and I got a lot of compliments!

Very true to fit! With a silk underlay, it felt amazing to wear. I honestly was sad to take it off at the end of the evening. It is the perfect dress for any cocktail affair.

I'm not a big accessorizer except for my wedding ring, and the metallic waist gave me just enough sparkle to feel glam but not overdone. I wore it to my belated wedding reception, which was as formal as one can be in a California summer, outdoor, daytime affair, so the cream linen was perfect for the not-quite-bridal look I was going for. I would love to wear this beautiful dress again!

I wore this dress for my rehearsal dinner and really liked it. I do have to say that it's not as white as it appeared online -- more of a textured off-white/tan. The fit is great and will really make you look tiny if the sparkling band hits right. Just be sure to wear an adhesive bra as it feels supportive but provides no lift.

This dress is great for larger chests but the torso is little small. Wore a 2 but could have done a 4. Regardless it looked amazing and everyone loved it, including my boyfriend!

I have a small bust and wore with an adhesive bra and also used fashion tape along the sides. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

I rented this dress for my rehearsal dinner. It is a more creamy color, but the design shined beautifully. I wish the halter top had a better closure, because I felt the whole top part was saggy. I had to have basically a whole inch cinched at the back to ensure I didn't have side boob. There is no way you can wear a bra with this dress, so make sure you have the NuBra or something similar.

This is a beautiful dress. It certainly looks expensive. It wasn't as white as I would have imagined. It appeared to be a very soft linen color. For me the metallic bits looked silver. As a pear, this dress was tough to fit. The 4 fit perfectly on top but the bottom was a little snug. The 6 fit perfectly on the bottom but was huge on the top. I ended up wearing the 4. This dress got lots of compliments. I'd definitely recommend.

Warning: this dress is not white. I rented this dress for a white party. Even though other reviewers said it's more gold, I though they meant the sparkle---no they meant the DRESS itself. It's beige, khaki, burlap, however you want to describe it, just don't say white. I ended up wearing it to the theatre just to not waste it. For my full bust women, don't get this dress unless you have a great bra or more firm in the chest than I am. I had on a bra and due the cut of the side of the halter I had side boob going on all night--I ended up taking off my bra becaue it kept showing on the side and I got tired of tugging. That made it look like I was about to fall out the side. I knew it was in there, but others don't know. I keep tugging & pulling on the dress I had the fashion tape but there wasn't enough material to adequately cover what I needed it to cover. I would not recommend this for full bust women, unless you are ok with side boob. I put on my jacket the rest of the night. Oh and it's very fitted at the waist--with no give. Between dinner & the bra, I was going to bust out. I guess that means I'm a t12? But then the top would have been even bigger. Just not for me all around. I love how it went with my skin tone, but the chest issues just made me too self conscious.

A little big. I wore the 6 and got the back up in an 8 and the 6 was big. Otherwise very pretty.

As others have said, the color in person ("natural" with gold thread) is different than how it appears in the picture (more white with silver). It was absolutely beautiful and I got endless compliments all evening. I was able to wear a halter style bra with it, which made it all the better. I got a 2 and a 4 and decided to go with the 2 (though they weren't all that different), because it just felt slightly more secure. The gold thread gave just the perfect amount of shimmer. A total winner!

Very true to size, perfect length.. I am 5'7'' and it came just above the knee. I had lots of complements on this dress. The materal is more like Linen so I was hoping it was not too summery but It worked well for a christmas party. The color is more like cream then white though. You can't wear a bra, that was the only complaint I have.

AMAZING dress. I got a size 0 and 2 and ended up going with the 0. I have a very small chest, slim hips and weigh about 107 and this dress was stunning. It fit like it was made for me. I wore it to a formal ceremony and people who didn't even know me were complimenting me on how elegant I looked. The silver is more gold & silver. I would absolutely rent this dress again. GORGEOUS.

It was snug around my bust, which was actually perfect as I didn't have to wear a bra (wore Nu Bra instead). I SOO wish I could have bought the dress and kept it! Wore with patent nude peep toe heels and gold/crystal jewelry. LOVE!

The dress fit very well. I was worried the bust area would be too small but it was roomy. I always wear a bra but found no need - dress provided lift and lined with nice coverage. I'm large busted and curvy and the waist made the fit flattering.

I got lots of compliments on the dress. The mid-section has very little give so if you're not sure on a size, I'd pick the larger size. The accents looked more gold than silver to me but both are present. Overall, loved the dress.

Liked the dress, as it was very pretty. I have a long torso and the waist on this dress was about 1.5-2 inches too high for me, so it cinched in around the bottom of ribs, rather than at the waist. I'm a B-cup but the dress was also gapping on the sides because I have a smaller torso, so I had to employ a fair amount of double-sided tape. I thought it was beautiful, but wouldn't rent again because of the fit issues.

I rented this dress for a NYC vacation- I was glad that I had something special to wear on our trip but there were two issues: 1. The top was a little big so I had to pin it so it wouldn't pucker and 2. The dress really isn't white but more like a khaki.

This is definitely a taupe/gold dress, does not belong in the white category. As you can see in pics, the white stretchy area hits you in a weird spot, not very flattering. You cannot be bottom heavy or hippy to wear this....

I ordered this dress for my engagement party. I loved it and received a lot of compliments. However, the dress is more tan and gold than white and silver.

I love it in theory but it is not for a full bust. It is not bra friendly and didn't work for me but would be perfect on a person with a small bust.

I love Lela Rose and have several of her dresses so I thought this would be the perfect dress for my vow renewal. I was so surprised and disappointed when I opened the box to see that the fabric is a rather dingy beige and unlike every other Lela dress that has fabric to die for the fabric of this dress is very flimsy and almost gauzy to the touch. I have a very, very short back waist so the halter top did not work for me at all. The top hung down and would have only worked if I could have had the halter straps altered to be much shorter. Finally - as others have mentioned - the picture makes the embellishments look very sparkly and silver. They are not - it is a gold thread on the bodice and the waist. There are no sequins just the gold thread.

Size 2 was too tight at waist and made me look fat by accentuating hips. Size 4 had too much length and would gap at the arms and chest. Did not wear b/c I did not feel comfortable in either size.
