Lily is a great designer for cute A-Line dresses! The straps were great because they hit the top of my shoulder just right. The length of the dress hit a few inches above my knee. Other Lily dresses I've worn have had a crinoline but this dress did not. It was great!

The rib cage area was small for me, but everything else was awesome. The bracelet was from RTR also, and was so pretty I wore it with all the dresses I rented for that weekend.

The fit was true to size. It was perfectly tight fit around the chest, then opened up to a flowing loose skirt.

For my wedding, I changed into this dress at the end of the night for our big exit! It fit like a glove! I'm not very well endowed in the top area, so if you have a little more up there, I would probably size up. The material is perfect for summer. It feels very lightweight but the double layering on the skirt keeps the breeze from being a factor.

Such an adorable dress! I added a belt from my bridal boutique and it was perfect for our rehearsal dinner.

Overall this dress was PERFECT for my bridal shower. I received many compliments and felt amazing. I wore it with a jacket and heels - in springy colors. The only complaint I have is that the 0 fit great other than under the arms. The 2 was too large, so I had to wear the 0. After being in the dress for 5 hours, my arms right around the arm hole are were a little sore. Otherwise, this was a fantastic dress!!!

It has pockets, which was a nice touch. The material is very soft and cozy, perfect for a Fall evening.

The dress fit very tightly around the chest, but that sometimes can't be avoided. Plus, the stylist recommended going a size up. I usually wear a size 8, and ended up wearing the 10. In fact, the stylist also let me change the order for one day earlier at the last minute to accommodate a surprise anniversary trip. I wore the dress for our first anniversary. It turned out to be really cold, so I paired it with a blue sweater, a scarf, gold pearls and earrings, and blue heels. Overall, a hit!

The fit of the dress was really nice. The way the fabric laid on the shoulders was weird (like where it was stitched at the inside vs. the outside of the dress folded over) so some of the inside showed. The weight at the bottom of the dress was actually not as bad as I thought it would be when I received the dress. The hook was missing on the size 4 dress I received so I chose not to wear it thought it may have been a bit more comfy, but the 2 was great too. I LOVE the pockets! I was able to put my debit card and lip balm in and didn't need a purse. For being 5'9, the length was awesome (not too long or too short), perfect for the occasion. Overall, I'm very happy with this dress!

I wore this dress to my bridal shower and loved it! The color and style was so perfect, all I had to add was a cute flowery belt to finish my garden party look. The fit was great for me, I am pear shaped and loved the coverage of the full skirt.

Fit perfectly! Skirt is a bit full... at times I had to smooth it down so I didn't look like a puff ball but loved the look and feel of the dress! Fit well for me through the bust (but might be a bit tight on a larger chest)

I rented this for my husband's MBA graduation and it was perfect for a fun day event. I felt pretty and comfortable all at the same time. I got lots of compliments on it all day. I would rent this again.

It was sunny out but cold hence the scarf. Fit well thru bust and ribs. Wasn't too short and the a line was a comfy option! Rtr never fails me.!!

We had a laid-back Rehearsal Dinner at a pizzaria so this dress was perfect! It was cute and summery, light and flowy! I loved it! I did fit the 0 but I wore the 2 so I could eat more pizza :) It worked out great! Lots of compliments! sorry for the quality of the picture, came from my friend's phone :)

fit great, skirt was a tad more bigger then I expected

This dress looks great on, everyone kept complimenting the dress. The fit is true to size and I was surprised that it fit my bust very well without being to big through the waist. The stripes are more cream in color then white in person. I would definitely rent this dress again, my fiance loved the dress so much he thinks we should try to find it to purchase.

I used this dress as my "second" dress at my wedding! It was perfect. I will say this dress fit slightly on the smaller side - I typically wear a size 4 in dresses and the size 4 was a bit too tight in my ribcage, so I ended up wearing the size 6. The size 6 was slightly loose in the bust, but it wasn't a problem. This dress was cute & fun. It's definitely not a super formal dress - but I wasn't going for a formal look so it worked perfectly for me.

I wore this to my graduation and it was absolutely gorgeous! It had a very flattering cut from the waist down. However, it was too tight across the chest and the material had no stretch whatsoever to allow for extra room. The straps are also set far apart, which makes wearing a strapped bra pretty difficult. Also, the horizontal stripes are way more noticeable in person.

I rented this for a day party. I rented a 2, but should have rented a 4. I am athletic so it was extremely tight in the arms, shoulders and back. Other than choosing the wrong size, the dress was gorgeous. The a-line was super flattering. I would wear nude undergarments with this dress. The dress hit about mid thigh. If you are larger on top I would suggest going up a size.

Overall, the process went smooth, this was my first time using RTR. The dress in the picture looks a little more like it has a "silvery sheen" to it, and it definitely does not in person. I thought the dress could have used a belt, so keep that in mind. The big problem with the dress is that the lining underneath was longer than the dress and kept showing underneath and at the bottom of the dress. I had to try and tuck in the lining and my bridesmaids had to keep telling me to fix it when it would show. I did get a lot of compliments, and would use RTR again. I think the dress does look cute in pictures!

I wore this dress for one of my wedding showers. It was a garden party theme and worked out great. I was nervous because they didnt have the zero but the two fit perfectly!!!! I am inbetween a 0 and a 2 so I would say it runs a tad bit small or true to size. The material is thicker so there is no need to worry about anything showing throw the white. It fit perfect!!!!

This was my first rental, and I was instantly became hooked with Rent the Runway. The dress was beautiful and you could tell it was a quality dress. I felt wonderful in it and received so many compliment.

This dress was so soft, I couldn't stop touching it! The top part was a little too loose though, the shoulders had a bit of slack. I wore it for my rehearsal dinner and getting ready for the wedding the next morning. I was going to pair it with a sparkly wedding belt, but totally didn't have time -- the final week before the wedding is ridiculously crazy!

I rented this dress for my baccalaureate and it fit perfectly. Just enough shape to flatter my curves and keep me looking trim. Loved this dress so much, I ended up wearing it for my graduation ceremony as well!!

I rented this dress to wear out to a bar after my wedding. After some initial terror when I had been told they were unable to send it due to damage on the previous return, I was very pleased when everything worked out. This dress looked wonderful on, and hit me just above the knee.

I rented this for my couples shower and got so many compliments! The dress fit perfect and was very comfortable.

I wore this for my high school graduation. It is a very cute dress. The four fit me perfectly, but came discolored, so I had to wear the 6. The six also was a decent fit and it still looked nice.

Loved this dress and got so many compliments on it. I wish i had unpacked the dress earlier though because it was very wrinkly and I didn't have time to iron it. The band at the bottom of the dress definitely gets wrinkled and wavy so make sure you have the time to iron if you are wearing this. The bust area was also slightly tight. Luckily I have a smaller chest so it was no big deal but if you are busty this may not work for you. Overall this dress was perfect for the morning after wedding send off breakfast!

I wore this dress for my courthouse wedding ceremony. I like the dress and think it was a good fit for the occasion. The waist of the dress fits true to size, but the top of the dress runs large. (The straps kept sliding down my shoulders a little.) If you're petite, you may want to have some fashion tape on hand.

I liked this dress a lot, the 4 was a teeny bit tight but fit better than the 6. I didn't end up wearing it even though I would have liked to for our engagement session but my fiancee preferred my second style dress (Erin by Erin Featherston So Delicate). The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 was because a warped bit in the bottom lining and also a strange quirk at the neck- both of which may possibly have been remedied by ironing but as I didn't get a chance to I'm not sure if they were permanent.

I rented this dress for a 4th of July party. It arrived and I was disappointed to see that the size dress I chose to wear had a very unkempt hem. Even after trying to iron it, the hem still would not lay right. It fit just how I had thought. I have a larger chest so it fit pretty snug in that section, which was expected. I would have gone up a size but then it did not flatter my waist. Beautiful dress though!

It fit very well. Perfect for an outdoor wedding shower. The dress did come wrinkled, so it needed a press before it could be worn.

This was perfect for the bride on her bridal shower. We rented it for her and she absolutely loved it!

The skirt is very full, which made me feel a little odd but overall I really liked it.

I have found that most Lilly dressed run a bit small and that was the case with this dress. I loved it but it was tight.

This was a great graduation dress. My only complaints are that (1) it runs small, but I knew that Lilly dresses did so I ordered a size down and (2) the cut isn't as flattering on an hourglass figure as other styles. The cut on the bust makes the chest look bit bigger, but not in a good way, and obviously the skirt is not minimizing. A belt really helps with these styles, but I didn't have one that worked with the dress. Nevertheless, the 2 fit really well and it was the perfect prim and proper style for a graduation.

This dress was very cute and would have been great, unfortunately I simply did not have the right size, and I think with my petite frame the next size up would have gapped oddly.

I rented this dress to wear for my informal Vegas wedding. The cut is super cute, and it has pockets too. However, when the dress arrived it didn't fit. The waist fit well, but I think the cut at the top required a lot more boobage than I could provide, and the straps were quite long. Because of the cut of the dress, taping wasn't really much of an option for me (because I got weird wrinkly bits doing that). Interestingly, I also rented another Lilly Pulitzer dress in size 2, which fit me a LOT better.

Fits snug at the waist before flaring out. This is a great dress for someone who is well endowed and has a narrow waist. Definitely not petite friendly
