I ended up getting two Lilly dresses for graduation weekend, both in the same style. RTR only had this one available to ship in a 4, and the other one in a 2. I preferred the fit of the 2 because I have a very small waist and bust. People who are small on top should size down, because the bottom is free!

Dress was fantastic. Fit perfect. I love the pockets.

It was a little large in large in the bust (I am a 34B and wore a size 4), but other than that it was great. The texture is amazing and the fabric is high quality! I paired it with coral wedges and loved the look.

The dress has pockets!! I loved this dress. It fit super well and was different from everyone else's. The bottom doesn't twirl very much but that's what made it a good dancing dress. It was more blue than in the picture and kinda has a texture but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. I would definitely get it again. If you're trying to find a dress and you're reading this review then get the dress. You won't regret it. Oh! And you don't have to worry about it falling down.

From the moment I rented this dress, I knew it was a risk. Strapless and I just don't mix. However, the dress had built in boning.. so I was willing to take that risk. Technically, the dress did fit and in fact the boning not only held up my boobs, but held them in and held them in well! It survived a rigorous jumping and dancing test. Overall, I decided that the amount my boobs were exposed would not be "nana approved" . Which saddened me, since this dress is SO SO SO pretty. I mean even better in person. The quilted fabric and vibrant gold. Perfection. Plus I had my nails and toes done to match!

Such a great dress, I wore it to my Brother’s wedding which was at his horse farm, so that’s why I am in boots. But I loved the look! The dress fit great, I wasn’t pulling at it all night like I usually do with a strapless dress. The pockets where so cute and the detailing too. Everyone else loved it also. I am thinking about purchasing the dress, I really like it that much!

Loved this dress and so did everyone else - dress runs small in the chest area and was glad i got 2 sizes so i could wear the size 4 which fit perfect in the chest. The dress is great and I highly recommend it.

This dress was absolutely adorable and I felt classy in it. It fit true to size and was made of a thicker material, which made it a little warm but also allowed it to hold its shape and not wrinkle all night.

I thought this dress was so flattering. My hubby helped me pick it out and he was just as pleased. I wore it to a winter work party. The gold detail along the hem and neck line were gorgeous.

Lilly overall runs large, but this one is fitted at the waist. It fit perfectly for me, possibly a tiny bit larger in the bust.

I wore this dress for my sorority's spring formal and got tons of compliments. It's a really great option if you're looking for something on the classy side. Usually Lilly dresses in a 0 fit me very snuggly, but this one was a bit loose.

Fits true to size, hugs the waist. The best part: POCKETS! The one thing I wish I knew before renting was that it was a bit heavy, since there was a lot of fabric at the skirt of the dress. Otherwise, a great fit, and perfect for the occasion.

I LOVED the dress! It was a little tight on my bust and I was constantly adjusting or making sure I didn't have too much "spillage." I felt much more comfortable in it when I had my cardigan on. The dress I rented (size 10) had some obvious signs of wear such as the color being faded and the material wearing along the neckline, but I don't want to complain too much because it was a great dress for a great price. The gold embroidery and pockets are so adorable, and the fabric is so comfortable. I wore it to a "country" wedding on a ranch with ankle boots, and it was the perfect balance between being casual but still nice and special.

I wore this dress to a bridal shower in July and it was perfect! The fabric is thicker and quilted, but it wasn't hot or uncomfortable. It looked great with cowboy boots and with wedges. Bonus: it has pockets!

Wore this for my birthday party. It looks very cute!! I loved the pockets!! It's also very comfortable. Very easy to dress up or just wear it casually.

Loved, loved, loved! Fit like a glove! Liked the heavier material/texture of the dress. The gold detailing on the front and along hem were perfect to dress it up a little. RTR overnighted this to me after my original dress didn't fit. I told the stylist I wanted something with a flared skirt and she did great!

I wore this dress for my college graduation and it was gorgeous. The size 2 fit perfectly and the great thing about it is that it has pockets, which at a graduation, is a huge plus. I loved the color and simple design. I feel like I can own this and wear it to other occasions!

Fit might run a little large, at least in this style- I am an hourglass, so even with my larger bust the 4 was right for my waist and ribcage. The built-in support was allI I needed, and it didn't slouch too much (with my bust, it's usually inevitable). Was able to dance the night away in style and comfort, and the gold details really helped dress it up.

This dress did amazing things for my curves. It was comfortable. I got lots of compliments. It was so wonderful to wear something that made my waist look so trim without wearing spanks or feeling suffocated.

I loved this dress, it was perfect for an evening almost-fall photo session with my hubby to celebrate our 2-year anniversary. The fabric is thicker so I didn't get too cold outside. It is more formal than it appears in the pictures - paired with gold jewelry and nude pumps and pashmina it was perfect for a cocktail-attire wedding.

I selected true-to-size for the overall fit, but if you're not familiar with Lilly sizing, just know that Lilly is the only designer I wear a 4 in - everyone else is a 6.

This dress is adorable. The embroidery is a beautiful shiny gold that you can't see in the picture. In person the dress definitely looks more formal. The fabric is thick and textured. Also note that the blue is a deeper and more stunning navy than in this picture. This was a great dress to rent!

This was my first rent-the-runway rental and overall I think it was a great deal for $30. The stitching is much brighter and more beautiful in person. Unfortunately the material around the top edge of the bust was pretty faded and worn. Thankfully this really wasn't an issue at my dimly lit dinner/formal. The pockets are cute and functional. The material is thick enough so that you can actually store phone in your pocket without causing the skirt to droop. My measurements are 34-26-36, so I usually wear a 4 or 6, but the 2 fit very well in the waist. The bust was a little too small; I ended up forgoing a bra and that helped a bit. The overall fit was very flattering on me and would probably look great on most body types.

The fit was perfect for my measurements and the shape of the dress is great for hiding "food babies." The pockets are also a great feature. I wore this dress with gold strappy heels and a gold statement necklace.

So I rented this dress as a backup for a wedding! It was gorgeous, just not the right look for my event. The material is a lot heavier than it looks so it's perfect for a spring/fall wedding! It does run a little large though, a zero would have fit me more snug in my bust and waist than the 2. The gold detailing is much more noticeable in person and would pair perfect with simple gold jewelry!

Wore this to a friends wedding and I felt like the best dressed guest! Loved the way it looked and it fit wonderful. Liked that the smaller of the two sizes fit me!
