The top is too small. The person who had this before me tried to keep it from gaping with double stick tape but I had to pin it. Otherwise, I liked how it tapered at the waist and the shape of the sleeves.

I sized up based on other reviews and glad I did- the chest runs a little small I think. I loved the detail of the buttons covered in matching fabric. Gorgeous print and a slight bell sleeve! Great for work!

Y'all pay attention to all the reviews that say how tight this is over the chest. I thought I could get away with wearing my normal size 2 since I am an A cup. This dress buttons all the way from top to bottom and the buttons were pulling all day to show gaps between because the dress was so tight. I am pear shaped and the size 2 was perfect for hips, no problems there, just over the chest. I would recommend sizing up, and do not even try if you are C cup or bigger.

I loved this dress. The fabric is silky. The print is great. Fit would have been wonderful except it will only fit someone without much bust. I may try to wear it once with a black cami leaving it open in the front. It wasn't even close to working though. Also the buttons are extremely difficult to work. They are covered in the fabric and the buttonholes are really too small for the buttons.

I read the dress was small in the bust. I have a bigger bust so I rented a size up and wore a shape wear compression tank underneath. This helped the dress fit well. It was comfortable.

Dress runs VERY small- particularly in bust. I had to pin it so that it didn't pull through the buttons. Cute print and cut, but would have ordered up 2 sizes rather than the 1 that I did.

It's a pretty dress, but an awkward fit. Following the other reviews suggestions, I sized but, but even then- I ended up needing to pin my dress so it wouldn't pop at the buttons in the chest area. I am a humble breasted girl, so I never have this issue, especially not when sizing up. If you go 2 sizes up, I can see this being a cute oversized look, OR just looking awkward. Proceed with caution.

I got this in a large because a coworker tried it and couldn't close it over her chest. I am more pear shaped and usually a small or medium on top so thought it would fit fine -- but it wouldn't close! Not even with a sports bra. And it's such a shame because it's a beautiful dress and I love it otherwise. Only rent if you are superrrrrr tiny on top!

I typically wear a 0/2 and couldn't even get this buttoned up the front. And I'm only an A/B cup! Nice fabric and print but I couldn't wear it.

Did not wear it because I couldn't get the buttons closed. Definitely need to order up a size or two. Cute dress and nice pattern. Button we're a bit difficult to unbutton as well

Dress is cut extremely small in the chest area -- could not even button it. Size up and even then the buttons might not close
