FYI a 4XL is equivalent to a 14/16 for this dress. This sizing made me so mad. So many people have given this dress poor reviews because it is so small. I am usually an XL or maybe 2X and has to go 3 sizes up for this dress to fit. In my opinion RTR needs to provide measurements if this is the case so that people don't feel bad about themselves when the dress is nowhere close to fitting. Other than this. The quality was great and color was beautiful. Not for large chests.

This dress was perfect for a rehearsal dinner. I loved it and received so many compliments. I am almost always a small in dresses and did find this one a bit snug where the bands are under the bust. Not uncomfortably so, but it was a little tough to zip at first :) I would definitely recommend sizing up if you are busty.

Loved this dress! It was a little bit long for my liking, but worked with heels! The sizing is a bit off, I had to go up a size and the chest was still a tiny bit small. I'm 5'4" and 34D for reference

The drop waist fit a little weird and I didn't think it was very flattering on me, but I loved the color and everything else about it.

This dress is a funny combo of not being all that flattering but still somehow being cute and making me feel cute. The waist is a bit large and I think the drop waist probably gives an enlarging effect, but the overall shape and look of the dress is still pretty, and it feels a bit whimsical but also a bit classic. It's hard to find the right bra to wear with it - I definitely needed a Demi bra and even there it showed a bit. But overall a cute dress

Pretty dress and loved the fit

It fit me great, and was very flattering and fun to dance in at a wedding. I agree with the other reviews that it's not made for busty girls. I'm a large B or small C and it fit just right.

I agree with the other reviews, this probably wouldn't work on a larger bust because it runs small in the chest. The small fit me perfectly and I like how sweet and pretty it is.

straps were adjustable! great fit overall

I wore this to a beach wedding in Belize. It's a great, light fabric and the color really popped but was still subtle. I think I was just maybe an inch or 2 too short bc the seams across the body hit at a weird spot. But the biggest problem with this dress was the zipper--it would only go up so far and then wouldn't budge. I had my friend and my boyfriend try to help, neither could get it to zip. So ended up safety pinning it closed. It's a beautiful dress though.

Sorry big busted ladies! This dress has no give, but I thought it would still be cute according to the photos. I have a 36D chest. Honestly if you have anything over a B this WILL NOT COVER! I tried this dress without even wearing a bra and you can see the result haha! So sad that I can't wear it on a perfect day outside!

This is a very cute dress, but runs small and is only appropriate for people with very small chests. LOL I could not have left the house in this, as it only covered 1/3 of the area needed up top. Returned same day.

I absolutely loved this dress! I usually always wear a small but I ordered both the small and the medium and the medium fit perfect. I got more complements on this dress than I have gotten on anything I have worn in a while! It was SO flattering and perfect for a wedding. Would highly recommend!

a bit tight along the bodice

I ordered a small, but went with the back-up medium with this dress. If you are a size small but are of a "mature" age & have had children (the inevitable widening of the ribcage, ugh), I'd say you will need to go up a size for the back zipper area to fit properly. The dress is super comfortable & the adjustable straps are perfect for us short girls! I agree with the others: If you have any sort of chest at all, either wear a bralette/cami underneath or prepare for major cleavage (not in a flattering way, in a way that makes you look heavier than you are). Otherwise, cute dress & appropriate for almost any event!

This runs really small in the chest size up. I am at 34C and I was spilling out of it in a not attractive way

Wore to a rehearsal dinner. Very cute and simple dress. The swiss dot pattern was subtle and very sweet. It was a bit tight in the chest and a bit too long - it was almost maxi length on me because I didn't wear heels.

I usually avoid drop-waist but I was tempted because the color looks so pretty online. Sure enough, the drop waist made me look like I had a fat belly. I think you need wider hips, more hourglass shape to make this work. Maybe taller too.

beautiful color and fabric but the bust is sooooo small. I am a B cup (at best) and these squished my boobs and looked completely flat.

I found the fit and form of this dress a little off. The drop waist kind of created an less than flattering shape, however, it was a cute piece.

Dress has polka dots - which I didn’t realize from photos. Style felt dated

The straps are really long (and I have a long chest so this has never been an issue for me). The horizontal seam hits the hips at a really unflattering spot. It was fine but I wouldn't rent it again and it didn't make me feel awesome.

The top was perfect but the bottom part was very wide with a lot of extra material I didn't need. It made my body look disproportional as I have a small bust but larger lower section naturally. This would be perfect for someone who is thin with straight hips, but not someone with curvy hips.

I love the style of this dress but it has two panels cutting across on the boob area when it feels like it should be one panel. It just makes it look really awkward and cut weird.

I got this when nothing else I wanted was available, wanted to like it, didn't. Just wasn't cute.

I typically wear a 16/18 and holy crap this dress is ITTY BITTY. I couldn't even get it on. So sad because I thought the style was absolutely adorable.

I can see how this would work for someone with a small bust, straight and narrow figure, but it was really awkward on me. I couldn't wear it, but the material color and fabric was beautiful.

This is an absolutely beautiful shade of blue and awesome dress. But, it did not quite fit in the bust and rib cage areas. As many of the reviews say- size up at least 2 sizes from your usual. It would be the perfect dress for a vacation, wedding or party this summer!

Runs sooo small

I sized up to a 3x, I normally where a 20/22 2x and could not zip it up, even if I could there was no room in the bust for it to be wearable. Would guess it runs closer to a 16.

The sizing seems to be off.

This dress looked adorable on some ppl in the reviews but it didn't work for me. If you're like me with a large bust good luck! It didn't come close to zipping. It's cute for a shower not a formal event.
