This dress was great. Beautiful color. Made of silk, I steam ironed to get some of the wrinkles out but for the most part could have worn it out of the box. Strapless bra and spanx a must! The bra area had piping which helped it stay up and keep a nice shape. The experience was great! Will rent again!!

I absolutely love this dress! I wore this dress to my girlfriends twenty six birthday dinner (Mardi Gras theme) and it was a hit. It is true to it's size and I am 36DD and the dress fit me well.

I rented this dress for a company event/party in Vegas. This dress was amazing!!! It fit so beautifully. The length was perfect (I'm 5'9) and didn't ride up as some other reviewers posted. He sash that goes across the neck was a beautiful accent that makes the dress unique. The dress also fits most all bust sizes (I wear a DD and it was perfect). I would definitely rent this dress again,,,,and again!!

I actually bought this dress during the RTR clearance sale, and I'm excited to be able to keep wearing it (especially during wedding season). It was just a tad large (I'm usually a zero, and I bought the extra small), so I had to take it in a teeny bit, but because of the ruching, you can't tell at all. It's a beautiful dress. Very shiny, but not aggressively so.

This dress is super comfortable! The unique neckline had all the guys (and the other girls) at the formal turning for a second glance. I recently cut my hair and was worried about looking feminine and sexy, but that was definitely not a worry in this dress! The fabric doesn't hide a whole lot, though - I'm wearing full torso spanx in the photos but I think that I still looked kind of big in this dress. Other fabrics and styles hide tummy better than this. Probably a better fit for someone with a flatter stomach. This is NOT a great dress for someone with big boobs (like me). The bust is molded which made it hard for me to find a good way to fit it on myself - my boobs are much larger than the molded cups allowed for. I had to choose between having the cups weirdly cut off halfway down my bust or having my bra noticeably stick out. This dress would be much better on someone who wears I think at most a C. Overall it was a pretty good dress. Not the best for me, but it would probably be great on someone with a slightly different body type!

Wore this dress to a charity event. I got lots of compliments in it but I felt this dress was too long on me. I'm so short that it came to my knees and was not the look I was expecting. Otherwise the top asymmetrical straps were fun and the material was beautiful.

fits your body, I liked the asymmetrical straps because it made my (also asymmetrical) breasts look normal. I put on a belt just to break it up.

I wore this to a summer wedding and received tons of compliments! If you're tall, it is a tad on the short side, so heads up. Other than that, it fit like a glove and was surprisingly very comfortable. Pair it with nude heels and simple earrings, and you're set!

I was a little worried when I first tried on the dress. It is a very sexy dress. But after a second look, i fell in love with it! I got tons of compliments all night. A lady even stopped me on the way into the party. The cut of the dress is very flattering. I wore bronze shoes. Spans are a must, just to smooth everything out. I used double sided tape to make sure the top didn't slip. Not sure if it would have but after reading reviews I didn't want to take the chance. It was so comfortable I hated to send it back! I did not have to pull, tug or adjust anything all night. Wonderful dress!

I ordered this dress for a formal, and got lots of compliments! The color is absolutely gorgeous, and the dress itself is very comfortable for dancing. The silhouette is very flattering, and the gathering helps hide your tummy (I also wore with Spanx to help cinch in my waist). The fabric is very light so I used some double sided tape to help hold up the left side, just to make sure the top of my bra didn't show at all, and the fabric across the front helped to keep it from being too revealing as I have a larger bust. Great first rental!

Probably my favorite dress that I've ever rented/worn. Super comfortable to wear/dance in and yet still incredibly flattering. I love the asymmetry and the vibrant purple color. I've never gotten more compliments than I did the night I wore this dress!

BEAUTIFUL dress - color was amazing and it looked brand new. The slit on the side was not too high at all and other side of the dress came to about the top of the knee - perfect for the occasion. However, girls with small breasts beware that the top of the dress might need some fashion tape to keep your bra from showing (I forgot to bring some and my bra made a few too many appearances than I would have liked). overall a great dress!

Its a great dress, looks very chic and runs true to size. I would prefer it a bit shorter, would look better if I were taller. Love the color and got many compliments on it.

Loved this dress! So flattering! I wore the large swatch at the shoulder lower to cover my cleavage so it wouldn't be over the top va-va-voom. That accentuates an hour glass figure even more. Nude hose and patent pumps, also nude, completed.

I loved this dress. The color is a standout and I found it to drape really well. My sister even tried it on and it looked great on her too.

This dress is exactly as pictured. I loved the purple, it was comfortable and fit true to size...the only issue for me was the bust area being a little small since there is boning built in but I am a little larger than normal in that area so it wasn't a total surprise. Besides, no one could tell except for me so it really wan't an issue. The draping in the front is flattering and makes it long enough to be wedding appropriate.

The draping is beautiful and unique, as is the color. I wore it to a college reunion and received compliments all night. The dress surprisingly had a lot of structure so I wasn't tugging or pulling on anything even while dancing.

The dress is true to size and very comfortable. The strap on the top of the dress can be worn in many different ways. The dress is very sexy and a great fit

definitely a fun dress for a fall or winter event. i cannot 100% remember which size fit me, though - small or medium. think perhaps the small was a bit tight, so went with the medium.

Very cute dress, wore it to a wedding and got tons of compliments. Color is lovely, cut is cool and flattering, only gripe is that the top tended to slip down, exposing my bra a bit, so double sided tape would be advisable.

LOVED this dress and was getting compliments all night long! The color makes anyone noticeable and the asymmetric hem is perfect when you're trying to show off your leg and when you're trying to be conservative - just turn the other way for the picture! It moved nicely as well (making it fun to dance in all night) and hugged my curves in just the right way to be flattering but not over the top. My only complaint is that there's just a little too much fabric in the midsection (I work hard for a flat stomach and want to show it off!), but it didn't stop girls (and lots of guys) from approaching me to tell me how great it looked. Also, to address the other reviews, I'm a 32D (and self-conscious about my chest sometimes) and did not have a problem, though the left side does want to slip a bit

The dress was to loose but the color is beautiful.

This dress was just OK. It runs large at the bust so while there is boning and what seems to be some built in support, I still had to wear a strapless bra w/the XS. It's pretty flimsy and since the wedding I was going to was in Chicago, I wore tights with it which seemed to cause the dress to ride up a bit. Fitted but not restricting, and good to dance in. The color is great and the assymetrical cut with sweetheart neckline was very flattering, but all in all, It's probably more of a date night or GNO dress.

The color of this dress was really beautiful and I did get several compliments on it at the wedding I attended. The fabric & zipper quality were also fine. But, as a very curvy size 8, the dress did nothing to accentuate my waist and it didn't accommodate my chest that well. Both the M & L fit (I went with the large for more chest coverage), but I had to use a lot of double sided tape to keep things in place. Not a bad dress for a straighter figure, but I wish I had gone with the Nicole Miller purple dress.

Overall this dress was really sexy, great color, nice cut. I appreciated the true built in bust support. However, I pulled at that strap that goes from left to right all night to get it in the right place. It kept bunching up at my neck or crossing in an awkward way smashing the bust. Also, the first one that they sent me had some pulls in the material. Thanks to their always awesome customer service for sending the replacement in time for my event.

I am 5'2" and that slit is super short! I had to tape it to my leg to keep it from creeping up my side (which it still did). Would be ok for a night out, but a little scandalous for a wedding.

So I actually ordered a different dress with a back up size 10 but after I ordered it RTR called and said they didn't have it available. The woman was very nice and talked me through some of my dresses I had in my "hearts" list and she picked out this one. It was too big on me so I can't tell if its true to size or if it ran big; i'm typically an 8 and the medium would have been better for me. Also I think it works better with someone who has longer legs since its asymmetrical and drapes down on one side. I ended up wearing my original dress but I was happy they still gave me this as a back up. Again really pretty dress, it just didn't work for me.

I was so excited for this dress to arrive but ended up disappointed. I ordered a medium and a large and the medium fit best. The problem was that there was so much extra material! Instead of being flattering, the draping just hung really loosely right around my lower body, the result was not cute and made me look bigger than I am. The cross-body strap is awkward and I probably could have pinned it but I had already decided at that point to return the dress without wearing it. The color is seriously gorgeous though!

This dress is really pretty in person. However, if you have a large bust, this is not the dress for you. I am usually a 6-8 in dresses and I ordered the Medium and Large as backup. The Medium came but the backup was the Small. The medium was way too small in my chest area (I am a 34D). I am not even 100% sure the Large would have fit me.

Maybe if I was taller the ft would work great but the dress highlighted all of the bumps.

My review is almost identical as another customer (LR). I too was so very excited for this dress to arrive as this was my first rental from RTR. However, I was very dissapointed. I am a size S in tops, and a size 8 in bottoms/pants in street clothes,so I ordered the M, and L as my backup. The L was huge and not because it just didn't fit, but because it seemed to be stretched out. The M fit best, but I simply couldn't wear it because of the extra material around my stomach. My stomach is completely flat and my curves come from my backside. The draping/material of the dress made me look bigger than I am. My engagement party was last weekend and I wore a knockout Trina Turk dress that I own and got a TON of compliments on how great I looked, toned, lost weight, etc so I could not wear this dress to a wedding the very next weekend and look 10 lbs bigger. Despite all of this, I was SUPER impressed by the customer service and packaging detail of RTR. This was a miss, but I will definitely order from RTR again!

This dress is gorgeous! I received many compliments. The color is stunning and the asymmetry of the neckline is very grecian. The ruching hides everything and falls perfectly on the body. I wore beige heels as to not take the focus off the dress and to elongate my legs. Stunning!
