Agree with the other reviews - this dress runs SMALL, size up! and the zipper is a little hard to work. With that said I am IN LOVEEEE with this dress. This was my favorite piece from my first 4 unlimited shipment & I usually don't like neutral colored clothes but this dress is so elegant and the material is high quality/ thick. Super tempted to purchase.

The material is somewhat compressing, and makes me feel/look skinny. Wore this to the office and it looked great. I'm in between a 2 and 4, and it was a little tight but kinda sexy without being inappropriate. Assumetrical neck line provides "peek a boo" effect.

Overall, love this dress for many reasons. When the reviews stated to size up once (or twice, even), I listened. Ironically, my size up became unavailable at the last minute, so RTR nicely awarded me an alternate. I ended up going with this, my original pick, anyway. I would say that I agree this runs tight, but I feel it's still true to size. Love the thick material, deep blue color, and the asymmetric neckline. I also love that it has sleeves because I don't love my arms. I also am 7 months postpartum, so the thick material hides any lower-abomen issues well. I got compliments from men and women of all ages. This was for a Catholic wedding with a semi-formal reception, so I feel the dress was perfectly suited for the day. As the reviews stated, the zipper is stubborn, so I did need help with this (cue husband.) Wore a strapless bra, but it stayed in place due to the hugging fit of the dress (literally never had to tug or adjust my bra over a 10 hour period). Should wear seamless or a barely-there underwear.

Like all the other reviews, this dress is SKIN TIGHT. They didn't have my backup size 10 so I took a chance on the 8. Basically couldn't breathe but I got it on somehow by some miracle. The material has a tiny bit of stretch and is very thick so it actually smooths you out very well without needing spanx. I wore this to a work dinner for my husband. I felt very classy and elegant without being over dressed. I added the belt for fun. Overall awesome dress. Very flattering for the curves!

Incredible fit--very slimming, but does run a little small. I usually wear a size 2, but wore a 4 in this dress. Neckline detail ads some flair, and color is a great basic navy. Love his dress, will absolutely rent again!

I am a museum director, and wore this to present to 130 people for a fundraising gala. Fits like a glove. I normally wear a 0-2, and the 2 fit perfect. I received compliments all night, and felt very great in it. Easy to dress up or down. I had a question about return shipment, and received a fast response from customer service. My first RTR, and will definitely be a returning customer!

Rented this dress onsite for a work event and wished this could be our uniforms onsite. Was super sleek and professional. Material was a nice weight but was definitely a little tight up top. So if you have larger boobs would recommend sizing up. But the dress fit perfectly other than that.

I wore this to a board meeting. I felt so stylish yet appropriately conservative for work. I got compliments all day long. It fit so well that I had to make this one mine, so I bought it! It does run small especially at the top, so if you have broad shoulders (like me) order one size up. I first ordered a 2 and it fit everywhere except zipping to the top. The 4 fit perfectly.

This was a great dress! Very comfortable, classy and sexy at the same time! I loved the unique neckline, which is what drew me to the dress in the first place. The shape of the dress is perfect for those who want to show off an hourglass shape. I LOVED the length! It's incredibly elongating which is always a plus (short girls beware since this is supposed to hit below the knee - it could end up being too long and having the opposite effect). I wore this for my sister's rehearsal dinner and received lots of compliments. I would definitely rent this again. I rented this for an awards gala for work. The length and short sleeves kept things professional despite the skin tight fit. My regular size was snug, but sizing up led to extra fabric bunching in the back/waist, and the thickness of the dress made it so the dress wasn't unflattering even though it was snug. I will mention that I got this dress about an hour before I had to leave for my event due to issues shipping my order (3 days late). I strongly recommend renters track their shipments closely as RTR does not communicate with you if your order is late (I was getting emails to return the dress before it even arrived!). And always have a backup dress at home just in case. This dress was gorgeous and I'd recommend it to others but it was a really tense afternoon waiting to see if it'd show up on time!

Definitely snug and has a little stretch, but not much. It's also the type of dress you can't can't long strides in...but the fit is so flattering. I like dresses that are fitted throughout, and this one was perfect.

I rented this for my Med school graduation. Like the other reviews say, it's tight, but that's how it's supposed to fit! The material is thick and forgives many lumps and bumps (no shape wear). I'm between a 4, 6 so I rented the 6,8 for backup. 8 was HUGE on top and bunched even on my athletic build so I went with the six. Both zippers are challenging and stick a little but soon forgiven once you see how curvy and great your shape looks in this dress. Would rent again 100%.

I am normally a size 0 and ordered a size 2 and it was WAY TOO TIGHT. I loved the dress so much I am going to try it in a Size 4 if it is available for my next Unlimited order. Definitely order up a size or two on this one.

Rented for a work party, it looked good on, fit in the hips, was maybe not quite as fitted in the bust and waist. Didn't end up wearing because I liked another dress a little better, but it's a great dress. It is fitted though, size up if you want it to not fit to the body, although I think that's the purpose of the dress and most of the dresses in this line

I followed the advice of other reviewers and went one size up. I should've gone 2 sizes up. I had to hold my breath to zip it up but the temporary loss of oxygen was worth it! It hugs you in all the right places and the length makes it appropriate for work. Will rent again in a size 8.

I love this dress. It is really flattering and stylish on. With that said, I'm usually a 6/8 (more 8 than 6) and I wore a 10 and the 10 was still bodcon. Definitely size up 1-2 sizes. I contemplated buying it I liked it so much. I got tons of compliments. Wear your Spanx!

Overall, I would rent this again. Was sexy but conservative at the same time. My husband thought I looked great in it and I wore to a theater show. A few things to know before you rent. First, this is a very tight fitting dress. I'd consider sizing up if you have any curves, including hips. I normally wear a 4 and squeezed into the 4 but just barely. The fit through the waist is very tight, as is the fit through the hips. Second, it is very difficult to walk in if you have a large walking stride. Just prepare to walk with short steps and slower. It hits past knees and is pretty narrow and tight through legs. It has a small back slit but that didn't seem to help. Finally, the material is more like a thicker matte cotton, not really what I expected but it was still a pretty dress. I do think these dresses looked a little more worn that previous dresses I have rented. It might look more worn because the material it is made from doesn't hold up with multiple dry cleanings. Overall I rated the dress highly as it did look good on me.

I rented this dress for a recent work event. It has a classic style and worked well for an event that had people dressed down and dressed up. The dress is a nice thicker material, and I really liked it. I am so glad I read the reviews and ordered up. I am typically a 0 in RTR orders. I ordered a 2 and 4 and went with the 4. Even that had a snug fit. All in all, it worked out great and was a perfect dress for the occasion.
