It's a nice classic black dress that isn't too flashy so it can be worn for any formal event or high end dinning. The high slit and unique crossed neckline is a fun touch to the dress to make it standout from the other black tie dresses at your event. It does run a little small; but the 2 was slightly too loose around my bust so I chose to wear the 0. The dress was tightest around my hips which caused a slight bunching around my waist; but the slit allowed the dress to have more run at the bottom so I could easily smooth out any bunching. The length was prefect for my height, it cut off a tiny bit below my ankles but still showed most of my 3" heels.

This dress was so fun to wear! The material was good quality and thick enough to smooth over imperfections. The neckline and the slit gave it just the right amount of sass, it was perfect for a winter wedding. This dress got compliments all night long! It seriously does run small though, so if you even think you might be between sizes, Go. Up. Size 4 is normally a solid bet for me in dresses but this 4 was a very tight fit.

The dress is amazing. It hugged all the right places and I did not need a bra or sticky pads. The material is thick but not heavy. I wore this for my senior ball in college and I received a lot of compliments on it. Fortunately enough for me, I read other reviews and knew I had to size up. I ended up wearing a size 8 although I'm usually a size 4. Other than the sizing, everything was great! I wish I would have kept this dress!!

I rented this as a backup dress for a black tie wedding. After reading the reviews, I ordered one size up (a 6) however even that was too small. As you can see in the picture, it was mostly too small in the waist/stomach area and pulled awkwardly. The rest of the dress fit well and I would have loved to have been able to wear it.

The fit was true to size. Loved how elegant looking the dress was and great for dancing. It fit just right in the legs so I was still able to bend and dance comfortable in it!

This dress definitely runs small!! It was a backup, so I just ordered my usual dress size. I needed help with the zipper, but once it was zipped, I felt like a million bucks! I have never gotten the compliments I did with this dress! It was sexy, classy, simple, just amazing. The slit came just above my knee. I'm 5'3" and wore 4" heels. The fabric is thick so no Spanx is needed....not even a bra! That's a big deal for me as I'm a 34D. I danced all night and was very comfortable. Highly recommend

I loved this dress & got compliments all night long! It was form fitting and comfortable. I'm 5'8.5" tall & the long dress was perfect with 2-3" heels. My only complaint with this was that the 4R (back up size) I rented came wrinkled (thankfully I wasn't going to wear that size anyway)

I adored this dress. I wore it for a black and white Mardi Gras Ball. The fit was perfect, like a second skin. I had no complaints This was my backup dress. The original white dress did not work, so I went with this one. It was a surprise because I don't like to wear black. The material was stretchy but substantial and easy to move in. With 4-in heels the dress fell just a touch above the floor. I have a small chest, but always wear a bra. With this dress I didn't wear one. The criss-cross/cut out in front and the slit give what could be a boring dress an elegant charge. I would buy this dress!

This dress does run small. I went up one size and it was still a little snug. The material is also very thick and doesn't have much give. Overall, the fit was flattering and it was perfect for a black tie event.

I loved this dress! I typically am a 0 but for some reason the 0 I received was very short compared to the size 2, and the 0 was on the tighter side for me. I felt better in the 2 and wanted the length. Received many compliments and felt great in this dress!

I rented this dress for a black tie wedding and was thrilled with the look and fit. Beware that it does run small. I usually order a size 0 or 2, but went with a 2 and 4 for this rental since the dress seemed so form fitting. I'm so glad I did because I couldn't even get the size 2 to zip up completely but the 4 fit perfectly.

Absolutely LOVED this dress! Fit great, definitely take the advice and size up! I am a pretty strict 6 in every dress and I went up to the 8, and it was still snug, but flattering, and fit my curves well. I went with the long (I'm 5'6") because I knew I wanted to wear heels (I wore the 4" Sam Edelmans) and it was the perfect length. This was a definite hit!

I usually wear 00, so I ordered this dress because people say it runs small. It fit perfectly. I wore a strapless bra underneath, although I could have gone without. The dress holds everything in place really well. Didn't need to adjust anything all night, which is rare for me. I am 5'5" and the length was perfect with or without my 4" heels. The weight of the fabric is nice and thick, so it feels well made and expensive. I didn't want to send it back!

This was a back-up that was sent to me overnight because the original dress I ordered did not fit well. I was so happy I got this dress. It's very flattering and I did not need any "Spanx". The bust was tight but it was tight enough to be able to go braless without any issues. My only thing was I wish the slit on the side was a little more noticeable. One of my favorite rentals!

I was nervous about my height, but surprisingly it wasn’t too long at all! Definitely rent this dress—it was extremely flattering, will cover every flaw you’ll ever have, and super comfortable.

Because the reviews said the dress ran small I ordered one size bigger and it fit perfectly! I received so many compliments. It was even comfortable to sit and dance in. I absolutely loved the dress! I have a smaller waist line but bigger booty and it still fit amazingly.

This dress is made from a thick material which I loved because it appeared smooth without spanx! The neckline was unique and it required minimal jewelry. I am 5'2" and about 135ish lbs. and usually wear a size 6/8 but the 8R was super snug. So I went with the 10R which was perfect but was super long. No worries with hem tape! At first I was concerned that I had so much fabric to hem that the tape wasn't gonna hold, but then i mapped out areas to double up so the hem didn't bulge. Literally no one noticed all night and everything held and looked amazing! I got so many compliments. This is a perfect dress for all of us curvy girls looking for an elegant LBD!
